James Acheson

(Jack Deveraux #2 1987-1988)
Since Days, James has been seen in
Strange Days (1995) as "Cop in Bathroom," and the TV movie "Body Language" (1992) as Victor. In 1995, he guest-starred on an episode of "Land's End," starring Fred Dryer. In the late 1980s, he was in a TV commercial for the Army and another for Cascade. James appeared in the 1996 summer movie, Kazaam, starring Shaquille O'Neal as a genie. In 1995, he appeared on the short-lived show "Marker" as a baseball player. He appeared on a few episodes of Reasonable Doubts called "...And Sleep Won't Come," "Aftermath," "One Woman's World" and "The Silent Treatment." He played Andy "Crow" Cromyer who was a date rape suspect. In 1999, James was in an episode of the Walker Texas Ranger spinoff, Sons of Thunder, playing a rapist. James was on Family Law in March 2001. He played the father who was fighting with his wife over how to raise their daughter- Jewish or Christian. The episode is called "Soul Custody.

 

Jensen Ackles

(Eric Brady 1997-2000)
Jensen left Days to pursue primetime and film roles. He has a development deal with ABC. Jensen appeared on Fox's "Dark Angel" April 24, 2001. He also appeared in Blonde, the Marilyn Monroe TV Movie in May 2001. In the 2001-2002 season he became a regular cast member on Dark Angel. Jensen has signed on to be a new character on the WB hit SMALLVILLE for the next year or two. His character's name is Jason Teague (2004-2005). Other roles since leaving Days include:

Deborah Adair

(Kate Kiriakis #1 1993-95)
Deborah left Days because she wanted to focus on having a child. She adopted a baby girl, Lucy Taylor Hayes (husband is Melrose Place producer Chip Hayes). They brought her home on December 19, 1995. In the summer of 1997, they adopted another child, Jeremy.

Joseph Adams

(Jack Deveraux #1 1987)
Jospeh was seen in the TV movie, "Police Story: Cop Killer" (1988) as a passenger. He also appeared in an Anacin commercial and a Citibank Mastercard Commercial. Joseph appeared in the play "The Sisters," in the summer of 1995. He played Charlotte Ross' (Eve) love interest. He had a role on OLTL in late August/early September 1997 as a salesman. He appeared on AMC on August 27, 2002 as a detective who worked with Tad to track down Maureen Gorman/Maria Grey.

 

Marla Adams

(Claire McIntyre)
Marla appeared on an episode of Walker Texas Ranger in January 2000 called "A Matter of Principle". She played an ex-texas ranger's wife. She will appear in the upcoming TV Movie The President's Man. Marla Adams was in the series finale of Walker Texas Ranger, "The Last Show/Down".  She played the character she had played in previous episodes.  Marla's character name was Betsy Harper, the wife of a Texas Ranger played by Robert Fuller.

Antony Alda

After leaving Days in 1991, Antony sang on the soap CD, "With love from the Soaps," a CD created to benefit various children's charities. Antony played Kyle in the movie "Killing Device" (1993). In 1994, he appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful, where he played a photographer, Claudio, who took pictures of models while Jessica fantasized about taking her own "trip" down the runway. He was on "The Soap Cruise 1995" with Lisa Howard, Paul Kersey and Joe Mascolo to Bermuda.

Robert Alda

(Stuart Whyland 1981)
After leaving Days in 1981, Robert starred in the T.V. movie "Code Red". He died May 3, 1986.

 

Sarah Aldrich

(Jill Stevens)
After disappearing from Salem, Sarah appeared in "Born into Exile," a March 1997 NBC TV movie which also starred Mark-Paul Gosselaar. She took over the role of Victoria Newman on Y&R in early 1997, but she will soon be replaced by Heather Tom, whom she replaced. She is now auditioning for a lot of film work. She also says she wouldn't mind doing a soap role again. Sarah appeared on Beverly Hills 90210 on April 29, 1998. She has just been cast as Courtney, Joe's (Michael Dietz) ex-girlfriend Courtney on Port Charles. She first aired on May 22. On 1/6/99, she appeared on Candid Camera as a woman in distress who claimed to have a sprained ankle and tried to get men to carry her to her car.

Denise Alexander

(Susan Hunter Martin 1966-73)
After leaving Days in 1973, Denise went on to the popular role of Lesley Webber on GH. After that, she went on to play Mary McKinnon on AW. She reprised her role on GH in early 1997 and has appeared on and off since then. Denise has most recently been cast on Sunset Beach as Sister Beatrice, a recurring role. She aired during November, 1997 sweeps. Since Days, she has starred in numerous T.V. movies including "Hold the Dream" (1988), "The Endless Game" (1990), and "Danielle Steele's 'Zoya'" (1995). She was the co-executive producer of "Hidden in Silence," a Lifetime original movie that aired in 1996. It stars Kellie Martin and was filmed in the Czech Republic. Alexander says she had given up acting until a couple of years ago, until someone came to her with a play called "Mother's Day." She acted in it and she realized she still enjoyed acting. While she was approached about reprising her role on GH as Lesley Webber in 1993, a change in head writers changed the storyline and canceled her return. In July, 1994, Denise starred in the play "Mr. Wrong" in Burbank. It also starred Crystal Chappell and Michael Sabatino.

Victor Alfieri

(Jose, Franco Kelly 1996-98)
Victor will be starring with Sarah Buxton (from Sunset Beach) in the independent film Dirty Down Under...Up Here. In early September 1999, Victor joined the cast of B&B, where he plays Giovanni, a photographer for Forrester Creations. He appeared on Frasier on 11/4/03. His character was seeing Maris, Niles' ex. On 11/11/03, he appeared on I'm with Her.

 

 

 

 

Jed Allan

(Don Craig 1971-85)
After disappearing from Days while mailing a letter in 1985, Jed played Channing Creighton "C.C." Capwell on Santa Barbara. In 1985, he went on to star in the musical Guys and Dolls at Burt Reynolds' Jupiter Theater in Florida. He played to a sold-out crowd for eight weeks. In 1991, he starred in the movie "Her Wicked Ways". Also in 1991, he sang on the soap CD, "With love from the Soaps," a CD created to benefit various children's charities. Jed was also the host of "Celebrity Bowling," a show in which two two-celebrity teams competed on the bowling lanes. The show was on from 1971-78 and then was revived in 1987 as "The New Celebrity Bowling." The show was syndicated. Jed appeared in the film Zero Tolerance (1994) and in the past few seasons has worked on some TV pilots (none of which were picked up). In the 1994-95 season, he had a guest starring role on Burke's Law as a dead club member. Now, he has the recurring role Rush Sanders, Steve's dad, on Beverly Hills 90210. He appeared on a Silk Stalkings episode, "Red Flag" (October 23, 1994). He also appeared on Hardcastle and McCormick ("There Goes the Neighborhood" Jan. 7, 1985) . Jed was on an episode of Walker Texas Ranger, "Reel Rangers" in spring 2001.  He played the crooked owner of a movie company that was using the movie as a cover for his drug dealing. Since 2001, he has held the recurring role of "Ed," an angel, on Port Charles. He also had a guest spot on Six Feet Under. Jed held the recurring role of Edward Quartermaine after John Ingle left the role, but he left when John returned in 2006. He was also seen in the film Carmen the Champion. He became a published author in 2004 with his book Please, Spell the Name Right.


Dominick Allen

In 1995, he assumed the role of narrator in the musical "Blood Brothers," which marked his Broadway debut.

Krista Allen

After leaving Days, Krista appeared on Baywatch Hawaii, opposite former Days costar Jason Brooks (Peter). In 2001 she appeared in a Coors Light commercial with David Spade.  She was on his arm and when he didn't have his i.d. to buy some beer, she left him.   On January 10, 2002, she appeared on Friends as Mabel, Joey's date. In 2002, she was linked to George Clooney and later Matthew Perry. She was definitely friends with both men. It is speculated that she dated them both.

After she left Days, she worked at a law firm part time. Currently, Andrews is talking to one network about exec producing a series, and she is about to sign a deal she can't go into detail about that would give her exec producer and headwriter reigns on yet another TV mini.

 

 

John Aniston

(Victor Kiriakis 1985-97, 2000-present)
After John was dumped from Days, he found work thanks to some of his Days pals. On November 24, 1997, he joined the line of Days stars to appear on "Fired Up," Arleen Sorkin's sitcom. He played Gordon, a family friend who was invited to Thanksgiving dinner. He appeared on Days again for Christmas 1998. John was on an episode of Diagnosis Murder called "Must Kill TV" where he played a television executive (November 97). John and former on-screen son, Robert Kelker-Kelly shared the stage in Parental Discretion, in the spring of 99 at the Coast Playhouse in West Hollywood, California. Just as he did on Days, Aniston portrayed Kelker-Kelly's father. Kelker-Kelly's character, Dan, is gay, and Aniston's character, Jack, plans to move in with Dan and Dan's lover. Three's Company star Richard Kline directed the play. In 2000, Victor returned to Salem with full force. John is currently appearing on Days on a regular basis.

 

Frank Annese

(Barry Reid 1984-85)
After leaving Days in 1985, Frank starred in the movie "Stitches" (1985), a T.V. movie called "Hostage Flight" (1985), the movie "House of the Rising Sun" (1987), and "Another Chance" (1989). He guest starred on "MacGyver" in episode: "Dalton, Jack of Spies" 2/23/87, and on "21 Jump Street" in episode: "Orpheus 3.3". In 2005, he directed Lanford Wilson's Hot L Baltimore at
MADCO, a theater company in Londonderry, NH. Frank has his own management company based in Boston - Annese Theater Management - and is still very active in the Broadway and Hollywood scenes.

Vaughn Armstrong

(David Caldwell 1994, Harry 2002)
Vaughn appeared in "Clear and Present Danger" as a Blackhawk Pilot (1994) and in "The Net" as a trooper (1995). He guest-starred on two episodes of Babylon 5 in 1996 as a nightwatch liason. In 1997, he appeared in the TV movie Two Voices. He appeared on "Star Trek: Voyager" playing "Telek R'Mor" in episode: "Eye of the Needle" 2/20/95. Vaughn appeared on 90210 in 1998 as the father of a girl who was 17 and slept with David. He appeared on ER during the 1998-99 season as the father of two teenagers who were injured in a car accident on prom night. In 2001 he reprised his role as the Klingon 'Korath' (from the 'Star Trek: The Experience' exhibit) on the series finale of Star Trek: Voyager, bringing his total Trek appearances to ten, as eight different characters, and six different alien races. Rod Arrants

(Richard Cates 1985-86)
Rod guest-starred on the short-lived Mark Harmon series "Charlie Grace" on October 12, 1995 as Castelli. He spent a few years on the Young and the Restless as Steven Lassiter, following his time at Days. He appeared in an episode of Baywatch in 1992 (ep. "Masquerade") as Gordon. He auditioned for the role of Frank Cooper Sr. on GL and for another role on ATWT in 1992, neither of which he won. He also did guest spots on Hunter, Dallas and Hotel. He also appeared on an episode of Star Trek - Next Generation in "Manhunt." He portrays a holographic bartender that Laxann Troi (Marjel Barett Roddenberry) falls for because he's mysterious (she can't read his mind). He appeared on the 1/16/99 episode of The Profiler (ep. Where or When) as Donald Lucas' lawyer. Rod appeared on Simon and Simon (ep. THE APPLE DOESN'T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE 5/1/86) as Paul Revere.

 

 

Matthew Ashford

(Jack Deveraux #3 1987-1993, 2001-present)
After leaving Days in late 1993, Matthew made a few two guest shots the TV show "Burke's Law." In one, he played a dead tennis star (ep. 'Who Killed the Tennis Ace? 7/28/95). In the other episode, he played "Spider" (1995). He also appeared in the 1995 movie "Species" as a "guy in club." In 1995, he landed the role of Tom Hardy on GH. Matthew starred in "Into the Woods," "Counsellor-At-Law" playing Weinberg, and "Arsenic and Old Lace" at the Interact Theater Company (which he is a member of) in North Hollywood, Ca., in 1997. Matt's last air date on GH was May 5, 1997. He left due to lack of storyline. Matthew and wife Christina Saffran welcomed Emma Cecily Ashford, their second child , July 23, 1997 at 5:57 pm. Emma weighed 7 pounds and 12 1/2 ounces, and was 21 inches long. Big sis Grace is five years old. Emma has been diagnosed with Retinoblastoma, cancer of the eye. Matt is currently working on raising money to support the cause. Matt was seen as a psycho on a December, 1997 episode of the USA TV series Pacific Blue. Matt's latest movie performance is in
Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss, just released, which received a Sundance festival award. He also appeared in the pilot episode of the new WB series, Charmed, in which he plays the former beau of Shannen Doherty's (ex-Brenda, Beverly Hills, 90210) character, Prue, a witch. He just did this TV movie, Paper Bullets. It's a James Russo movie. It might end up going on Showtime. He plays the husband of James Russo's ex-wife. Matt says, "It's kind of a sad role, the dying ex-wife and I'm the new husband. It's not a major role but I'm building up my credits... It's mostly a bang, bang shoot 'em up movie. But I'm not part of that story. I'm a part of the heart subplot." Matt is also auditioning for new pilots and shows right now. Matthew, Christina, and daughter Grace (and a cast of 13 other talented performers) did a "one performance only" staged reading of Stephen Sondheim's musical "Sunday in the Park with George" to benefit babies with Retinoblastoma in August 1999 at the Performing Arts Center in Van Nuys, California. Matthew Ashford appeared in a special holiday episode of Providence on December 17, 1999. Matthew worked with Melina Kanakaredes (ex-Eleni, Guiding Light), in an episode mirroring the famed Christmas classic its a Wonderful Life. Brian Autenrieth

(Zach Parker 1984-85)
Brian was the second actor to appear on Santa Barbara as Brandon Capwell. His years on that show are unknown, but it was somewhere between 84 and 87. He appeared on "The A-Team" playing "Kid" in episode: "Road Games" 2/5/1985. For additional pics of
