The Players:
Belle, Shawn, Cassie and Rex
Shawn and Belle were up at Lookout Point. They were "making out" and looking at the stars. And then they heard an explosion. Suddenly, a capsule crashes right before Shawn and Belle! It opens and a man and a women are standing there. They were dressed in weird clothing and couldn't even speak.
They try to do CPR, and try to bring back the aliens. They are confused. Shawn calls his mother. But doesn't get an answer. His mother calls him back but doesn't get any answer either. She thinks he is okay.
Their parents won't believe them. They said that the aliens had silver bathing suits. The parents wont' believe them again. They start to talk about that. Later Abe, John and Bo talk. And they get to hear that a UFO landed here near in town. They are shocked. John doesn't think Belle and Shawn would lie about this but there is something strange about a UFO and aliens he thinks.
Shawn and Belle head back to the place where the UFO crashed. The Police are there, and Abe. Belle and Shawn ask Abe if someone has seen the aliens. He says that they don't know. The police are coming by them and ask them some questions. Shawn lies.
Belle and Shawn help the alien boy and girl escape from the gang members, as they realize these two are not part of the gang themselves. Belle persuades Shawn to hide them in his garage until they can help make these kids into humans. Belle realizes that the aliens are twins. And humans. They are Gemini Twins. Belle give the twins names "Rex", "Cassie" coming up with the names as an astronomical reference.
Belle and Shawn keep them hidden and taught them to talk, then they were taken to the hospital basement where they were kept top secret and Marlena was trying to help them.
At Smith Island , Shawn and Belle kiss and swim. They see Cassie and Rex staring at them. Cassie has no top on, so Belle tries to teach her why she needs to cover up! She puts a towel over Cassie. Rex ends up pointing at Belle's breasts and asks what are those! Shawn giggles, but then realizes they were talking about her goosebumps! Belle says they come from being cold, and Rex replies "Belle cold?" Belle thinks he is finally understanding. Later, the twins rub their stomachs and say "Hungry." Belle continues to teach them things, like the difference between boys and girls, and that they are humans. Belle asks Rex and Cassie who they are. Rex and Cassie look at one another, and nod.
We found out much later that the Gemini Twins were are genetically engineered twins who are the children of Roman Brady and Kate Roberts. They were finally able to come out and live in the real world. Then they lived with Tony for a while.
Eventually Cassie was "killed" by the Salem Stalker. Rex and Mimi became boyfriend and girlfriend, but he left town after he discovered that she lied about aborting his child.
