Merritt and Marie Horton

Location: a Church in Salem
Wedding Party: Mickey Horton was the best man, while Alice Horton was the matron of honor.
Wedding Attire: Marie wore a modest white dress. Craig wore a regular black suit.
Pre-Wedding Events: Craig had been the only person who was able to bring Marie out of her depression following her suicide attempt. He fell in love with her over time and asked her to marry him.
The Ceremony: It was a quick and simple ceremony in a Church, attended only by family and close friends.
Reception: It was held at Tom and Alice Horton's house
Honeymoon: Nassau, The Bahamas.
Status: Tony was cured, and he confided to his father that he still loved Marie. Because Craig felt he was the only obstacle to Tony and Marie's relationship, he selflessly divorced her.
David Martin and Susan Hunter

Date: 1966

Wedding Party: Julie was the maid of honor
Wedding Attire:
Pre-Wedding Events: David had a one-night stand with Susan, who became pregnant and married David to give the child a name, but she intended to give the baby up for adoption.

Honeymoon:
Status: Their marriage was a sham, because David still loved Julie. They did end up staying together after the child was born, because of their mutual love for Dickie, however, after he died in a freak accident, the marriage truly disintegrated.
Mickey

Merritt and Marie Horton

Wedding Party: Addie Olson was the matron of honor, and Julie Olson was going to be the flower girl
Wedding Attire: A traditional white wedding gown made by Alice and Marie
Pre-Wedding Events:Tony Merritt discovered he had a blood disease and didn't want Marie to marry a lost cause
The Ceremony: The wedding failed because on the night before the wedding, Tony found out that he had a blood disease, so he left town. The night before the wedding, Tony told Marie that he couldn't marry her. He told her that he couldn't accept the responsibilities of a marriage. Marie later attempted to commit suicide.
Honeymoon: It was planned to last only 3 days
Status: Tony was going to tell Marie the truth but suffered a stroke before he could do so. By the time he recovered, Marie had married Craig, Tony's father. Tony told Craig why he left Marie. Craig and Marie divorced, and Marie got back with Tony. But in the following year Tony left Marie and Salem forever.
