Dynamite scenes with Nancy and Craig today as they reflect on how their life has changed since Chloe came into it. Sami and Nicole try to outwit each other in the truth vs. dare game and the truth comes out about Philip‚s part in Brady‚s arrest.

At the hospital.....
Nancy‚s frustrated having to leave messages for Chloe, but Craig figures her cellphone is off as she‚s in the theatre and asked to be turned off. Colin joins them and tells them Nicole came out of her coma. He asks Craig to check on Nicole as he has to leave. Craig kisses Nancy and tells her he loves her and goes to check on Nicole. At the desk, Maggie walks up and startles Nancy and papers fly. Nancy admits being more flustered lately and Maggie reminds her how much time she‚s spent at the hospital lately. Nancy tells her what she sees everyday and wishes Chloe has a happy ending as some she‚s seen. Maggie‚s there for more sign-up sheets for the charity event. Nancy pours her heart out about needing a bone marrow match for Chloe. Nancy calls Maggie an angel and Maggie replies she‚s just grateful to help. She gets Nancy laughing telling her how Alice has sent thousands of her award winning recipe cookies to people over the years and how therapeutic dessert is (has Alice‚s donuts been cast aside for cookies now?) Nancy can‚t believe she thought she could „whip Alice‚s butt‰ and win the contest herself. She laughs at herself about how passionate she got with her cookie recipe ingredients.

Sami can‚t believe...
Sami can‚t believe that Tony won‚t help her after she stole something from her sister‚s purse for him. He has one more condition for her to fulfill. She reluctantly agrees to do whatever it is for him to stop Nicole from talking to Brandon. He wants more information about a covert operation at the hospital. He tells her this operation involves both Marlena and John. She refuses to spy on her mother and Tony puts the pictures back in the envelope. She watches frustrated, and agrees, but only if she can have the pictures NOW as it‚ll be too late for them by the time she gets his answers. He gives her the envelope, but warns her what will happen if she doesn‚t come up with her part of the deal. She takes the envelope and storms out.

In her room....Nicole
Nicole struggles to tell Brandon about Sami as he tries to get her to rest first. She insists he needs the truth. He agrees to listen and Craig walks in to check on her. She tells Craig she needs to talk to her brother and doesn‚t need to be checked on. Craig apologizes, but promises to be quick and then she can talk to Brandon. Later Craig walks out, saying Nicole‚s progressing nicely and as soon as she can tolerate solid food, can go home. He and Brandon talk about Nicole‚s agitated state and Victor (who‚s joined them) asks why she‚s agitated. He asks to speak with Craig as Brandon rejoins Nicole. Sami, back from Tony‚s, stands at the door and holds the large pictures of Nicole kissing Colin up so that Nicole can see them. Nicole tells Brandon she‚s tired and will talk later and that Craig said this would happen. Brandon tells her he‚ll be back and leaves after kissing her forehead. Sami stepped away when Brandon left, but returns and fans herself with the pictures. She walks in and shuts the door to flaunt the pictures to Nicole. Sami demands that Nicole and Victor get off her case and pretends to get sick thinking of Nicole with Victor (aka, the old man). Nicole tells her to „think again‰. Victor knows she saw Colin before they were engaged, but flashing the rock on her finger, says Victor has promised to protect her forever now. She tells Sami about seeing her hand on the plug, but Sami tells her she was just making sure it was plugged in good enough. Nicole tells Sami it was a simple kiss in a public place, no big deal. Sami doesn‚t believe Nicole‚s casualness about it. Sami tells her she loves her parents, her son and Nicole‚s brother. She leaves, then pops back in smiling, saying she‚ll be back. Alone, Nicole wonders how Victor would react? Not well, she knows..but should she sacrifice her whole future to keep Sami away from her brother?

Puzzled at seeing Brandon at the desk, Brandon tells Victor that Nicole was tired. Victor asks Brandon if Nicole mentioned Sami to him. Victor tells him how Nicole told him not to let Sami get away with it. Brandon tells Victor to talk to Nicole about this, not him. He intends to, but tells Brandon his sister should be his priority too and if Sami‚s a threat, to pay attention.

Elsewhere at the desk....
Craig joins Maggie and Nancy as Nancy comments she gets passionate over whatever she‚s interested in. She saddens and remembers another time when all she was passionate about and thought important was getting Craig elected COS. She admires Alice for extending herself to help them now after all she did to her grandson. Nancy wonders if she would have been so gracious if the roles were reversed and walks away. Craig excuses himself to go after his wife. In his office, Nancy admits being hyper and rants about not having her own office and about her years without Chloe. They both admit how Chloe‚s changed both of them since joining their family. Nancy tells him she couldn‚t go on without her daughter. Nancy tells him how mothers of other cancer patients ponder if they had done something different, their daughters might not have gotten sick. Nancy feels guilty for abandoning her daughter and Craig gets upset, frustrated by the same emotions. He feels bad for not diagnosing Chloe sooner and wonders what would have happened had they not broken up in college. She comforts him after he admits loving Chloe too. She tells him she‚s never loved or needed him more in her life and nothing will separate any of them. He tells her it‚s time for a break and offers a nice massage for her. Nancy tells him love is a powerful thing and together, they can save Chloe. He locks the door and rejoins her, giving her a kiss and the rest is left to our imagination....

Back at DiMansion...
Colin walks in from the door to the patio as a satisfied Tony privately bids Sami farewell. Tony tells Colin that Sami is helping him and shows him the picture from Belle‚s purse. Colin doesn‚t think it‚s wise to send a little girl (Sami) to do a man‚s job of finding out what‚s happening. The two study the drawing vs. the stars on Marlena‚s pillow. Tony remembers John‚s using the Gemini project as a name for their collaboration. Colin mentions the Gemini twins and Tony wonders what message Stefano was trying to give him. Colin remembers getting the engraved silver bullet and being told he‚d get a signal when the time was right. Colin knows what he has to do. Back to current time, Tony tells Colin he needs to keep his trust. Losing it would be a big mistake. Outside Colin looks at his silver bullet and tells himself some assignments shouldn‚t be shared with anyone.

Back in the motel room in Dry Creek....
A replay of Chloe showing Brady the note he left her and finding out that Philip forged it. Her cellphone rings and Philip asks if she‚s going to get it, but she simply hangs it up and demands an answer. Philip admits writing it, but said he just didn‚t want Chloe to worry about Brady. Chloe tears into him and apologizes to Brady about it. Brady understands and says he probably would have done the exact same thing. She doesn‚t buy that and he would have realized all she wanted was the truth. Brady tells her it‚s not like Philip knew he was just rotting away in some jail cell. She turns back to Philip and is furious with his lame explanation. If her father is gone forever, then she‚s going to die. Philip tells them that Niko‚s out there searching, but Brady tells him that Sykes is in a witness protection program and the more people looking for him, the more he‚s going to hide. He wouldn‚t be afraid of his own daughter. Philip argues he was only thinking about Chloe. Brady asks him if he‚s not suppose to be in school now (good point) and there‚s a knock at the door. It‚s the local Sheriff wanting to settle something. He gives Brady his jeep keys and tells him where the jeep is parked. Brady suggests they all go get it and the sheriff demands Philip wait as he wants to talk with him. Brady tells Chloe they‚ll leave as Philip can handle himself, but outside the door, waits and listens. The sheriff tears into Philip about wasting tax payers money for housing his friend for something he didn‚t do Philip tries to give him more money which irritates the sheriff more. Upset he was made to look foolish by arresting an innocent man, the sheriff demands to know what‚s going on here! Brady walks in saying he wants to know the same thing! Philip mutters „Oh Man‰ to himself. Brady gets furious and goes after Philip as the sheriff leaves, saying Philip will get his due punishment now. Brady punches Philip first in the face, then the gut. He yells at Philip that he did this to him and to Chloe and calls him a bastard as Philip holds his gut and stares at Chloe as the credits roll.....

SUMMARY:
While Brady‚s punching Philip in Dry Creek, Nicole‚s punching Sami in Salem..(glad these real life newlyweds had a nice honeymoon in Hawaii before all this action started)...Kate almost tells her woes to Roman, but gets interrupted.

Round 2 in the Dry Creek Motel, ding ding, as
Round 2 in the Dry Creek Motel, ding ding, as Brady tears into Philip about what he did, but Chloe yells to let her handle this. He walks off and she calmly asks Philip „Why?‰ He realizes his actions were a little „rash‰. Philip explains he thought taking her to NYC would help her relax and get well. She reminds him she asked him to trust her. He tries to rationalize what he did, but she doesn‚t buy it, knowing everything is about him. Philip tells Brady he should butt out and knows what‚s right. He knows his love will save her in the end and tells her he was just a spoiled brat until she came along. She gave his life meaning and he knew he had to hold on tight and never let go. She realizes he wants to possess her and that kind of love won‚t save her, it will only suffocate her. He tells her he‚s not possessive, just passionate. He loves her more than anyone or anything in his life. She tells him he just needs her and she‚s not a prize, she‚s sick. She can‚t breathe sometimes when around him. She blames herself what happens too. She built a fantasy world for herself when he came into her life. She did love him, but things have changed. He was her first love and rocked her world, but they‚ve changed. Crying, she tells him how she needed him too. She has to get the guts to face her disease now and they both have to accept the fact that it‚s over between them. He doesn‚t believe what‚s happening and blames Brady for what‚s going on. Brady tells him that Chloe‚s not a puppet and he has to listen to what Chloe needs. Chloe asks Philip to leave and he morosely asks if that‚s what she wants. He apologizes for what he did and hopes she‚ll find her father. If the only thing he can do for her is to walk out the door, then he will. He takes her hand and she watches in with tears rolling down her face as he tells her to take care of herself. He leaves and Brady watches from behind as she cries.

Later Chloe‚s lying on the bed. Brady tells her she did the right thing and will survive this. He tells her they‚ll track down her father. If he‚s not a match, they‚ll find her a donor. He suggests she try to get some sleep and pulls the covers up over her as she falls asleep. In the hall Philip wants to hit a wall, but stops himself as reality sinks in.

Roman brings a bouquet of sunflowers to Kate.
Roman brings a bouquet of sunflowers to Kate. Apparently she rejected other flowers from him, but he doesn‚t give up. He finds a pizza box and is worried about her as she always eats salad and healthy food. He feels her forehead for a temperature when she claims to be sick. He figures it‚s Stefano or his lawyer bothering her. He gets mad and demands to know what da hell she‚s upset about. She finally tells him that she‚s not protecting Stefano, she‚s protecting herself! She pours herself about a tablespoon of Brandy and chugs it. He yells at her she has to open up about her secret. She tells him Stefano didn‚t do anything to her, she did it all to herself. Roman softly asks Kate what she did and she lays her head on his shoulder, close to telling him.. as Lucas lets himself into her room (after leaving the hospital below). (why does HE have a key to her room? Shouldn‚t he have at least knocked first?) and asks what‚s going on. Kate asks them both to leave her alone. Roman tells Lucas they need to give her some space and they leave. In the hall he tells Lucas that Kate will tell him what‚s wrong when she‚s ready to.

At the hospital....
Sami watches Colin as Lucas joins her. He has the joint custody papers that Mickey prepared and needs her signature (shouldn‚t that be notarized?). She tells him this isn‚t the time for that and he whips a cassette player out of his pocket, suggesting that Victor can use it to play the tape from Las Vegas to her family and Brandon. She grabs the papers to sign them, but the pen doesn‚t work and she dashes off. He borrows a nurses pen, but Sami‚s gone by the time he turns around.

Brandon and Victor argue about Sami. Brandon asks Victor what he‚s using against Sami. Victor questions Brandon‚s feelings about Sami and suggests he see Sami for what she is, a compulsive liar. Lucas walks up looking for Sami to sign the papers. Victor leaves and Brandon and Lucas have words about Sami and Will. Lucas thinks Brandon is blind and figures Sami was responsible for Nicole‚s getting shot. Brandon grabs Lucas by the collar and Lucas challenges him to hit him. Brandon lets him go and Lucas bets him $100 Nicole will say something about Sami when she comes out of her coma. Brandon tells him she already is awake and Lucas asks if Nicole told him anything about Sami then? Brandon remembers Nicole trying to tell him something and dashes out as Lucas smugly tells himself, watch out Sami, lover boys coming.

In her room, Nicole fantasizes about strangling Sami, but she‚s really strangling her nurse The nurse pulls away as Nicole realizes what she did, apologizes and demands to see Dr. Murphy. The nurse reports what Nicole did and Colin tells her it‚s not unusual for a patient coming out of a coma to be out of control and will see if restraints are necessary. Sami sneaks into Nicole‚s room carrying the cassette player. She eyes a sleeping (that was quick) Nicole and smirks. Later Colin walks in and Nicole asks for his help. We see Sami lying on the floor recording the conversation. Nicole tells Colin about the pictures Sami had and threatening to show them to Victor (just where are those pictures now Sami?). He wants to give Nicole something to calm her down, but she gets angry and tells him about the pictures at Salem Place. He figures it‚s for the best and she doesn‚t want that old geezer. He‚ll be happy to give her some sexual healing when she gets discharged and being they‚ve made love a couple of times already, she knows he can do it. Sami is silently cheering underneath Nicole‚s bed at her good luck as she gets all of this on tape! Colin grabs Nicole‚s arm and she tries to pull away when Victor walks in asking what he‚s doing. Colin said he‚s taking Nicole‚s pulse. Victor asks Nicole if Sami‚s been to see her, but she denies it. Victor asks Colin to step outside to talk and he thanks him for his help, but takes him off her case.

Colin looks for Craig and learns he‚s at a meeting about the Light the Night walk. He tells the nurse to send a message to Dr. Wesley to assign another doctor for Nicole Walker. He gets a call from someone and although they threaten him, says he can‚t talk right now and hangs up.

Nicole lays in bed, trying to figure out what to do when she hears Colin‚s offer to see her between the sheets again. Paniced, she looks under bed as Sami surfaces from the other side..now having the pictures and tape against Nicole. Sami asks if Nicole‚s going to back off and let her have Brandon. Nicole starts to strangle Sami for real this time as she gets out of bed and throws Sami onto the bed while still strangling her. Sami drops the tape recorder and Nicole dashes after it and throws it out the window. Sami‚s not upset as she pulls the tape out of her blouse and waves it at Nicole. Nicole launches onto her again and gives Sami a right hook in the face. Brandon and Victor FINALLY walk in and Brandon holds Sami while Victor goes to Nicole. (Nicole sure is energetic right after surgery and having been in a coma, haha!) The two women are seething as the guys hold them down. Victor asks Nicole what Sami did to her and Sami smugly watches Nicole, who realizes she can‚t say. Nicole loses control and throws things on the floor and pounds on the wall as Brandon controls her. Sami just rubs her face and smiles.

We return to find Nicole, agitated and struggling in bed as Victor and staff hold her down. Sami watches from behind Brandon, saying she‚s sorry he has to see his sister like that and has heard it happens to coma patients. He turns to see her concerned face and strokes it, asking if she‚s hurt, then looks back at his sister. A split screen shows Nicole‚s confused face and Sami‚s smug one as the credits roll...

Good show as Sami gets nearly all she is asking for, more about Colin & Tony's plans are revealed, Jack finds another place to sleep, and Lexie tries to stave off the coming divorce.

KNOCK, KNOCK, WHO'S THERE?
Colin is in his apt., fingering the engraved silver bullet, and once more remembering Mr. Grant giving it to him, & telling him he knows what to do, and will get a signal when it is time. Outside Jack comes upon Jen ready to knock at the door, pulls her away, as they argue over who should continue work on this story. Jack pulls Jen to hide, as Tony arrives, knocking at the door. Colin lets him in, as Tony berates him for shortchanging him. He is miffed at Colin brushing him off yesterday, and tells him he is to be at his beck & call. Colin rightly tells him he is a practicing physician, and his patients come first. Tony gives him a hard time about his love life (Nicole & Jen), saying he was only to get Nicole into a compromising position, that his getting her into bed was not in the game plan. Then Tony goes on about Jennifer, saying that Colin was only to use her in Africa to get close to her father, Bill Horton, in order to gain entry to University Hospital. (hmmmmmm!!!) Tony is concerned that Jen being Editor in Chief at Spectator is very dangerous to their plans. Colin claims he is using Jennifer only to gain the trust of the entire town.
Out in the hallway, Jack & Jen are still arguing about how to get info from Colin, when Jen just boldly knocks at the door. Colin is surprised to see her, tries to put her off, but Tony appears, and she goes inside. Tony claims he was getting a prescription, & Jen begins to question him about his illness. He is perturbed, and leaves. Colin wonders why she did that, & Jen claims to get rid of him, so they could be alone. She proceeds to come on to Colin big time, and he asks if she is sure this is what she wants. Of course, says she. LOL. But Colin tells her he knows she still loves Jack. Therefore she wants something from him, and what is it. They banter back & forth about her feelings for Jack, their time in Africa, and finally Jen just pulls him into a big kiss. (watch out, Jen)
Outside, Tony gets into his limo, to be joined quickly by Jack, who talks about the story Tony promised him. The "real" DiMera family, giving tons of monies to charities, etc. Jack suggests an up close & personal story, 24 hour coverage, Tony & his sister at breakfast, & suggests he move in with them for a couple of weeks. Tony smiles, then agrees, saying he has another appointment, but will see Jack later that evening when he comes, luggage in hand. Jack gets out of the limo, and Tony says to himself, "just who does Mr. Deveraux think he is kidding?"

I WANNA HOLD YOUR HAND.....
At the hospital, Lexie arrives, looking for Brandon, as she heard Nicole was out of her coma. She spots Abe, and talks of not wanting this divorce. Abe is very abrupt with her, telling her she should be in Mickey's office in the afternoon. Lexie claims short notice, but Abe reminds her that Cameron Reese will doing anything for the DiMera money, and just give her a call. He spots Fay, and goes to talk to her.
Brandon has spent the night at the hospital, and is happy to hear Nicole is out of the restraints. He sees his mother, and Victor joins him, thus Fay learns of Nik's outburst the night before. Abe wants to question Nicole, but Brandon says she is too weak. Abe agrees to talk to her later. Brandon & Victor go to see Nik, while Lexie accosts Fay. She slyly informs Fay she knows of the affair between Fay & Abe, while Fay was married to Paul Mendez. She tells Fay she & Abe have always been faithful to each other (*cough, cough*, am choking on my coffee here) & sweetly says she is glad Abe has such a good friend in Fay, but that Abe still loves Lexie. (ooh, retract those claws, Lex) And that she has made some mistakes in trying to protect her family, but they are working them out. Fay is very nice, but excuses herself to go see her daughter.
Abe walks up to Lexie, asking what kind of poison she was dishing out at Fay. Lexie asks Abe if they can go somewhere to talk, and Abe replies, thru his teeth, yes, in Mickey's office at 1 p.m. He sees Fay at the elevator and goes to join her. Lexie angrily wonders where Brandon is when she needs him, as someone has to break up those two (jeez, Lexie, they are NOT a couple.....at least not yet!) At the elevator, Fay tells Abe that Nicole is resting and she cannot see her til later. Abe asks her to go for a cup of coffee. Fay is hesitant, and does not want to come between anyone. Abe tells her it is over between him and Lexie, but there is no harm in having a cup of coffee, and maybe just a walk in the park. They leave.

HERE, KITTY, KITTY
In Nicole's room, Round 2 of the battling blondes' catfight, tho this time they are more subdued. Sami wakes up Nicole, waving the incriminating pictures in front of her. She taunts Nicole about the tape, the pictures, and how her life with Victor is over if he catches on. (Sami is sporting a gorgeous black eye, lol) She tells Nik not to tell anyone about last night, and issues her ultimatum. Nicole is to say Sami did nothing to provoke the "brutal" attack, & that Sami has never done anything to her. Nik is to back off her relationship with Brandon, she is not to tell about the bullet (Sami denies to Nik that she pushed her into the path, said you pushed me first, and I was trying to drop to the floor), the plug (Sami also told her she was just making sure it was secure) AND that Nik is to get the incriminating tape back from Victor. Nik is not liking this, but they hear Brandon & Victor arriving, and Sami goes to hide. (Amazing these hospital rooms have all these corners to hide....mine was just a big square room, lol)
Brandon & Victor ask Nik what happened last night, but Nicole sheepishly makes excuses, claiming to want to protect Brandon. She then confesses to Brandon about getting Victor to threaten Sami, as she was just worried about him, but she now realizes that was wrong, she is sorry, and will stay out of his life. (Guess Nik decided which was more important, her life with Victor, or her brother's life with Sami, lol).The expressions on Sami's face as Nicole tells her tale are priceless. Victor asks if that is all Nik has to say about Sami (Victor smells a rat, alright!) and Nik says yes. Sami is not pleased at that. Victor & Brandon leave, and Sami angrily confronts Nicole, who reminds her that she has to take this slow, or Victor will be suspicious, and reminds Sami that no one wants to be the target of revenge, Victor style. After Sami leaves, Nicole contemplates what she has had to do, and vows to pay Sami back, once she is out of the hospital.

Up on the roof, Sami is smiling as she once more looks at the pictures of Colin & Nicole, then stuffs them into her conveniently BIG purse, as Brandon comes up. She claims she was thinking of them up there in the rain, (barf bag, please). Sami pretends surprise, as Brandon tells her that Nicole told him everything. But he still cannot understand why Nik should have given Sami that shiner. He asks if there is something more, Sami assures him there isn't. He tells her that if there is, now is the time to tell the truth. The words "the truth" echo repeatedly, as the camera freezes on Sami's face. And the credits roll.

The Salemites are on a mission. Jack to get Tony‚s and Colin‚s story, Lexie to get Abe back, Belle and Shawn to help the twins and John to get someone to believe him that the twins are on a mission to infiltrate their lives. Jen gets some answers about her father.

Lexie joins Mickey and Abe in Mickey‚s small office
for their meeting about the divorce. She tells them Cameron is in Honduras on a much needed vacation, but when she returns, they‚ll proceed to contest the divorce. She still loves Abe and wants to start over. Abe tells her it‚s over, but she promises to protest the divorce and make him go bankrupt if need be to show how much she loves him. Later, Mickey offers to hold off on the divorce, but Abe tells him no, he still loves Lexie, but the marriage has been dead for a long time now.

Belle and Shawn are summoned to the Penthouse
and John tells them Marlena never came home last night. Belle assures him that Cassie and Rex would never hurt her mother. John explains Marlena just called and arranged for Shawn and Belle to visit the twins. Shawn and Belle are happy to hear that as they‚ve missed their friends, but John‚s concerned about it. Belle tells her father not to try and talk them out of it, they‚re going.

Jack rushes to the cop shop
Jack rushes to the cop shop, urging Bo to rush over to Colin‚s room and rescue Jen from Colin. Bo tells him this isn‚t the old west where he could break down the door and save her. Jack rants on about how Jen‚s running away from him because she‚s upset with him. Bo finally tells dummy (yeah, he actually calls Jack that, haha) that Jen‚s running away from him because she loves him. That shut Jack up for a while. Bo tells Jack not to blow it this time and if he hurts sweet Jen, he‚ll have to answer to him. Jack tells Bo how Tony let him move in for a while. Bo changes his mind and calls Jack a genius. All Jack wants to do is get Jen away from Colin.

Later Bo and Jack are at The Spectator as Jack throws things into his briefcase. He tells Harold to tell Jennifer that he‚s on a „special assignment‰ for a couple of days and if she needs to reach him, to call his cell. Harold‚s hurt he won‚t tell him what the assignment is and wonders if Jack‚s involved with another woman. Harold begrudgingly tells Jack to break a leg and Bo whispers that he hopes Tony doesn‚t do that for him. Bo and Jack whisper loudly about what‚s going to happen at Tony‚s as Harold eavesdrops. Jack stares at the phone, hoping it‚ll ring as he worries about Jennifer.

Meanwhile, in Colin‚s room
Meanwhile, in Colin‚s room, Colin and Jen start kissing as he pulls her down to sit at the end of the bed as he tells her he thinks he loves her. She tells him she can‚t do this, it‚s too soon and he needs to tell her who he really is. Colin reluctantly tells her that all those nights at the campfire in Africa were by Dr. Bill Horton‚s request that he keep his daughter occupied. Jen refers to her father sleeping with a married woman and worried Jen might tell the woman‚s husband if confirmed. Furious about what happened, she tells him he and her father are both disgusting and she starts to leave. Colin pulls her back and tells her that her father was helping people that were on the other side of the action there. Each night he was going out to help people, but didn‚t want Jennifer to worry, so he asked Colin to keep her busy. He promised never to tell Jennifer the truth and that‚s the secret he‚s been keeping from her all this time. Jen stares at him trying to take it all in..then tells Colin she wished she‚d known so she could have helped her father. She and Abby could have told her father how proud they were of him. Colin hands her the phone, saying it‚s not too late. We return to see Jen finishing up a call with her father. She promises to bring Abby and see him soon and tells him she‚s proud of him. She thanks Colin for bringing her father back to her and wonders if she was wrong about him too. He leans in for a kiss, but she asks about him next. He gets a little upset, demanding he‚s only a doctor, not part of the Dimera organization. It kills him to see she still doubts him and promises to never hold the truth from him again. He gets a call, an emergency, and has to leave. She has to cover the Light the Night walk anyway and as he walks her to the door, thanks him for changing her life. He tells her she changed his too and tells her that he loves her before slowly closing the door (why is he still living in a hotel room?) Jen walks away, wondering if she‚s been wrong about Colin all this time.

In the hospital basement....
John (who even has the code to the door in the hospital lab), lets Belle and Shawn in. Belle argues with Russell about the sterile environment there, but he assures her that Marlena took care of that overnight. They‚re let into see Cassie and Rex and the room now looks more like a dorm with bright colors and lap tops. The 4 teens hug and Cassie and Rex show B&S what they‚re doing as the door is closed to give them some privacy (as Russell opens the blinds to the 2 way mirror). (I assume there‚s a bathroom off that room somewhere?)

Belle tells the twins she had no idea what would happen that night on the hilltop. Rex and Cassie reply in full sentences, much to Shawn and Belle‚s amazement. Marlena had hypnotized them and they not only remembered how to talk, but to read. They laugh about the twins being normal now. They explain they only have one memory now, the one of them being locked up and here they are, locked up again. Shawn tells them it‚s only for a while. The twins tells B&S that they were told their genes (not jeans Cassie clarifies) were weird and Rex holds up their wrists to show them another weird feature they had. They ask what it means and tells them how Belle‚s father said someone named DiMera put the tattoo there. They ask who they are and what should they do now. Shawn assures them they‚ll be taken care of and they‚ll make their own family as Rex holds Belle‚s hand and Cassie hugs Shawn.

Russell tells John that Marlena‚s in a closed door session with people from Washington and he can‚t see her now. Russell tells John to bring several changes of clothes for Marlena. John figures out it might be days before he sees his wife, but Russell reminds him that Marlena volunteered to help.

Now back at the Penthouse
John calls Bo over. He tells him what‚s going on and gets upset when Bo‚s not upset too. He tells him about the twin‚s Phoenix tattoo, but Bo still trusts Shawn‚s judgment that the twins are harmless. John‚s angry he‚s alone in his feelings.

Jen returns to The Spectator and
Jen returns to The Spectator and checks her phone messages. Harold anxiously tells her about Jack‚s secret assignment.

Bart‚s impatient as Tony sits in the back of the limo.
Bart‚s impatient as Tony sits in the back of the limo when Tony tells him to take him to see Dr. Evans.at the hospital. Bart announces she‚s MIA and not to found at the hospital or penthouse. She went into the hospital, but never came out the day before. Concerned about his boss as he rubs his forehead, Bart asks him what he needs and Tony replies..‰Marlena‰. Later they‚re parked outside the hospital when Bart joins Tony in the backseat. He saw John, Belle and Shawn take an elevator down and then get into a separate elevator to the basement. A big goon was blocking the door to the elevator and wouldn‚t let him use it, saying the basement‚s under construction. He asks Tony if he should get Colin as Tony doesn‚t look good, but Tony blanks out for a few seconds, then says „it‚s arrived‰ as he opens his eyes.

Lexie returns home to Dimansion
As Celeste pours her tea and tells her that Cameron called and agreed to represent Lexie. Lexie asks for her mother‚s advice on how to get Abe back in her bed. Celeste refuses to hurt Abe any more after all her daughter has done to him already. She will be there to help her daughter emotionally, but that‚s it and walks out of the room. Touching her father‚s urn, Lexie asks how he could leave her and wouldn‚t he want his daughter to be happy? She needs someone to help her get Abe back. Ding dong. Eliana answers the door to Jack and tells him she has a room ready for him. Lexie asks when did this become a boarding house, but Jack tells her that he may be the answer to her prayers.

Bart helps Tony into the parlor as Colin rushes in. Tony‚s in a trance and hears that muffled voice saying his future has arrived. He rubs his face and comes out of it. He asks what he said and Bart tells him he said „It has arrived‰ twice in the limo. Lexie and Jack come downstairs to see the other 3 and as Jack joins them, Lexie figures Jack can help her. Tony explains to the others how he invited Jack to stay there and plans to disclose the Dimera family secrets in an exclusive to Jack. Jack, happy to see Colin there, pulls out his cassette recorder and tells Colin that as Tony‚s doctor, he wants to get his secrets too....cue a split screen of a smiling Jack and surprised Colin with lighting flashing between them as the credits roll.....

Summary:
Today's show focuses on Salem's "Light the Night Walk". But the guest of honor...Chloe...fails to show up.

Kate...
Kate  is at her hotel/apartment (which is it?) getting ready when Roman shows up. They trade barbs in the doorway until he barges on in. She tries to get him to leave, until he finally promises to let up on the questions about Stefano. They also argue over his and Bo's treatment of Billie. Kate claims she doesn't have time for him as she is on her way to the Light the Night Walk. Well, guess what...that's where he's headed as well and asks to join her. Seeing she is in a losing battle, they leave together.

Jennifer...
Jennifer shows up at the Spectator looking for Jack. She is furious with him about the news of his moving into DiMansion and wants an explanation. They go into her office as she chews him out...afraid he will end up in trouble. He asks why she is so upset, assuring her that he can handle it. She thinks maybe there is nothing there and they should just give up on investigating Colin. Jack wonders what Colin did to change her mind. She claims that they only talked but believes that he is not working for the DiMeras. Jack gets really agitated with her. Then Jennifer sees the tv monitor and remembers the Light the Night Walk and they rush off.

Light the Night...
Everyone is gathering in Salem Place to begin the walk. Victor and Maggie (who is manning the sign up station) chit-chat about Philip and Chloe. As Victor makes some disparaging remark about Chloe, Nancy and Craig walk up and overhear, upsetting Nancy. He apologizes and Craig tries to smooth it over. Colin is also there, arguing with Tony on his phone about Jack moving in. Caroline overhears, but Colin covers. Victor spots Colin and makes a bee-line over there to hear him on the phone checking on Nicole. Victor warns him to stay away from her. Shawn and Belle arrive, wondering where Chloe is and ask Craig and Nancy. They haven't heard a word either and everyone becomes concerned. Belle also worries that she hasn't heard from Brady. Caprice and Mimi arrive with a team from Hartley House (Cynthia, Dozer and a few unidentified students). There is also a paramedic there named Kyle that Caprice is making eyes at. LOL as Cynthia barges in and openly flirts with him. Mimi wonders why Belle seems so worried and she tells her about Brady, Philip and Chloe all MIA. Jo and Abby arrive with Abby looking for her mom and dad. Craig makes announcement, welcoming everyone and thanking them for coming. (Must be a windy day on the set for as he is talking the balloons flop him in the face). Nancy says a few words as well and then they introduce Abby and announce that she will help lead the walk, helping carry the banner, along with Shawn and Belle (she thanks them for all their hard work as well with the marrow drive). The walk starts as the people all make their way down the street. Be sure to look for the various apparel in the walk...some have on t-shirts with Titan, Basic Black, Salem University, etc.

This is followed by scenes from (what looks like) real life Light the Night Walks from all over the country to the music of "This Little Light of Mine...I'm Gonna Let it Shine". We see clowns, beauty queens, people in wheel chairs, etc. (Very moving). The Salem walk ends up in the park, with Alice there manning the refreshment stand handing out her famous (award winning) cookies. Abby rushes to her and with a hug tells her that Grandpa Tom would be so proud of them, saying she is sure that he saw all the lights from heaven. Nancy takes the time to come by and speak to Alice, thanking her for donating her proceeds to the fund and for refreshments. Slice shares with her about how Addie had leukemia but was cured and assures her that Chloe will survive as well. Kate and Roman arrive (notice how everyone is in t-shirts, jeans, sweats, etc. but Kate. Quite the fashion plate in her white pants suit and heels. (Well you don‚t see her feet, but you can hear her shoes clicking as she walks.) Kate takes the opportunity to take a jab at Sami for not participating and Roman says she had to work. (sure). Kate sees Victor and takes the chance to trade insults with him. Belle continues to try and contact Brady, but can‚t find him and worries.

Jen makes Jack leave as she smooths things over with Colin. Jack finds Maggie and Abby as Maggie questions him about his move over to DiMansion. Kate and Nancy chat about the search for a marrow donor. Roman leaves to go back to work as Kate thanks him for joining her on the walk saying she did enjoy his company. She asks around about Philip but no one has head from him or Chloe. Nancy and Kate both worry about them. Belle tells them that Brady is missing as well. They all hear Victor on the phone saying he can‚t believe that Philip would do something that stupid. When he gets off, he tells them that he wasn‚t there for his first day of school. Victor blames Chloe. Belle is afraid that something went terribly wrong. Nancy erupts all over Victor as we see Philip casually strolling into the park and Belle spots him first. They all rush over as Nancy demands to know where Chloe is. She gets excited and collapses before Philip can tell them anything. Meanwhile, Jack keeps one eye on Jennifer and Colin, sure she may end up in danger. Colin invites her to dinner, but she declines, saying she must get back to work and write the story on the walk.

Meanwhile, in Dry Creek...
A dejected Chloe is more determined than ever to locate her father. She comes to the realization that she is going to die. Brady tries to cheer her up and be supportive. She has second thoughts, thinking she should have told Philip the truth from the start and maybe none of this would have happened as she has flashbacks of railing him out. Brady now has a new plan...to look like they packed up and went back home. But in reality, he wants to put her up in a hotel in a nearby town as he comes back and camps out near the doctor‚s house. She is determined to stick by his side and help. He is afraid she might get sick as the weather is turning cooler, but she is determined. They find a spot to camp and as they sit by the campfire and chat, he offers the one-man tent to her. But she hears a wolf howl and is NOT going to sleep in that tent alone. Later, they are lying in the tent talking, as Brady is afraid that Philip went back home and ratted them out. Chloe is sure he wouldn‚t do that. Brady turns out the light and tells her goodnight. A wolf howls and she grabs him and holds on tightly...much to Brady‚s surprise...as the credits roll.
