John hypnotizes Malena, which leaves her very disturbed Sami
learns a shocking secret about Brandon and Hope's hero once again
comes to her rescue! Great show for all the Bopers out there!!!
On The Plane Home
We get a replay of Marlena showing John the letter and telling
him that he and Tony are brothers. He is in shock as she explains
that the letter was written by Daphne DiMera and says that she
fears the John and Tony will continue to fight each other, never
learning that they are brothers. She tells him of the room she
was in and where/how she found the letter (as she has flashbacks).
She says when she saw Tony dangling in that pit, she HAD to stop
John from letting him did. But John doesn't believe it, saying
that the letter is a fake and must've been planted. He is angered
by all this. Marlena says that she just wanted out of there in
one piece. John is also upset because they went there to get
evidence and had to leave with nothing. He wants to go back, but
Marlena just wants to go home. He plans on parachuting out and
sending the plane (with her on it) on home. She doesn't want that
either, feeling it's too dangerous and offers to let him
hypnotize her and learn of her repressed memories. He does just
that and once she is under, he begins to question her. She says
she is in her bed but can't see very well. Everything is foggy
and she is so sleepy. He asks if she was drugged and she has
flashbacks of the man saying "sleep Marlena, sleep" and
giving her a shot. John asks who he is, but she can't make out
his face. Back in real time (while still under) she begins to
cry, saying "it will break and fall". John brings her
out and she is disoriented and confused. He tells her about
hypnotizing her and how she did return to that room, describing
it perfectly. She asks if she remembered anything important and
he tells her what she told him. He tells her about talking about
it "breaking and falling" and she has a cold chill and
gets really edgy but can't explain the feeling. He holds her
tight as she begins to cry again, telling her to let it go. She
says she has this feeling of dread as he holds her tight and he
eyes the letter on the table.
At Lexie's Wake
Abe and Celeste are there as Shane helps them keep the reporters
at bay. (I think they are at DiMansion, but not sure). Abe tells
him that they reached Tony and he is on his way home. Brandon and
Sami arrive as Brandon explodes all over Abe, blaming him for
Lexie's death, saying he didn't protect her. Sami and Shane both
try to shut Brandon up as Brandon says that Abe will spend
eternity in hell. He pulls away from Sami as he continues to
blast Abe. Celeste whispers to Abe that Brandon was a loyal
friend (like she wants to tell him something later we find out
that is true). Abe chuckles and says that Lexie always DID take
in strays. Shane gets a call from Roman, telling him that Bo has
escaped, so he and Abe rush off. Celeste offers to let Brandon
have a few minutes alone with Lexie to say his goodbyes. He goes
in and talks to the (closed) casket as Sami eaves drops at the
door. When he says that he will never regret the night they spent
together, Sami's eyes get big as saucers. As he leaves, she
retreats from the door and never lets on that she heard. He
comforts Celeste as Sami sneaks into the other room to say HER
version of goodbye (LOL!) She angrily curses Lexie for sleeping
with Brandon and says she got just what she deserved and it
doesn't matter anyway now for she is dead. And a corpse is no
competition. She says "rest in peace if there is such a
thing in hell" and storms out. Celeste tells them that the
funeral is tomorrow as they go to leave, but Sami left her purse
in the other room and goes back to get it, not missing the
opportunity to take a few more pot-shots at Lexie before joining
Brandon.
Hope's Knight In Shining Armor
Larry and Hope are down at the docks as he looks for their get-away
boat to arrive. A voice from the shadows says "You're not
going anywhere Welch" as Bo steps out and Hope turns with a
smile on her face, near tears.
Bo approaches as Larry grabs Hope around the neck and pulls his
gun. Larry is in shock and begins to ask questions as Bo pulls
his gun as well. Larry threatens to kill Hope unless Bo drops his
gun. Bo finally puts down his gun and Larry makes him kick it
into the river. Larry tells his story of revenge as he explains
his hatred of Hope. Bo offers to trade places with her but Larry
won't go for it, saying it is Hope that he is out to get. He
threatens to kill both of them but says he will let them live,
but Bo must do something for him. Next, we see them on the Fancy
Face as Bo starts it up and Larry forces him to untie the ropes.
Then he whacks Bo over the head and pushes him in the river as
Hope screams his name. Larry and Hope sail away and he continues
to torment her as she continues to call for Bo. She sees his hand
reach up and distracts Larry as Bo gets up on the boat and he and
Larry begin to struggle for the gun. Hope grabs the gun and hands
it over to Bo, who holds him at bay. Larry lunges for them and Bo
shoots him, with him falling into the water. Meanwhile, we see
Jennifer (for the first time right after the mid-point of the
show) on her cell phone with someone (we later learn it was Abe)
telling her it is all going down. She takes off (saying she is
going to find out what is going on) and Jack (who was lurking in
the bushes) follows her. She arrives at the docks (with Jack on
her heels).
Someone grabs him from behind and then Jen gets stopped as well.
We learn it's two agents dressed in black as Roman steps out from
the shadows demanding to know what da hell they are doing there.
He proceeds to chew them both out as Jen explains about Abe's
phone call and she wanted to be a part of it all. Jack is
terribly confused and doesn't have a clue as to what is going on.
Roman tells them they have no business being there as he gets a
call from the Coast Guard, telling him they are closing in on the
Fancy Face. Roman orders them both out of there. Jen tells Jack
to go home and takes off. Back on the boat, we hear the Coast
Guard identifying themselves and telling them to fire a flare,
which Bo does. After which, he holds Hope tight and they kiss.
The boat arrives at the dock with them being welcomed by Roman (hugs
all around). Bo and Hope kiss as Jack and Jennifer watch. Jack is
in total shock and confusion demanding that Jen tell him what is
going on. Jen tells him that she will explain everything later,
but he is furious with her, saying that she knew all along. Right
after Brandon and Sami leave, Celeste gets a call from Abe,
telling her that it is all over. Celeste asks "Where is she?
I want to tell her" (yup, she WAS in on it) Abe tells her he
already did. Cut to a smiling Lexie (in his office). Meanwhile,
Shane is at the hospital and walks into a room, telling the
patient he has some good news Larry Welch is history and Hope is
back with Bo, safe and sound. Cut to a smiling Billie (with her
head in bandages). She says that's great news. Back on the docks,
Roman wants Hope to go to the hospital, but she insists she is
okay, wanting to go home to her boys. Roman goes to see if they
have found Larry's body as Bo and Hope hug. He tells her that he
knew he'd find her because he could always feel her. She says she
KNEW he'd come for her as they hug and kiss. He reaches in his
pocket and takes out her wedding ring and says he is going to put
it where it belongs on her finger. He promises to love her always
as long as they both live. He says "You are my life and I
will love you for the rest of my DAYS" as they kiss and the
credits roll.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2002

Another great show!! It's the next morning, Thanksgiving in Salem.
Break out the Kleenex boxes! I love how they wrap up all the
mysteries by explaining to Hope what happened. Flashback scenes (some
in black and white) help fill in the puzzle. Roman has his own
talk with Billie. The family reunites and welcomes Hope home (and
so does the Early Edition) before going to Tuscany for their
Thanksgiving dinner. A surprise ending as the show closes.
Abe's Office
Abe tells Lexie that all kidnapping charges have been dropped and
she's free to go. Tony walks in (wow, he returned fast from the
island!) and informs Abe this is not over with. Even though Lexie
agreed to help with their charade to get Hope back, he feels a
monetary settlement is called for to avoid further similar
mishaps by the department. Lexie says NO and steps between Abe
and Tony and calmly asks Tony to let her handle this. Tony
argues, but Lexie doesn't want any more press and only wants
peace and quiet. She'd like to speak with Abe alone and Tony
agrees to wait for her outside. Alone, Abe thanks her. Lexie
tells him how hurt she was, that he thought she could do what she
was arrested for. She doesn't want anything more to do with him
for the rest of her life.
Salem U Hospital
Jen leads a confused and agitated Jack into the hospital. Trying
to unsift the situation about Lexie and Bo's guilt, he asks her
what else he doesn't know. She explains one other very important
thing as she leads him into Billie's room. Billie's talking with
Shane about what she told him that night (glad she wasn't
changing) as Jen opens the door. Jack's surprised that Billie's
still alive. Billie admits not being brain dead, but how badly
she herself was duped. She thought she was sent by the ISA, not
realizing Larry Welch was behind what was going on. She tells him
that she really was shot by Welch though. Realizing he was the
only one there who didn't know the truth, Jack remembers
comforting Jennifer. Later Billie explains to Jack how Bo told
her family that her life was in danger and the best thing to do
was to fake her condition.
They agreed. When she woke up the next day, Shane showed her a
picture of Larry Welch and she identified him as her ISA contact
and told him about the warehouse on the edge of town. Evidence
led them to the docks (see below) and they found Hope. She blames
herself for what happened, but Jack knows how evil Welch was and
said if he didn't use her that he would have used someone else
and Hope might not be alive. Roman arrives and asks for a minute
alone with Billie. Jack rushes from the room and Jennifer pleads
with him to hear the whole story and he'll understand why he
wasn't in on their plan.
Roman tells Billie he knows the truth. Billie wanted to get rid
of Hope so she could have Bo back. She gave up Welch to save her
own hide and recalls how she was the one bringing in all the
clues about Hope. She's going down for this one. She's on
suspension while an investigation is underway. Kidnapping is a
federal offense as she learned while playing cop. He tells her
the only thing prisoners hate more then a cop is a crooked cop!
She's going to see how it feels being on the side that hurts. In
the waiting room, Pop Shawn, Caroline, Doug and Julie arrive on
the elevator and find Roman and Belle getting a cup of coffee. He
reassures them that Hope's okay, the hospital just won't release
her without a clean bill of health.
They wonder why they aren't with her, but they explain Bo took
Zack and Shawn up and the doctor's didn't want Hope overwhelmed
with visitors. Julie jokes their family can be overwhelming (LOL)
and an anxious Doug equates his anxiousness to seeing Hope as to
how he felt the day she was born. He can't wait to hold her. Bo
brings Shawn (who's holding Zack) into Hope's room and the three
of them hug. Bo's out of his wet clothes and wearing hospital
scrubs, but Hope's wearing a beautiful blue dressing gown that
doesn't look like hospital wear ;-) Kisses and hugs abound as
Hope and Bo vowed they never gave up on each other. Shawn takes
the cue to take Zack to get something to eat and Hope jests their
mother is back and no more cookies for breakfast (LOL).
Pretending to be a little insulted, Bo said they took care of
each other and Bo even made oatmeal a few times. Bo rushes Hope's
doctor out knowing Hope would try to convince her to let her go
home, but he agreed with the doctor to wait for blood test
results first. Hope remembers the newspaper and today's Lexie's
funeral. Bo assures her Lexie is still alive, he didn't kill her.
He explains how they first suspected Lexie after finding she had
Hope's wallet and tickets and then finding her holding Zack at
Salem Place. A replay of them finding Lexie with Zack as he
explains. She tells him Larry was proud of setting up someone to
take the fall for him. He tells her about their getting her
bloody sweater and then the letter she wrote.
Her heart goes out to how hard that must have been on them,
thinking she was dead. He tells her about how Nico got her
jewelry from the pawn shop after someone found them on a dead
woman. He reread and reread her letter (we see him doing so) as
he finally accents her usage of the phrase HOW WE and associating
it with Howie Hoffstedder (flashback of Howie in Hope's wedding
gown from the scene we have on our page with Hope's letter).
Black and white scenes of his flashback telling Abe how he
investigated and found out that Larry Welch was released over a
year ago. He doesn't know how Welch kept it out of the press, but
Welch called his probation officer recently saying he was
visiting family and out of town. The PO wrote down Welch's phone
number from his caller ID and it was in Cedar Rapids at the same
time Hope and Zack were kidnapped. After he figured out it was
Larry Welch, he got an unexpected lead, from Billie Reed. Bo
tells her when they got to the warehouse they saw the date she
had scratched on the wall. She's thankful he remembers dates as
it was the date that she, Shawn and Bo had left to sail around
the world. He knew where to look for her when he saw that date,
the docks. We return to Bo explaining to Hope about Billie's
involvement. She tells him about seeing Billie with Larry at the
warehouse and she knew Hope was being held there. He tells her
how Larry shot Billie when he saw her with Shane. He knew he had
to stage something dramatic and that's where Lexie was involved.
Lexie pops in the door at this point saying that's when Bo came
to her jail cell and asked for her permission to kill her (phew..and
the show's only half over at this point, haha).
We return to Bo and Lexie explaining to Hope how Bo and Abe came
to her cell and told her what was going on. She had already been
planning to escape from jail and leave Salem and Abe had found
out. Abe wanted her to escape as planned, but knew she and Bo
were the only two involved parties that were a threat to Welch.
If she were dead and Bo in prison, it would let Larry feel
comfortable enough to move about. Lexie reminds Bo about how he
almost strangled her earlier that same day and he apologizes. She
agrees they both have things to be sorry for. Lexie tells Hope
that Abe and Celeste got her out of the morgue and into a safe
house in the interim period.
Bo tells Hope about who knew what was going on. Bo, Abe, Roman,
Shane. Craig Wesley was in on it and kept everyone out of
Billie's room at the hospitalHope tells him that both she and
Larry believed it. Lexie tells Hope that Zack needed his mother.
Get the Kleenex out folks!!!! Shawn pops in to say there's about
50 people in the waiting room to see her. Hope's ready! Jack asks
who else knew what was going on and Jen points at the waiting
room (pretty much everyone that was at the pub that night, minus
Victor and Roman) saying they all did. The elevator opens and
Shawn pushes a wheelchair out. Bo's sitting in the wheelchair
with Hope on his lap, LOL (cute). Hope stands up and everyone
takes a turn to hug Hope and welcome her hope as Alice stands
nearby waiting her turn. Hope is surprised to see Shane and
tender moments with everyone there. Shane points her at Gran and
Hope walks over and hugs her grandmother and tells her she loves
her, she loves everyone there. Gran tells her they love her too,
their Hope and welcome home. Lexie and Tony watch morosely from
nearby.
Abe notes this and goes after them. Doug remembers that horrible
night at the pub and Bo tells Hope about how he called the family
together. We see him tell everyone that only people in the pub
now are to know what he's going to tell them. Hope's life is at
stake if anyone else finds out. (Aha!! NOW we know what we didn't
see his speech. It's telling everyone about Larry Welch.) The
flashback is in color, with a cloudy frame on the picture. Bo
tells everyone how they have to pretend that they've accepted
Hope's being dead. While they're all publicly mourning, in
reality they were working on bringing Hope home. Love how Shane's
standing behind Alice with his hands on her shoulders (don't let
him get away Salem!!) They see the doctor coming and Bo gets Hope
into the wheelchair quickly. The doctor smiles and tells Hope
she'd get more rest at home apparently and her bloodwork came
back great. She's good to go after her release papers are signed.
Hope thanks Maggie for agreeing to host Thanksgiving at Tuscany
this year. Maggie was happy to help (aha, now we know what the
Horton family was doing!) and everyone agrees to meet up there.
Shawn and Belle privately talk about how lucky they are and it
was love that brought Hope home. Outside the ER entrance, Tony
offers to get the car while Lexie enjoys the fresh air she's been
missing. Outside Abe joins her and she tells him she's not going
to protest the divorce and he can talk to her lawyer. Jack and
Jen continue their discussion. She tells him at the time he
comforted her, she didn't know the truth. Bo came to the pub
after he had left to see Billie. They couldn't let anyone outside
the family know the truth. He reminds her that Belle is not a
member of the family (oops). He figured it out that she couldn't
report something not true and used him to do that. She eventually
concedes to that fact, but it was his help that saved Hope and
Billie. Jack is hurt, thinking it was also just an illusion that
she needed him and that they were getting closer. He walks away
as Jen tells him that part was real. Bo wheels a tired Hope back
to her room, wondering if she's up to the big party. She tells
him yes, and she's been so lonely. Hugging and kissing him, she's
hoping this is real and not a nightmare where she'll wake up and
be Larry's prisoner still. Bo tells her it's real and Larry Welch
will never bother her again. As he says that, we see a man
crawling in the sand. He rolls over and opens his eyes it's Larry
Welch as the credits close.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH, 2002

Most of Salem celebrates Thanksgiving at Tuscany, grateful for
their blessings, while the DiMeras count theirs at DiMansion, and
our young lovers, Chloe & Brady, make the best of the day at
their cabin in Colorado.
At Home In Salem
At the penthouse, Belle arrives with her laundry, (typical
college kid, lol) with her parents teasing her about it. She did
not realize they had gone on a trip, but John says they were
searching for Hope, and came home, when they realized she had
been found. Rex & Cassie arrive, to say hello. Rex explains
he researched this holiday on the internet, and so he &
Cassie came to express thanks for all Belle, and especially
Marlena, had done for them. Marlena is strangely quiet, but calls
them dear children and gives big hug. They leave.
At the hospital, Craig gets Sykes' DNA results back and calls
Roman to tell him about Sykes' injury, etc. Roman says thank you,
he will call Witness Protection people, tell them about Sykes,
the barn and the injury, and tells Craig he did the right thing.
Craig tells himself, aloud, that Sykes was right, he could not be
the father of Chloe, and apparently a lightbulb goes off, as he
swabs the inside of his own cheek, and packages it, ordering
another DNA test on it.
At DiMansion, Lexie is calling Brandon, again, (evidently not her
first call) leaving messages, asking him to let her explain. She
knows he is upset that she let him think she was dead, and
Celeste tries to reassure her that he only needs time. She asks
forgiveness for not believing Lexie, but is reassured herself
that it was understandable after Lexie had already tried to
kidnap Zack once before. Of course Lexie forgives her mother.
Down in the secret room, Rolf & Tony are discussing Tony's
trip to the island. Tony had no problems with the passageways,
etc. since Rolf gave him details of everything. (Then how come
Tony fell in that hole!) Rolf compliments Tony on the souvenir he
brought back, as Tony unveils the portrait of Marlena. As he
lovingly caresses it (Ick!) Rolf asks him why he did not claim
Marlena while he had the chance, when she was separated from
John, but Tony says their time will come. He shows Rolf the box,
which Rolf says he has never seen. Tony asks Rolf if he at all
reminds him of his father, and Rolf says, very much so. Tony
muses about the many puzzles his father has left him to solve,
and wonders if he is up to it. In Colorado, Chloe & Brady are
snuggling & necking on the sofa, giggling a lot, when Chloe
remembers it is Thanksgiving. She asks Brady what they usually do
on T-Day, and he said watch football. LOLOL He says they always
say what they are thankful for, and he usually says, baseball,
while Belle usually names every single one of her stuffed animals.
Chloe gets an idea, goes rummaging in some box (BTW she is
wearing a big turtlenecked wool sweater, and Brady a flannel
shirt .odd things to bring with you to Hollywood ..lol) and finds
what she is looking for. Brady hauls out the video camera, and we
next see them on the beach, next to a gorgeous calm lake, with
mountains in background. She has a football, and tho Brady starts
out with camera aimed at her, before long the camera is dropped,
lots of crazy footage, as they horse around with the football and
roll around on the sand. Cute scenes.
Tuscany
Shawn is playing w/Zack, while Bo & Hope are kissing up a
storm. Doug & Julie arrive with an armful of groceries,
followed quickly by the appearances of Shawn & Caroline,
Micky & Maggie.They all excitedly exchange small talk, mostly
about the turkey, which Maggie & Caroline have already got in
the oven. Julie goes off to make her cranberry orange relish, and
Maggie declines all the other offers of help, as all is well in
hand. She brings out a big plate of hors d'eurves, as Jen arrives
w/Abby, then Shawn brings in Colin. Bo is throwing daggers when
he sees Colin, who has a few words for Jen, but she is not
exactly communicative with him. (Good for Jen, lol). Philip comes
in, welcomed by all, but just wanted to say hello. He declines
the offer to stay, is definitely not eating dinner with Victor
& Nicole, and intends to hang out with his mom & Lucas.
He tells Hope he is so happy his brother found her, then leaves.
The Blacks arrive, with Belle immediately hooking up with Shawn,
who is playing bartender, but soft drinks only. Shane, Roman
& Abe come in, followed by Sami & Will, who is
disappointed there is no TV. Everyone is happy, hugging, and
jabbering away. Maggie comes out with a big plate of something,
which is for the guards outside, so Bo can't touch. LOL. Hope
says she knows they are there cause Larry's body has not been
found yet, but Bo assures her the man is dead (I don't think so,
Bo), shot thru the heart and overboard.
John & Shane talk of the fingerprints John lifted from the
island mansion. Shane says he will have the prints analyzed,
along with the letter. John says no way is he related to Tony.
Roman wonders if he was ever on that particular island, since
Stefano kept him on an island for quite a while. Craig &
Nancy arrive, welcomed by all. Sami tells John she did not even
know he & Marlena had left town, and wonders why no one
trusted her with the secret about Hope (Duhhhh, Sami!) & John
tells her if she wants to earn trust, stop hanging out with Tony.
(Hmmmm, she hasn't been around him lately, has she?)
Maggie brings out the wishbone, (wait a sec ..how do you get a
wishbone from an uncarved turkey) so Abby & Will can have the
honors. They make their wishes, and Abby wins! She tells Jen she
wished that next Thanksgiving her mom, dad and her all celebrate
together, just the 3 of them. (me, too, Abby!) Sami goes up to
Abe, encouraging him, on this day of thanks, to reunite with
Lexie. (Oh, our Sami, as if we cannot see right thru you, lol)
and Abe agrees. He makes his apologies to Alice, while Sami is
happy cuz that should keep Lexie away from Brandon. (Yeah, right,
and there is this bridge in Brooklyn ) Here it comes ..the
beautiful, 26 b. Turkey is wheeled out, on a white table cloth
covered cart, in all it's glory. (Still want to know about that
wishbone ..lol)
Back In Colorado
Chloe & Brady are back in the cabin, rummaging in the
cupboards, looking for tiny marshmallows, but all Brady finds is
a can of peas. They kibbitz a lot, the phone rings, and tis Nancy
& Craig calling to wish her Happy T Day. They chat a bit (back
at Tuscany we see Belle gets to talk to Brady). Later, we see
Brady finishing up the final touches to a bowl of spaghetti.
Chloe tells him that on this day, she is very grateful for him
then Brady picks up a long string of spaghetti, puts the end in
his mouth ..turns to Chloe, and they do the Lady & the Tramp
thing, with the other end in Chloe's mouth.. Awwwwww!!!
At The DiMera's
dinner is over, the very well dressed group are in the
library having their pumpkin pie. They talk a bit of what the
days means, with Rex asking if the Pilgrims had pumpkin pie at
their lst feast .and Tony replying he doesn't know, since he
wasn't there. A bit of small talk, when Lexie decides she needs
some air, and leaves. Celeste hurries after her, asking her not
to go chasing after Brandon, but Lexie shrugs her off and leaves.
Outside, Abe comes up, but Lexie rudely brushes him away, and
hurries off.
The Tuscany Thanksgiving
Familes are seated at various tables - Bo, Hope, Alice, Jen,
Abby, Zack at one; John, Marlena, Belle & Shawn at another;
Mickey, Maggie, Doug & Julie together; etc. Justin gets a
phone call, says he will be right there, excuses himself, saying
he has a patient who has taken a turn for the worse. (That
Brooklyn Bridge is still available, folks, lolol). Micky asks for
them all to join hands, as they then hug & kiss each other.
Shawn gets up, and announces a toast to his wife. Micky offers
one to Alice Horton (Yayyy, and does she look beautiful!) and
then one to his lovely wife. Julie toasts to elastic, as she
laughingly looks down at her tummy, and the wonderful meal ahead.
Doug says "To 2nd chances" as he looks at Hope, who
kisses Bo.
Nancy says to new life, as Craig says to possibilities. (interesting!)
Hope says she is thankful for her life, while Bo says for my wife.
Another kiss. LOL
Abby is thankful for wishes, while Will says "TV". Jen
is thankful for her sweet daughter, while Sami says the same for
her sweet son. Roman lifts his glass "to the future",
while John is grateful for the past, as he looks at his wife,
saying "cause it brought me you". Marlena is thankful
for family, while Belle is at a loss, since she looks around the
room, seeing everyone there.
And our wise matriarch, Alice, says ..it is Love! We leave the
clan to their merry eating and go outside Tuscany, as Colin comes
out the door. He reaches in his pocket, pulling out the bullet,
which we see has the name Bo on it. Aloud, Colin says "Bo

Craig gets a shocking surprise (LOL...so does Colin)
Chloe admits her love Marlena gets a special delivery from Tony
as John flies off the handle Sami and Lexie have a face off.
In The Cabin
After a Thanksgiving dinner of pasta, red beats and peas, Chloe
has a craving for s'mores. They find some ingredients (tea
biscuits, marshmallow crème and cocoa powder) and have some
makeshift s'mores. Both agree that they are disgusting. Chloe has
some goop on her face as Brady sucks it off, which leads to
kissing. She feels bad for holding back on him and wants him to
help her love him. He believes that they are meant to be and do
have a future together and that she needs to let go of her fears.
She finally claims that she is not afraid and is ready to admit
her feelings for him. She says that he is the man that she has
waited for and could never love anyone as much as she loves him I
love you Brady. He holds her as her heart beats hard and she
tells him over and over that she loves him. He says that he will
always love her as they fall to the sofa kissing in front of the
fire. The fire isn't the only thing getting hot as she tells him
that she is ready to make love with him.
At The Hospital
Craig nervously awaits the DNA results. Nancy comes in, seeing
that he is anxious, but he doesn't tell her what is wrong. He
tries to change the subject, making her suspicious. She has a
dizzy spell and goes outside for some air. While she is gone, he
gets the call he has been waiting for. The answer leaves him in
shock as he plops down on the chair. Beside himself, he practices
(to a chair) telling Chloe the truth that HE is her father. Nancy
comes in and he excitedly tries to tell her what he has learned,
but before he can, she faints to the floor.
At Brandon's Apartment
Sami is there erasing Lexie's messages (she left 5). She tells
him that there were none as there is a pounding at the door you
got it it's Lexie. She asks for time alone with Brandon but he is
really po'd at her and doesn't want to talk to her. She claims
that she did it all to save Hope and Isaac and was sworn not to
tell anyone. She tells him that she and Abe are finished, which
seems to lead him to forgive her. Sami says no one told her to
protect Will but Lexie corrects her, saying no one told her
because she would have BLABBED. Brandon gets paged and has to
leave leaving Lexie and Sami alone (uh-oh). They get into a huge
argument where Sami calls Brandon Lexie's "spare". She
tells her that Brandon is no longer available to her and if she
has a problem watch Dr. Phil (who Ali is a fan of). Lexie plays
that tune of "Brandon is my FRIEND", but Sami tells her
she knows better and that it's over Brandon will NEVER be hers as
long as Sami is living and breathing. As Lexie storms out, Sami
tells her to call her and they will do lunch then slams the door
behind her.
At The Penthouse
Marlena is posed like in the portrait as John is working at a
canvas. He announces he is finished and turns it around, but it
is the painting of the ocean. She gets upset and starts crying as
he pulls out a syringe, saying it is time to sleep. Yes, it's a
dream as Marlena awakens dazed and confused. She tells him about
the dream (remember he has never seen the portrait) as he shows
her the prints of the photos she took in the chamber of secrets.
As she looks at the one of the portrait, she remembers posing for
it. In her memory, she says she doesn't want to sleep, for fear
of it breaking and falling. She drops the flowers and the break (with
a crashing sound) on the floor. She urges him to follow up on the
letter, but he refuses, saying all that was staged by Tony and
that he was only testing her to see if she would save him. She
asks him to hypnotize her again, but there is a knock at the door.
It's a delivery man with flowers for Marlena (the same lilies as
in the portrait) from Tony. A furious John tears up the card and
throws the flowers in the trash (in the hallway). He doesn't tell
her, but she asks where are the flowers she can smell them on his
hands. He tells her they were from Tony and he trashed them. He
tells her that he needs to leave and she begs him not to go to
DiMansion. She lies down and he covers her and with a kiss he
leaves. Alone, she goes through the pictures again, with the one
of the portrait falling to the floor. She goes to the hall and
gets the flowers out of the trash. Near the end of the show, she
is seen holding the flowers in the pose of the portrait and seems
to be in a trance.
Over At DiMansion
Tony is bringing Colin up to date on his trip to the island and
shows him the portrait of his "future" (Marlena). He
tells him about John and Marlena snooping around there and how
Marlena saved his life. He feels drawn to her and tells Colin she
has been having those spells as well. He says that Marlena is his
destiny and feels she holds the secrets to his past. He shows
Colin the box but when Colin tries to open it, it shocks him to
the floor. Tony touches it and it is fine (as Colin keeps his
distance). After Colin leaves, Tony fiddles around with the cover
and it's like a puzzle. He removes a piece and finds a note,
reading "fire reveals the truth". He finds another
which says " the truth is frozen in time". Colin visits
Stefano's lawyer asking when will he get his $2 million. The
lawyer (Grant) tells him he will get it when the task is
complete, but Tony must never know anything about this. Colin
pulls out the silver bullet saying before long, Bo will be
covered in 6 feet of dirt and Tony DiMera's hands will be clean.
As Tony continues to play with the puzzle, John storms in past
Eliana and confronts him, saying he has figured it all out he
wants his wife! as the credits roll.
