Mark Tapscott

(Bob Anderson 1972-80)
Mark played Earle Bancroft, who was Kevin's dad and Katherine's old college flame, on Y&R from 1982-84. Mark died in the last half of 1993.

Josh Taylor

(Chris Kositchek 1977-86, 1987; Roman Brady, 1997)
Josh has now returned to Days as the new Roman Brady. Since he was last on Days, he was in the following: In late November and early December 1996, Josh appeared in seven episodes of GL as Quint Chamberlain, subbing for Michael Tylo who took time off for the birth of his child. In Oct. 1996, Josh portrayed Jack, a "real bad sucker" on an episode of Diagnosis Murder. Josh recently guest-starred (April 1996) on Walker, Texas Ranger as Sen. Warren Hughes. Josh was seen in an NBC TV movie titled "Stand Against Fear, A Moment of Truth Movie" co-starring Shanna Reed and Sarah Chalke in Dec. 1996. He played Ted Wilson, the father of a teenage girl who is being sexually harrassed at school. Josh also did an episode of Matlock where he played the defendant in a murder case. He was on trial for unethical construction practices. Since he was on Days, he's also been seen on:

Tammy Taylor

(Hope Williams 1981)
Tammy played Hope in 1981, when the character was 16. Since she left Days, she got married (she's now Tammy Taylor Wexler) and has two children, Jenna and Ian. In 1997, Days hired 6-year-old Jenna to play Hope in newly created flashbacks. In 1984, Tammy played Nancy in Meatballs Part II and appeared in the movie Lovelines as Priscilla (the movie also starred Mary Beth Evans, Kayla). That year, she also appeared on the TV show, "Whiz Kids," where she played "Laura Calhane" in episode: "Altaira" (4/28/84).

 

 

 

 

 

Tammy Townsend

(Wendy Reardon)
Since leaving Days, Tammy had a recurring role as Gretta on Family Matters. She dated Tonight Show bandleader Kevin Eubanks (her boyfriend of three years) during her time on Days and for a while after she left. She occasionally appeared on the show in comedy bits. She starred in The Pest (1997) as Xantha Kent. She had two roles in 1995: "The Brady Bunch Movie" as Danielle and Divas, a TV movie, as Lynette. In March 1997, she appeared on the series premiere of The Practice on ABC. On 12/21/98, she appeared on the UPN sitcom Guys Like Us. On January 26, 1999 she appeared on Felicity as Tara, Felicity's friend's friend from home who was having an affair with Felicity's friend's boyfriend. Tammy appeared in an episode of Walker Texas Ranger. She played the daughter of a wrongly accused man that was later freed. Tammy was in the series finale of Walker Texas Ranger, "The Last Show/Down", as the character she played in previous episodes.   Tammy's character name was Erika Carter.  Her character wound up getting engaged to one of the main characters, Ranger Jimmy Trivette. On December 6, 2001, she played Ben's teacher on Friends'.

Lisa Trusel

(Melissa Anderson)
Just after leaving Days, Lisa did five episodes of TV 101, then she got pregnant. Her children have been her focus ever since. In 1994, Lisa and husband David Wallace (Tod Chandler) had a daughter, Emma. The child was welcomed by sister Ryan Elizabeth (born Dec. 10, 1989) and brother Benjamin (born 1991 or 92). In an interview in 1993, David said he believed that Lisa would return to acting when the children entered school. It may be a while until this occurs, however, because Lisa had her fourth child in November, 1996, Joseph. Lisa and David now live in Nashville, Tennessee. Currently, Lisa is a stay-at-home mom. For her own enjoyment, she taught dance for a while after they moved to Nashville, and still takes classes once a week. She says that she occassionally thinks about reactivating her ating career, and still says that she may some day. For now, she's been happy with her short returns to Days. She came back for a few episodes for Tom's death in 1994 and in 1996 when Bo and Hope were almost married.

Shannon Tweed

(Savannah Wilder 1985-86)
Shannon lives with Kiss singer, Gene Simmons, with whom she shares two children, Nicholas and Sophie. She appeared in "Detroit Rock City" in 1999. She appeared on the cover of Playboy in January 1998. She had a recurring role on The Tom Show, a WB series that premiered in the fall of 1998. She plays Tom's ex-wife. In 1997, she appeared on "E! Playmates of the 1980s," an E! show that spotlighted the Playboy Playmates of the 1980s. On the show, she told stories about her days in the magazine and in Playboy movies. Shannon appeared in "Assault on Devil's Island," on October 28, 1997 on TNT with Hulk Hogan and Carl Weathers. On Tuesday, December 16, 2003, Shannon appeared with Robin Williams, wrestler Kurt Angle and stock car driver Mike Wallace to entertain American and Australian troops at the Baghdad International Airport. She has been extremely busy in her years since she left Days. She appeared in the following TV series:

Brandon Tyler

(Phillip Kiriakis #3 1999)
After leaving Days in late 1999, Brandon appeared in the Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen movie Winning London. They obviously enjoyed working with him, because he stars on their new series on Fox Family Channel, So Little Time.

 

 

 

 

 

Hunter Tylo

(Marina Toscano)
In 1990, shortly after leaving Days, Hunter joined B&B as Taylor. She left B&B in 1994, then returned later that year to the show. She made news in 1996 when she again left B&B to join Melrose Place. Upon finding out she was pregnant, the show broke her contract. In late 1996 she gave birth to a daughter, Izabella (born November 12, 1996), with husband Michael Tylo. She later sued Spelling Entertainment and won $4.9 million. Shortly after the lawsuit ended, Tylo gave birth to another daugter, Katya Tylo (born January 15, 1998). In 1994, she appeared in the TV movie "The Maharaja's Daughter" as Dr. Messna. She also did a commercial for Pantene Pro-V shampoo. She guest-starred on Baywatch as Heather (ep. "Windswept," 10/96) and on Burke's Law (ep. 'Who Killed the Hollywood Headshrinker? (07/20/95)') as Ingrid Rose.
