Show #9092**
Tape Date: 6/11/01
Director: Herb Stein
LOTS going on as the whole show takes place at the dance. I tried
to remember as much as I could...Shawn & Belle dance; John
& Hope talk about Gina; Kate & Nicole trade insults and
Chloe is exposed and Brady gets blamed. Not quite a nice time for
everyone at the dance!
The Last Blast 2001
The Last Blast is in full swing as John and Hope watch from the
sidelines. She starts on him about her wanting to remember what
happened. Out on the dance floor, Belle tells Shawn that she is
worried that something is up and that Mimi is involved. Mimi
finishes her mission (with the slides as Brady sees her) and Jan
says all they have to do now is sit back and enjoy the show. Jan
says that she can't wait to see Chloe "naked as a jaybird"
on the big screen. (Whatsup with Jan - is she obsessed with
seeing Chloe's naked body or what?) Meanwhile, Philip confronts
his mother and demands she leave immediately, to which she
refuses. While this confrontation is going on, Brady watches and
(to Nicole) calls Philip a loser for talking with his mommy.
Philip tries to get her to leave, saying he is worried about her.
She informs him that he isn't worried about her, but about
himself. He storms off to Chloe and tells her all about it. She
takes up for Kate and then THEY argue. He wonders what else could
go wrong. Shawn and Belle talk about Mimi as Susan comes by and
talks with them. Belle compliments her on how nice she looks and
is glad she came. Hope reminds John that he promised to tell her
the truth, but he refuses to tell her anything. Roman walks up
and asks them what is going on. Hope lies and tells him they were
disagreeing about the music at the dance. John is extremely rude
to Roman as he takes Hope and they leave to talk privately. On
their way out, they run into Belle and Shawn (who are both
anxious for them to leave). Shawn reminds Belle that if they are
going to win the dance contest, they need to practice and they
hit the dance floor. Jan and Mimi keep arguing over the slides.
Mimi keeps trying to back out of it, as Jan berates her, calling
her a wimp. While observing Philip and Chloe, Brady points out
that Philip loves her, but she doesn't love him back. Nicole
thinks that is because Chloe has the hots for Brady. Brady says
that she hates him, but Nicole disagrees and says that Victor
would be so pleased with him if he stole Chloe away from Philip.
He denies feelings for her, but Nicole says that he protests too
much.
Nicole spots Kate by the punch bowl and doesn't pass on the
opportunity to give her a hard time. She makes a bee-line over
there and they exchange barbs. Nicole really rubs it in about her
new life and how Victor is so good to her. Kate turns around and
Nicole warns her if she throws that punch on her, she will stick
her head in the punch bowl. Kate calls her an ignorant slut.
Nicole comments on Kate's dress and asks her if Janet Reno had a
yard sale.
Belle and Shawn are sure that they will win the dance contest.
Kevin tells Susan that he is really glad she decided to come and
she admits she is having a good time. They talk about how next
year they will be competing for Valedictorian. She tells Kevin he
can have it, because she doesn't want to give a speech. She says
that there would be too much name-calling. Mr. Woods tells her
that if he hears any name calling there tonight, that person will
wish they never came to the dance. Meanwhile, Brady is
eavesdropping on Mimi and Jan. Mimi is worried they will get in
trouble and will go to jail. Brady hears Jan say something about
a website and he wonders what is going on. The dance contest is
ready to begin but Chloe refuses to dance in it. Philip gets
upset, but she points out that they were king and queen last year
and that they should give someone else an opportunity to shine,
like Shawn and Belle. Kevin starts the slide show and the first
slide is of Philip covered in blood, which he doesn't like one
little bit. Everyone is laughing and Mr. Woods shuts them up.
There is something wrong with the sound system and Kevin decides
to stop the slide show for now. The contest starts as Kevin and
Susan are the first to take the floor and they really do a good
job as they do a sort-of tango dance. Jan and Jason are next and
they aren't bad either, but their dance looks more like a make-out
session to me, lots of touching and rubbing. Shawn and Belle are
next and right in the middle of their dance (as Shawn dips her)
they go into a fantasy sequence of just the two of them dancing
alone in the gym to a slow song, bathed in blue light. They pop
back to real-time for their big finish. After the contest (were
those the only 3 couples competing?) Belle and Shwan are
announced as the winners. They go up to accept their trophy as
Shawn jokes and says that he'd "like to thank the academy".
Belle takes the microphone and says that they don't deserve it
and walks over and hands the trophy to Susan and Kevin. Susan is
beaming until some guy calls her "Gigantor". Kevin
informs him that her NAME is SUSAN. Belle adds "and she
ROCKS". Everyone starts applauding (lead by Shawn and Belle).
Meanwhile, Philip and Chloe argue again about how she won't tell
him what her summer plans are to make money.
After her run-in with Nicole, Roman comes over to Kate to see if
she is okay. He asks about Lucas and she informs him that there
is no change, she calls and checks on him every day. He tries to
comfort her, but she tells him that she doesn't want or need his
condescending or hypocritical sentiments. She KNOWS he hates
Lucas and it's all because of Sami's lies. She defends Lucas's
honor and says that Sami walked all over him. Roman suggests that
Kate try and get along with Sami. She grabs him by the arm and he
tells her to let him go. When he jerks away from her, her dress
rips, exposing her famous black bra. Everyone standing around
there starts laughing at Kate, which infuriates Philip. He tells
her to leave and she does. Roman asks Philip if he is proud of
himself. Roman follows Kate and offers her a ride home, which she
refuses. Outside, Kate says to herself, sorry about that Philip,
but you reacted exactly like she wanted. Roman spots John and
Hope and wonders what is up with them.
Hope and John are walking the hallways of the school as John asks
her if she is really ready to learn the truth about her life as a
criminal. Hope asks John if Gina planned on having a child and
John informs her that he (John) was the love of Gina's life. He
warns her that this is NOT a game and that Gina is still there,
in her head, and that Stefano could bring her back at any time
and that he has already done it twice before. This startles Hope
who asks if he thinks that Stefano would try and punish her,
since he was driven from Salem, away from his daughter and
grandson. He tells her that Stefano called him and insinuated
that he would get revenge against the Brady's. He tells her that
he has a way to fix things if Stefano ever plans on using her
again. He spots Roman watching them and changes the subject, then
the two of them return to the dance.
I guess that Kevin gets the problems with the slides fixed as
they start showing them again. We see scenes flash across the
screen, Belle as a cheerleader, Belle and Mimi studying, Philip
and Chloe at last years dance, etc. as LeAnn Rimes' "I Need
You" begins to play. Philip and Chloe head to the dance
floor as two girls note that they are perfect for each other.
Belle catches up with Mimi and demands to know what is going on.
She denies that anything is going on, but then says it wasn't her
idea. (LOL, poor dumb Mimi). When Kevin walks away, Brady starts
messing around with the slides, trying to stop what is about to
happen. Chloe sees him and wonders what he's doing. Jan and Mimi
also see him and panic. Kevin comes back and runs Brady away from
the slide projector as Philip and Chloe continue to dance. As
everyone watches the slide show and applauds, Mimi is shouting at
Jan that it's wrong and she has to stop it, but Jan holds her
back. All of a sudden, everyone starts laughing and hooting as
the picture of Chloe flashes across the screen with "opergirl.net"
across it. Someone yells that Chloe is selling herself on the
internet. Philip turns to her, furious, and screams "So tis
is how you are going to make your money? How COULD you?" He
storms out of the gym. Belle yells "Who did this?".
Kevin yells "He did it, I saw him" and points at Brady
as everyone stares in his direction. Chloe looks at him as he
shakes his head no and she is in tears as the credits roll.

Show #9093***
Tape Date: 6/13/01
Director: Stephen Wyman
ALL Last Blast today, but thankfully the dance (for us over 20)
ends on today's show as Philip lashes out at Chloe and the rest
of the students react to the slide show. Mr. Woods gets ***** for
his speech to the students! Sure would have been interesting if
NANCY were asked to be a chaperone!!!
A replay of the slide show being shown and
Philip's reaction as he storms out of the room. John yells for
them to turn off the slide, but alas with all the chaperone's
there amongst the faculty (where's Mr. Woods?), the slide stays
on the screen as the kids all start chanting ghoul girl, ghoul
girl. Brady denies any part of it to Nicole and Jan tells Mimi
that they can let the "cryp" take the fall for it,
considering herself both funny and lucky to not get the blame.
Chloe flashes back to times over the last year when the students
harassed her and Philip's coming to her rescue, including the
blood bath at the Last Blast 2000. She also remembers Brady
telling her she didn't have any heart on the pier. Back to the
dance and the kids are still chanting and laughing at her while
John and Hope stare in the background watching (some chaperones!)
Brady approaches Chloe to tell her he's innocent, but she lashes
out that he should go tell his grandfather his plan worked and
Philip walked out on her. She tells Brady he's rotten to the
core, cold and sadistic and stomps out of the room.
Poor little rich boy is licking his wounds about how Chloe
embarrassed him. He remembers taking Chloe's glasses off on the
pier, their talk at the reception and their night in the rain and
barn. Nicole finds him and tells him that Chloe put a stake right
through his heart. Philip loses it and charges towards Nicole,
but she scoots away and he starts kicking at the trash bin,
reminding her of someone else who gets violent when angry. She
tells him to use his brain and doubts Chloe would blow her secret
at the Last Blast. Nicole admits it was a great get rich scheme
and people would pay big to see her. He says he would have given
her money if she needed it so bad. He tells Nicole that Chloe
used him as a ticket to popularity as she tells him Chloe is a
cold lady who was only interesting in getting what she needed.
She touches his arm and tells him they should go home, but he
tells her he'll be fine.
Chloe hides near the lockers as a few rude girls mock her and do
a little "Ho" cheerleading chant. John approaches Brady
and they glare at each other as Brady denies any part of it and
he was near the projector because he knew those 2 (looking at Jan
and Mimi) were up to something. He doesn't mention names, in his
infamous manner of not giving all the details) but John spots Jan
and Mimi watching closely and figures it out. Brady talks to
Belle, who knew Brady's innocent without being told. As the rude
girls continue their chant, Chloe walks away. Inside the gym,
Hope grabs a flyer advertising the operagirl website from a
couple guys, telling them they should be ashamed of themselves.
They walk off, knowing there are more around. Shawn and Belle
tell Hope kids are different nowadays and money and designer
labels are important and how Philip's embarrassed with Kate
working at the Hudson Street Diner.
John introduces himself to Kevin as Belle and Brady's father.
When asked, Kevin tells John how he saw Brady by the projector.
He tells John to think of the school as a teen kingdom and
different classes of students are in the kingdom. Belle and
Philip are like the knights and fair ladies and are in the
privileged group and rule the geeks and weirdos like him, even
asking for favors now and then. He tells John some of them are
fighting back and standing up for themselves. John congratulates
him, but suggests they confirm their facts before accusing others
of something. Kevin agrees point taken.
John stares at Jan (looking at the flyer) and a nervous Mimi. As
a guy walks around handing out the fliers, Brady stops him and
Hope starts grabbing them from their hands. Mr. Woods FINALLY
gets up on stage (was he in the restroom all this time, or what?)
He gives the class a well deserved speech, citing other schools
where violence had happened, and how things like this lead up to
it. He proclaims the Last Blast as over and tells everyone to go
home. (guess There's no King and Queen this year folks).
Hope talks with Belle and Shawn, who are feeling guilty for not
having done more to stop this type of stuff before. The kids at
the dance start moaning about they didn't do anything wrong and
don't want the dance to end when Mr. Woods gets back up on the
stage and tells them they're ALL guilty. Maybe one or more kids
planted the slide, but the rest of them joined in on degrading a
fellow student and human being. He dismisses them in hopes
they'll all grow up this summer. Hope tells Shawn and Belle
they're lucky to have such a good teacher. Shawn and Belle finish
each other's sentences as they tell Hope how things are different
nowadays. (Perhaps I note a fellow trekkie as he comments on
"warp speed" in his definition?) They tell her how the
internet is available for everyone for both good and bad
information. Hope feels parents should control what their
children access. Belle and Shawn decide to not only learn about
ecology on their summer trip, but to get people to get a! long
better as well. Hope said she'll meet them outside and they both
know who did it. Shawn figures they set a camera up in the girls
locker room and they realize they have to verify their facts
before accusing anyone.
Susan joins Kevin as she knows the Jan and Jason's will never
change, but Kevin says it's up to them to change then.
Chloe runs into Philip and he lashes into her about how much she
embarrassed HIM tonight (excuse me, it wasn't YOUR nude picture
on the slide Philip). Chloe doesn't say anything, just stands
there watching him. He now knows why she wouldn't tell him about
her secret plans to get money over the summer and calls her a
freak and a weirdo. Chloe stands there, taking it in. Later Brady
chases outside to see Philip and Chloe walking off. John stops
him, saying P&C have things to sort out. Brady's worried
about Chloe, knowing someone else did this to her as Jan and Mimi
scurry past in the background. They hop into Jason's car as Jan
gloats and Mimi freaks. Jason loves what Jan did, especially
after seeing her pull a wad of money out of her dress. She
proudly admits being responsible for the photography and will
share the money with Mimi. Mimi doesn't want the money and wants
to make up for what happened, upset she probably lost her best
friend.
Back to Philip whining to Chloe about how he should have dumped
her after the rape accusation, but no, he didn't. She's a witch
like everyone claims as she stands there crying, not defending
herself..whatsupwiththat? After telling her that her eyes aren't
pretty, they're cold, Nicole comes and takes Philip home.
John and Brady are driving home together and Brady feels bad,
realizing Chloe probably thinks he deserted her too. Chloe
strolls crying through Salem Place. She comments how she thought
Brady understood her and then remembers when Philip gave her his
letter jacket at school. She sits on the stoop of a shop
wondering how Philip could abandon her. Brady tells John he needs
to go back.
Jan and Jason get tired of Mimi's crying and drop her off on a
street somewhere. She feels bad for not stopping what happened (shoulda,
woulda, coulda Meems, but you didn't!)
Philip mumbles how much he loves Chloe so much and what is he
going to do? Nicole drives on, concerned for him. He still loves
Chloe and Nicole tells him to get over her and his father will be
relieved it's over. She asks if he's going to give Chloe a second
chance and he tells her no, it's definitely over. At the same
time Chloe is leaning her head against a wall, also saying it's
over as the two heads are shown on a split screen as the credits
roll.

Show #9094**
Tape Date: 6/14/01
Director: Randy Robbins
The aftermath of the slide show at the dance continues,
Mimi admits her guilt, Craig soothes Chloe, Shawn & Belle try
to continue their first date.
At School
Mimi wanders into the darkened Last Blast hall, staring up at
the video screen having flashbacks to seeing the revealing slide.
She wonders aloud why did she do it, then even louder says why
did she let Jan talk her into this. Kevin & Susan come in and
hear every word. They realize it was not Brady who put up the
slides, and Mimi confesses all. They give it to her big time,
telling her about prison time she will get for the felony, (putting
up nude pics of a minor on the web). They really get on her case
for being friends with the "A" crowd, & throwing it
all away and for being part of the insults hurled at them, not
realizing how badly it all hurts. Mimi is crushed, and goes to
look for Belle. Susan & Kevin are glad they finally stood up
for themselves, and give each other a high five.
At The Kiriakis Pad
Victor is reading the paper, with buckets of champagne
on ice, (expecting good news, Vic?) when Nicole rushes in,
briefly telling him it all worked. Philip comes in, looking very
dejected, but won't say what happened. Finally Nicole tells
Victor about naked Chloe, the web site, etc. Victor attempts to
console Phil, while slyly smirking at Nik. Philip promises to hit
the books, get straight A's next year and even study this summer.
Also, he vows to make Chloe's life a living hell the next year.
He angrily goes to his room, where he flashes back to the
previous Last Blast, dancing with Chloe in the red dress. He
mutters he has to talk to her, find out why she did this.
Meanwhile Victor pops the cork on the champagne, bragging about
what a good job Brady did. Nicole agrees, then tells him there is
more..as she gleefully babbles on about Kate showing up in her
bag lady dress, how it got torn and Kate was "exposed"
almost as much as Chloe (gee Ni! k, your porn film days seem to
have slipped your mind) but Victor is not pleased at all. He gets
upset, says Kate is going to lose her job tomorrow, he will take
care of it, see that she gets a decent one, and will realize that
Victor controls her life still.
Nikky is not happy that Kate is still in their lives....and
wonders aloud how she could get rid of Kate once and for all. She
smiles as she thinks of a plan.
At The Brady Pub
Pop Shawn sees Belle & Shawn come in & is surprised
the dance is over so soon. Tho Grampa is all ready to bring the
burgers and fries, all they want is water AND to borrow his
laptop. (Now how come they did not go to dot.com?) Shawn gets it,
and the two log onto the operagirl.net site. (aha, when we don't
see Pop Shawn, he's surfing the net) Shawn wonders if maybe Chloe
didn't set this up, as he flashes back to Chloe refusing to tell
about her summer job. (As if we all could not see this coming
from a mile away, pretty lame). Belle disagrees, having seen
Chloe's face when the slide went up. Belle says it could be Brady.
They both agree Jan & Mimi had to be the culprits. Brady
comes in, looking for Chloe. He finally tells how he overheard
Jan & Mimi plotting something, and about running into Mimi at
the Mall. Although Shawn & Belle wonder why Brady is so
interested in finding Chloe....he tells them that Philip let her
down, a! nd this is a terrible experience for her. And he wants
her to know he had nothing to do with it. He leaves, then Shawn
asks Belle to go outside. They leave, and outside he tells her he
just wanted to spend some time alone with her, this is their
first date, and things were so bad, and she deserves so much
better. They take clasp hands and are just about to kiss (awwww,
this is so sweet), when Mimi bursts onto the scene, telling Belle
she needs her very badly. (Bummer, Meems, bad timing!)
At The Wesley Home
Chloe is on the porch, crying and flashing back to the "revelation"
at the dance, & Philip's cruel outburst. Inside, Craig &
Nancy are playing Scrabble. (Humorous interchange here over
whether "wurst" is a word - Craig takes out the "u",
puts in an "o") Nancy spots Chloe, who has come in, and
is surprised the dance is over. They can see Chloe is upset, and
she tells them it is all over between her & Phillip. She
finally tells them how someone took pictures of her naked in the
gym lockers and put them onto the slide show (Wait till you see
the web site, Chloe). And how she realized the one person (not
Philip) she thought she could trust actually could not be trusted.
She is crying buckets, and as Nancy tries to help, Chloe brushes
her away, saying she just does not want to talk to her (gosh
Chloe, thought you learned by now how rejection hurts) and goes
upstairs. Craig & Nancy look at each other, then he goes
upstairs. He tells! Chloe how sorry he is this all happened,
giving her his shoulder to cry on. (Boy those false eyelashes are
just too much....sorry) He offers some comforting words, telling
her how great she is. He goes back downstairs, telling Nancy that
Chloe needs some time alone right now. Nancy is relieved that at
least this time, Chloe did not blame Nancy for her trouble.
Upstairs, Chloe has changed into shorts and a t-shirt, and
finally has removed all the makeup. She hesitates, then puts on
her horn rimmed glasses, and goes to her open window. (boy is she
lucky....mustn't have any insects where she lives, there is no
screen, lol). She looks at the full moon, remarking how romantic
that is, when she hears a whispered voice saying "Chloe, I
didn't do it". She looks down to see Brady standing there,
repeating once more, "I didn't do it, Chloe". And the
credits roll.

Show #9095**
Tape Date: 6/18/01
Director: Randy J. Robbins
Mimi confesses to everything to Belle, Shawn and Philip,
Susan and Kevin clue Nancy and Craig in and Brady offers to be
there for Chloe.
Jen's At Grans, enjoying the
frosting (or is that mashed potatos?) from cupcakes she, Alice
and Abby had made that day. (what, not donuts?) Gran asks how
things are going living with Jack. Jen finally admits that she
feels like she's living a lie and doesn't know how much longer
she can do it. Jen hates lying and asks Gran if she ever lied to
Grandpa. Alice surprises her by admitting there was something she
lied about and still bothers her. Jen is surprised and asks what.
Gran returns with a huge ruby and Jen remembers Grandpa gave it
to her on their 30th anniversary. Gran tells a story of how she
wanted to change the setting to update it and Tom didn't agree
she should. She wanted to show Tom she knew best and was going to
do it behind his back. The jeweler was robbed and Alice never
told Tom the truth. She had a forgery made and never got the
police involved. Jen tells her Roman and Bo would have fallen all
over themselves to have helped her. Jen promises to be p! atient
with Jack and goes home.
At The Deveraux's, Jack and Greta return from a long shopping
trip. Jack excitedly thinks they returned home to find Jen
waiting on the couch, but no, it's a babysitter, much to his
dismay. The babysitter (Ann Todd) introduces herself and Jack
tells her she can leave and offers coffee for Greta. Ann stands
there and Greta clues Jack in he needs to pay Ann. He asks how
much and she tells him $25. He thinks Jen had left Abby there all
day when he learns it was only TWO hours. Ann explains her rates
are normally $10/hr., but on short notice it's $12.50/hr. (WHAT?
Is this true? Today's quizlet will be on babysitting hourly rates
you all pay). Jack gives her the $25 and she holds out her hand
for a TIP! Good for Jack as he refuses after being robbed already
and tells Ann her tip is meeting a real life Princess and
introduces her to Greta, using her title. Ann is impressed and
can't wait to tell her boyfriend and leaves. Greta gives him a
hard time for not tipping the gi! rl who's probably working her
way through college (I'm with Jack..$25 for 2 hrs. is enough!)
She goes to leave and he finally admits being lonely and says how
hard it is to be with someone (Jenn) that he cares so much for,
but who doesn't realize it. Greta can relate, thinking of Austin.
All she wants is to do though, is go home and to bed, but he
tries talking her into starting some kind of business. She's been
thinking the same thing and agrees to have coffee and talk with
him about it. Greta's falling asleep on the couch as Jack tells
her about his business stories. Jen walks in and Jen clues into
exactly what's going on. She tells Jack those stories will put
anyone to sleep. She gently wakes Greta up and walks her to the
door, LOL.
The two argue about who's more responsible and Jen finally heads
off to bed. His games with Greta don't fool her. She asks what
he's trying to accomplish. Jen tells him there will be nights
when she'll be out and he's going to have to accept it. She goes
upstairs and he tells himself he's doing this for Abby, not for
them.
Mimi Runs To Belle with her confession of guilt, breaking up
Shawn and Belle's almost first kiss. They go back inside the pub
to talk. Belle had called Philip to meet them there and he
arrives. Belle tells Mimi to tell them all and she reluctantly
spills the beans about everything that was done. Belle tears into
Philip when she realizes he thinks Chloe set up the website
herself. She gives it to him good as to how much Chloe needed him
while being humiliated and he ran out. He tells Belle he's sorry
and she tells him she agrees with him..he's really sorry! Mimi
tells them how she and Jan have been working on this for a couple
of weeks. Belle tells Philip if he was in love with Chloe, he
would have known she would have never done something like that.
She figures it never crossed his mind that she didn't do it.
Shawn makes a comment that Chloe was being pretty secretive about
her summer job, but Belle doesn't buy that. Mimi said Jan figured
that Philip would break up! with Chloe and Belle tells both Mimi
and Philip they were right. Mimi tells Philip what he is..a
spoiled rich boy who doesn't do anything that's not good for him.
He finally realizes it's true and admits not deserving Chloe,
which Belle agrees with. He tells them he loves Chloe, but
realizes he's lost the best person he ever met or will meet and
it's his own fault. He walks out and Belle and Shawn admit still
being mad at Philip, but feel sad for him. Belle asks Mimi how
she feels, knowing what she did. Mimi asks if they'll ever
forgive her for what she did and they tell her they're not the
ones to forgive her. They figure Mrs. Wesley will press charges
and Mimi will have to convince a judge to forgive her or face
prison. Mimi leaves at that and Belle and Shawn can't believe how
people can't be happy with the simple things in life.
At The Wesley's, Brady tells Chloe he's innocent about the
slides and she tells him she believes him and goes to close the
window. He asks to talk with her as she agrees to meet him in the
back yard. She joins him there, now dressed in jeans, black t-shirt
and glasses. He tells her he's worried about her and they talk
about an opera/writer they're both familiar with. He confesses he
hasn't been easy on her in the past and understands if she
doesn't believe he's innocent, but he thinks he does know who did
it. He tells her about Mimi and Jan's plotting and seeing Mimi
around the slide projector so much. He figures Philip is going
after Jan and Mimi right now, but Chloe tells him that Philip
broke up with her. Chloe wants to go inside, saying she's tired,
but Brady doesn't want her to go in yet. He tells her he'll be
there for her whenever she needs him. She tells him maybe another
time, but tonight she doesn't need anyone and walks inside. Brady
damns Philip, saying! he didn't deserve Chloe, but does know what
Philip deserves!
Inside Craig is furious as to how a camera was hidden and wonders
why the principal hasn't called yet (what Principal, Mr. Woods is
the entire faculty). Before Nancy calls the principal, the
doorbell rings. It's Susan and Kevin. Nancy is cold to Susan, but
Susan introduces Kevin and asks to talk to Chloe. They tell her
Chloe went to bed (guess Chloe snuck downstairs to the backyard)
and Susan asks if they could talk to her and Dr. Wesley then as
they know more about what happened. They tell them Mimi was one
of the guilty people. Nancy is furious after being so nice to
Mimi when she lived there and Craig asks why. They figure the
glue in the hair and how Jan was also involved. Craig mentions
Chloe thought it was someone else and Kevin says Brady Black.
Kevin apologizes for accusing Brady of that and would never hurt
Chloe intentionally. Craig asks how they got the pictures and
Kevin explains about the hidden camera in the ceiling. Susan
tells them Salem High students exce! l in meanness (or something
to that effect) and as Nancy quietly fumes behind them, Craig
walks them to the door, thanking them for being such good friends
to Chloe. Craig and Nancy talk about what's next. He makes her
promise not to do anything that will embarrass Chloe more, like
she did accusing Philip of rape. Nancy decides to call Mickey to
find out what charges can be filed against Jan and Mimi. She
wants them to be locked up until their hair is white.
Outside Kevin confesses to Susan about helping Jan get Chloe to
the showers by what happened in the chemistry lab. He didn't know
why she did it though. He didn't know Chloe was so nice then and
promises to never get sucked into something like that again.
The show closes with Alice holding her faux ruby, knowing the
real one is out there somewhere and hopes maybe Jennifer will
help her find it as the credits roll.
Linda
