MONDAY, APRIL 16, 2001 (**)

No Easter bonnets for our friends in Salem today. Hope, however
does pay a visit to the chapel. Chloe is in hot water and Kate
goes down...at the hands of Sami. (Gee...and I always thought you
couldn't TAUNT someone to death!)
Lexie Schemes To Use Brandon
Hope and Lexie are in the cafeteria talking about what happened
and how all of it might affect Bo. Hope confides that Bo knows he
isn't the father and is curious as to just WHAT Lexie overheard.
She assures her that she, Marlena and Bo are the only ones who
know and is sure that Marlena will keep it confidential. Clearly
uncomfortable, she tells Lexie she would rather not discuss it
anymore. All of a sudden, Lexie blurts out that she KNOWS who the
father is. Cue panicked look from Hope. She thinks it's Stefano
and Hope assures her she is wrong and she drops the subject.
After Hope leaves, Brandon comes in and he and Lexie talk. She
urges him to give up his vendetta against Abe and Brandon gives
in a little too quickly. He tells her that Samantha broke his
heart and now he doesn't want to lose Lexie as a friend. She
offers to buy him a drink at the Blue Note after work. Outside,
she thinks to herself that not only is he easing up on Abe, he is
going to help her keep her son.
Hope goes to the chapel and prays to God for strength to make it
through this crisis. She says that if the truth comes out a lot
of people's lives will be destroyed.
Salem High School
At school, we get a replay of the book incident with Chloe. Mr.
Woods sends her to the principal's office. After class, Belle and
Shawn talk about what happened and he defends Chloe. Shawn can't
understand why Belle turned on Chloe all of a sudden. Outside the
office, Chloe can't wait to get out of Salem. Nancy comes rushing
up (principal called her) and they are called into the office. As
Chloe gets chewed out, Nancy tries to defend her. But Chloe
doesn't want her help and Nancy eventually ends up leaving in
tears. After her outburst, the principal threatens to call the
police, but Mr. Woods steps in and assures him he will handle it.
As they head to the teacher's office, Nancy tries to talk to her,
but Chloe turns her back on her. As they talk, Chloe is a
smartass with him at first, but seems to soften as he talks about
how rough he had it growing up as the only black kid in a white
school. He encourages her to chanel her energy into something
positive. It seems to sink in a bit, but as she leaves, still
will not talk to Nancy, which breaks her heart.
Elsewhere, after Shawn walks off from Belle, Mimi comes up and
they talk. Jan comes by and drags her off. Belle is sure they are
up to something. Belle says "Great, first Chloe, then Shawn
and now Mimi. Why do I feel like the fourth member of Destiny's
Child?" She is alone when Kevin Lambert (the nerd) walks up
and they strike up a conversation and he offers to help her in
chemistry. He talks about the A-List of kids and mentions working
with Jan on a project. He realizes he said too much and leaves.
Now, Belle is SURE something is up. She has second thoughts about
being so hard on Shawn and she doesn't want to lose him as a
friend. He comes by and she tells him that they need to talk.
Jason drags Jan away from Mimi and they get into an argument. He
accuses her of sneaking around with someone else, which she
denies. After Jason leaves, Shawn walks up (he overheard) and
encourages her to dump Jason for treating her that way. She is
touched that he cares. Mimi and Kevin show up and he informs the
girls that everything is set to go. Jan tells Mimi to just keep
her big mouth shut and follow her lead.
Kate Goes Down
Kate is at home (uh, in her car) getting dressed and putting on
her makeup. She has flashbacks of Victor and of hitting him in
the head with the poker. She gets all upset and blames all her
troubles on Sami. As she is putting her clothes in the trunk, she
slams it and gets a pain in her side/stomach. She calls them
cramps and says it must be all the stress she is under. The car
won't start and she gets even more upset.
At the hospital, Sami and Larry are reunited as she tells him
about how happy she is to have Will back. Brandon joins them and
as they hug, Larry asks if she is sneaking around on Austin. Sami
takes a break and Brandon wants to know all about how Austin
reacted to seeing them at Tuscany. She says it was no big deal
with him because he loves her for who she is. (Yea, you just KEEP
telling yourself that Sami). She encourages Brandon to find
someone to date, but he tells her he has other things to keep him
busy. She gets the drift and asks him to leave Abe alone.
Sami sashays into Lucas's room (and even though he is in a coma)
taunts him. Says really cruel stuff about how he will never wake
up and how she has Will and he has NOTHING. Kate walks up and
witnesses all this and tries to throw her out. Sami continues to
make fun of Lucas and then turns on Kate asking her just how that
fire started (as Kate has flashbacks of setting it). Sami is sure
that Lucas was drunk and started it somehow. Kate is getting more
and more upset and holding her stomach area and the camera shows
blood running down her leg. Kate screams "Damn you to HELL!"
and collapses in a puddle of blood. Sami looks down at her
nonchalantly and says "Gee, I wonder if she's dead" as
the credits roll.

TUESDAY, APRIL 17, 2001 (***)

Prelude to the Chem Lab incident, Jen and Hope have a heart to
heart in a bar, Kate is refused treatment at the hospital as
Sami's mean streak gets meaner.
Jen & Hope
While waiting for Jen in a lounge, the bartender comes on to her,
saying he hopes she's waiting for a girlfriend to give him hope.
She smiles and says hope is very much involved as Hope walks in
and she introduces her to the bartender, LOL. They sit down at a
table to talk about Jack. She tells Hope about her and Jack
living in the same house for Abby. Thinking they're reuniting,
Hope thinks it's a good idea, but after learning it's platonic,
changes her mind. What if Jen wants to date, won't it be awkward
and Abby pick up on it? Jen agrees she'd like to have someone
who's considerate and could love and hold her. Hope tries to
convince Jen not to do it, but Jen tells her she told Jack she
would, but Abby doesn't know about it yet. Jen decides Abby's
needs are more important and she and Jack both agree at least on
that. Hope suggests she at least leave her heart open for a
reconciliation with Jack then.
Salem University Hospital
A replay of Kate collapsing with blood on the floor. Sami
casually wonders if Kate's dead and carefully steps over her to
leave. She can't decide whether to tell anyone about Kate, but
tells the nurse finally that there's a woman bleeding in there (Lucas'
room). The nurse rushes in and calls for a gurney, stat. Craig
orders tests and worries they're going to lose her. The nurse
tells him how casual Sami was in reporting it. After stabilizing
Kate and giving her a transfusion, Craig tries to talk to Kate.
She comes to and he asks why she passed out. She tells him about
the cramps and they decide to do a pelvic and ultrasound. He
introduces Dr. Campbell as the ob/gyn. The Chief of Staff (Craig)
asks for Kate's medical card before admitting her (oh yeah, Doc's
ask for this stuff all the time, don't they?). She informs him
that she doesn't have insurance and is broke when he tells her
they'll put it on her credit card. Dr. Campbell says they can't
admit her then. Craig tells Kate they can't admit her and will
send her to the free clinic. After all the donations and work
she's done for the hospital she can't believe they won't help her.
She weakly gets off the hospital bed and tells Lucas she has to
leave for a while. A nurse makes her sign something before she
leaves. In the parking lot, Kate's car won't stop. She sees Craig
and Dr. Campbell walking out and tells them she's out of gas.
Craig tells her to go inside ER and tell the nurse he said to
give her a gallon of gas from the ambulance bay (why not give her
a ride to the clinic Craig?). He and the other doctor stride off
to the parking lot with Kate promising to return one day and make
them pay.
Salem Place
Jack and Abby stroll Salem Place in royal head gear. Greta spots
them, smiles and joins them. Jack introduces Abby to a real
princess, saying her entourage is in the bathroom probably. That
reminds Abby, she needs to go too. The waitress offers to take
her and promises to stay with her until she brings her back.
Greta tells Jack that Abby looks adorable in the hat, but he
looks a little silly.
After a while Jack wonders where Abby is and runs to the ladies
room and pounds on the door. A lady comes out and says there was
no one else in there. He panics and he and Greta go looking for
her. They find her and the waitress watching a juggler and Jack
vents she should have told him first (I agree) and for Abby to
always tell him where she is, even if she's 65. Greta admires his
devotion and leaves with Abby telling Jack how she likes Greta.
Austin is waiting impatiently for Sami in front of the jewelry
store at Salem Place. She finally joins him and apologizes
casually about running a little late, but doesn't tell him it was
his mother and what happened. Instead she wants to look at
engagement rings. He admits being jealous about seeing her with
Brandon the night before. At first he thought she was stepping
out on him, but she reminds him there has to be a commitment to
step out on him. She offers to give him cause for a few more cold
showers and asks which ring he likes the best in the window when
he spots Greta, with Jack, over yonder. He mentions going to the
hospital and she tells him no, prompting his curiousity as to why
not. She tells him she checked on Lucas before leaving and he's
the same. He asks if his mother was there and she tells him she
saw Kate briefly and changes the subject. He notices Greta had
left and Sami goes for a kiss to get his full attention.
Greta comes up to Austin as he's kissing Sami and interrupts.
Sami rudely tells her two's company, three's a crowd. Greta
comments Sami's mood is still bad even though she has Will now.
Sami tells Austin she needs to pick up Will and asks him to join
her. Greta gets the cue and leaves. Austin criticizes Sami for
being rude to Greta and she tells him how Will had a bad dream
and asked for Austin last night (what a liar). Austin just
promises to be there for Will, but not take Lucas' place. Sami
complains how nice Greta always is. As they stroll off arm in
arm, Sami turns and sticks her tongue out at Greta. Both Jack and
Greta see this and to herself, Greta comments Sami didn't get her
ring and if she has her way, won't.
Salem High
Mimi runs into Kevin and wants details of his kiss with Jan. He
goes into detail of how wonderful it was to kiss and hold Jan and
Mimi decides to have him just show her what he did. He agrees and
scoops her down to give her a kiss as a teacher/counselor sees
the kiss in progress and for them not to do it at school. She
reminds Kevin about their talk about his coming out of his shell
suggests he's doing it too rapidly. Mimi agrees with Jan's
assessment and he admits she and Jan were the first girls he's
ever kissed and offers to show her again after school. Jan
catches Mimi in a daze. The girls both want to give Kevin the
kiss promised after their plan is done. Mimi again suggests
dropping the plan, but Jan doesn't want to.
Chloe hides out between classes in the girls locker room. She
finds Susan crying on the bench with a large bar of soap (sponge
size) and nasty note saying she'll need it to clean her huge body.
She tells Susan she wants to talk with her and Susan replies, one
freak to another? Susan tells Chloe she knows what she looks like
and what the kids say. She's been large for a long time. Chloe is
nice to Susan and asks about what diet options she's tried or
considered. She explains having a friend who was overweight and
what she went through. Chloe suggests Susan talk to Mr. Wood as
he's been an outsider too. Susan says no, but when Chloe offers
more help, Susan asks her to keep it quiet if she does as she
doesn't need any more trouble and if people knew Chloe was
helping her, would make her life more difficult.
Belle and Shawn talk in the hall. She apologizes for what she
said about Chloe and getting upset when he tried to defend her.
He asks about her obsession if he goes out with Chloe. He said he
heard something strange about her last night. She finally learns
he's talking about the can they found in the canal and he still
has it on his nightstand. Belle gets upset asking why he didn't
get rid of it. He kids her telling her something is coming out of
the can and she finally realizes he's teasing her. She finally
tells him to open it, but first he wants to know what the can
says in case it's a warning. They see Mimi and Jan together and
fear something's up. They all go into Chem. Class and sit down.
Shawn asks Chloe what happened in the principal's office and she
tells him everything's fine and she doesn't want to talk about it.
They all sit down (amazing how everyone is in the same class,
isn't it?) as Shawn and Belle spot signals between Jan, Kevin and
Mimi knowing something's going to happen and probably soon as the
credits roll...

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 18, 2001 (**)

Kate & Nicole get down & dirty, Lexie sets her plans in
motion, & Jack exerts his charm to enlist Greta's help.
Still At Salem Mall
Jack is making sure Abby gets home, then tells Greta he is going
to follow her to her home. At Greta's apt. Jack admires the
decor, and in checking the sofa cushions, find the dreaded "Do
Not Remove" tag, which he promptly rips off and puts in his
pocket. (gotta love this guy). He banters back and forth with
Greta, talking about what a "homey homebody" Jen always
was...which Greta doesn't buy, citing her being a reporter and
talk show hostess. He finally admits he wants Greta to get his
new rented house in "feng shui" shape and needs her
help in decorating, claiming she has only 24 hrs. They leave, run
into one of Greta's neighbors in the hall (naturally Jack trips
again) where he introduces "Princess Greta" much to her
embarassment.
Sami & Austin
bring Will home from school (still having to carry this kid!),
and tho Austin wants to call the hospital to check on Lucas &
his mother (Uh, oh, Sami....he IS going to find out eventually)
Sami distracts him and goes to answer the door. (when does she
work at the hospital?) It is Lexie, stopping by with a gift.
Austin takes Will to his apt. and Lexie talks to Sami about their
children, and how great that Sami was able to get Will back. Sami
says it was all due to Brandon, & Lexie tells Sami all about
her fears of losing Isaac, & wants to know what exactly
Brandon did... was it anything illegal. Sami won't talk, but does
say some folks might not approve of the methods used. Austin
comes back & Lexie leaves. Sami opens the gift....a lovely
picture frame, and immediately knows what photo will go in it.
She pulls out one of Austin & Will, hugs it to her chest as
she smiles over "my two guys".
Henderson & Nicole
are in the limo, on their way to do an errand for Victor, for
which he only trusts Henderson. Nicole is along cause she tells
Henderson it is only Victor who trusts him. She goes on about
heading up Titan, and brags about how she threw Kate out (flashback
to her pulling Kate's hair). Henderson tells Nik she is not being
too nice, but Nik hints about Kate being involved in murder.
Henderson is aghast.
Kate Goes To The Stables
looking for something to pawn, but alas her saddle, for which she
could have gotten $2000 is gone. She takes some blankets, as she
talks aloud to herself about her plans to make herself attractive
to men once again, (meanwhile holding her side and complaining
about the pain) and then........she is going back to the top, and
make everyone pay. She decides to search thru the rubble once
more, and manages to find a diamond bracelet. She is thrilled,
and slips it into her pocket, and starts to dig further. A long
booted leg steps on the pile she is rummaging, and Nicole starts
rubbing it in about her cushy job, sleeping next to Victor, etc.
etc., then wants to know what Kate put in her pocket. Kate denies
doing so, but Nik is insistant. Kate reaches down deep into her
pocket, comes up with a handful of soot, which she throws into
Nik's face. Kate & Nicole face off, have a great cat-fight (even
tho Kate is obviously still in pain), rolling around in the soot
and rubble. Kate picks up a shovel and goes to swing it, but
collapses. Nik picks it up, and in a batters stance, gets ready
to swing it herself. They again are on the floor, rolling around
and the bracelet falls out of Kate's pocket, Nik grabs it and
struggles with Kate over it. The braclet snaps in half. Kate
leaves, and Henderson hobbles up, claiming he would have come to
help, but he turned his ankle. (Yeah, right, he loved every
minute of it, lol). Nicole leaves to get cleaned up, telling
Henderson to keep searching and she will be back in a couple of
hours.
Still At The Blue Note,
Hope & Jen continue talking about Jack and his proposition
for he & Jen to live together for Abby's sake, but that he is
really trying to win Jen back. Brandon walks in, & the
bartender comments again about the attractive blonde. LOL. Hope
now tells Jen that Jack conned her, tho Jen denies it. Hope says
she should move on, start going out and motions for Brandon to
come over. He schmoozes Jen, but admits he is there to meet
someone who lights the place up by just walking in. Well, look,
here she comes now. It is Lexie! Hope & Jen are both rather
surprised, and look a bit worried, as they note how attentive
Brandon is. Lexie & Brandon sit at a cozy table for two, and
tho Brandon starts to throw a few compliments at her, Lexie sits,
looking morose. She proceeds to work on Brandon, tells him all
about Glen & Barb and her troubles, saying Brandon is the
only one who can help. When she finishes she insists she is going
to need his help, and he asks just what he can do. And the
credits roll.

THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2001 (**)

Jen and Hope get an eyefull while Greta helps Jack in the house,
Chem class has an explosive experiment and Sami gets Austin where
she wants him.
The Blue Note
Jen and Hope sip their sparkling water while keeping an eye on
Lexie and Brandon's deep discussion. Hope's worried about Lexie,
and they talk how having children complicates things. Jen feels
if she didn't have Abby, she could walk away from Jack forever.
Hope knows better. Jen claims to be only living with Jack for
Abby's sake. She decides to take Hope and show her the new house
and they leave.
Lexie tells Brandon about the situation and starts crying. Of
course Brandon offers to help. She begs him not to tell anyone
what she's going to tell him. She tells him about her plan to
swap Isaac's DNA sample with someone elses (gee, I wonder whose?).
She whimpers and begs for his help in doing the actual swap. She
tells him she'll never, never forget it for the rest of her life,
but to forget it if he can't do it.
Greta, The House Decorator
Jack takes Greta to the house he rented. He's carrying about 50
magazines and has Greta already mumbling under her breath with
his actions, lol. He wonders why every woman he knows mumbles
under their breath. He trips and the magazines fly while he falls
on his back. She helps him up and tries to pick up the magazines,
but he won't let her. He has her go inside and silently wails in
pain while picking up the magazines. She checks on the kitchen as
he limps inside. After she calls Austin (see below) she asks Jack
(who's moaning and deep breathing on the floor in pain in a yoga
position) if he wants to wait on doing this. He doesn't want to
and they talk about how plain the house is and he doesn't want it
professionally decorated as a show house, he wants it to be a ìhomeî
and reflect the people that live there. He goes on about his
being a literary type of person and deep thinker, but she wants
to know about Jen. He doesn't want to talk about Jen at first and
Greta goes to leave. He sits down and agrees to tell her about
Jennifer. As Greta flips through magazines, he tells her about
Jen (flashback of a scene in bed with her). He tells her they
need a home entertainment center and sound system as they love
movies and music. He pretends he's in his chair watching tv and
Greta tells him if he wants Jen (and Abby) to stay, he'll have to
share the remote (lol). She pretends she's Jen and asks for the
remote. He struggles to give it to her and she goes after it
laughing as they collapse on the floor. (Cute scene). Meanwhile,
Hope and Jen walk up out front and hug looking at the house. They
hear noises and look in the window to see Jack and Greta on the
floor together. Jen walks away, then decides to give him another
chance and looks in again to see Greta and Jack on the couch (he
had lost his footing and they collapsed on the couch together).
She tells Hope that Jack has told her he had back problems! She
realizes Hope is right, this won't work, but what about Abby?
Inside Greta decides they've had enough for today and she agrees
to help him, knowing how much he wants Jen back.
Sami's Web
Will fell asleep while Sami read The Cat in the Hat to him. She
comes out and starts her spiel about Austin being Will's dad.
Austin tells Sami he knows she is a good person (ha!) and a good
mother. She comes on to him, but his cell rings (saved by the
bell). It's Greta calling to see how her old buddy is doing. She
tells him she's having an interesting time and will tell him
about it when she sees him. He looks forward to it and they hang
up. (strange call) Sami fumes someone should tell Greta it's not
right to call someone who's involved with someone else (hmm,
maybe he should tell her not to have Brandon calling HER then?)
She is relentless and wants to know why he's not interested in
forwarding their relationship. He explains he and Greta had gone
through so much together in the virtual world and when he starts
to tell her all the tests Greta had to pass, she gets impatient
and just wants the cliff note version. Austin tells her to forget
it and Sami wants to know more and supposedly apologizes. He
tells her all the virtues, including Chastity, which perks Sami's
ears up. He tells her about the warm oil rain storm and he and
Greta both being naked during the chastity phase of the virtual
world and Sami loses it. She feels Greta set it up as it would be
every woman's dream to be in that situation with him. She vents
and stews about it. He tells her to calm down and that they
passed the chastity test, nothing happened. She storms into the
bedroom saying he doesn't want her either. He doesn't follow her
and like a moth to a flame, she comes out and apologizes, asking
him to make love to her again. They kiss and fall on the couch
together.
The Chem Lab
Belle and Shawn are lab partners and she tells him about what
they're doing. She tells him partners mean they both do their
share, but he reminds her it's baseball season and asks for her
help. They joke about her taking all his classes for him. Belle
worries about what's ahead for Chloe. She sees Jan signal Kevin
as he fumbles with a container of something. The teacher collects
their notes and wonders why they're all in Belle's handwriting.
Belle tries to cover saying Shawn hurt his wrist in batting
practice and to consider it her effort for a winning season, lol.
The wise teacher accepts that (ha!) and says they'll have Shawn
explain their experiment to the class. Oops. The teacher lectures
him his grade won't depend on his athletic skills, the winning
season or how popular he is and walks away. Belle tells Shawn she
won't tell him I told you so, and giggles.
Mimi asks Jan if she's going to help her, but no, Jan's painting
her nails and can't. Jason's got another girlfriend, but that
doesn't phase Jan. All she has on her agenda is revenge against
Chloe. All she has to do is snap her fingers and Jason will be
back. All she wants is a cool boyfriend other girls are jealous
of, feelings are irrelevant.
Kevin tells Chloe he's her lab partner and she tells him she
works solo. He fumbles a little and tells her he's nervous about
the experiment. They talk about his chemistry is to him what
aria's are to her. She likes the analogy and comments he could
flunk this experiment and still have an A+ in the class. He
mentions Philip's missing class and when Chloe takes off her
glasses to wipe her eyes, comments how beautiful her eyes are. (Why
is she still hiding behind those fake glasses?) She tells him
likewise and gets him to relax. She apologizes for her attitude
earlier saying she was upset how the other kids were getting to
her and didn't mean to take it out on him. He realizes he can't
be part of the plan against Chloe and tells Jan while Chloe again
offers to be Susan's diet buddy and promises to get her
information. She understands why Susan is nervous about being
seen with ìghoulî girl and will be discreet. The teacher raves
about Susan's work and a guy in the class moo's. The teacher
threatens detention for the whole class if anything else is said.
It's time for Kevin's demonstration. The glass, all goggled,
stands around Kevin's experiment. Chloe's standing opposite him
and he lights a burner as the teacher notices something and
shouts to look out. The class all turn as he sprays something
over the flame (getting some stuff on Chloe's
back before she ducks) and an explosion poofs as the credits roll.

Kate and Nancy bump heads... Lexie goes into action... Jan &
Mimi's plan is set into motion... but is Belle onto them?
Lexie Is Forced Into Action
At the Blue Note, Lexie pleads with Brandon for his help. He
finally agrees and she is thrilled and hugs him. She flatters/compliments
him saying that Sami doesn't realize what she is missing in him.
Lexie thinks that they probably have a few weeks to get the plan
in motion. Brandon assures her not to worry and that she will get
justice. Lexie goes home to Abe (who was babysitting). He gets
upset with her, thinking that she has been at Stefano's again.
She drops the bomb on Abe and tells him that Glen and Barb know
the truth about the baby. Abe blames himself for listening to
Stefano and not telling them the truth to begin with. She says
that they will NEVER touch Isaac. Abe demands to know what she
and Stefano are up to, but she covers and calms down a bit. An
officer of the court shows up and Lexie freaks out, saying they
are not taking her baby, NO, NO. Abe calms her down as papers are
served. They have 7 days to bring Isaac in for DNA testing. Lexie
wonders if that will give them time.
Austin Wakes Up?
Poor ole dumb Austin fell for Sami's trap as they are lying in
bed in the afterglow. Well, so much for that, as Austin jumps up
to leave. He tells Sami that he must go and check his messages
and pay his bills (ROLF). She is PO'd that he would rather do
that. He explains that he doesn't want Will to walk in and find
them. She believes that Austin is having second thoughts and
thinks he made a mistake. He half-heartedly tries to deny it. He
informs here that he is going to take his job back at Titan (Oh,
really? That IS if Nicole will have YOU. Didn't she tell you to
get out and she never wanted to see you again?) He offers to take
Will for ice cream and to a ball game, but Sami refuses so he
leaves. Sami is really ticked off by now (even takes a pregnancy
test and it comes out negative) and makes a call to Brandon on
his cell phone. She pretends to be a cop (talking in a deep voice).
She laughs at the joke and he invites her down to the Blue Note.
Later, Sami arrives at the Blue Note in a sexy black dress and
Brandon asks her to dance. They are thisclose on the dance floor
as they both say that they need each other. (Hmmm. Is she going
to try and get pregnant and try to pin it on Austin ONCE again?)
Austin goes home and checks his messages to find one from his
"best buddy" Greta. He returns her call (she is at home
now after leaving the hospital, see below). She tells him about
visiting Lucas and they make plans for dinner as Austin is going
to pick her up in a hour. After he hangs up, he thinks how
considerate she is of others, UNLIKE Sami.
Greta & Kate Chat / Kate & Nancy Bump Heads
Greta shows up at the hospital with flowers, some cd's and a book
for Lucas. She flips through the book (of fairy tales) and begins
to read one (The Ugly Duckling? Is that a wise choice?).
Meanwhile, Kate is in her home (uh, car) and comments that she
needs to clean up. She goes in the hospital only to be stopped by
Nancy who criticizes her appearance (says that she looks like she
slept in a box, LOL, close). She pushes Nancy out of her way, who
threatens to have her banned from the hospital. She tells her to
keep her son away from Chloe as well. She calls Philip Kate's
"fancy ass son" (hehe). Kate goes to take a shower,
which makes Nancy mad saying the hospital is not a bath house (LOL,
I was expecting her to say "What do you think this is, a
HOLIDAY INN??). Kate stomps off to clean up and Nancy calls
security.
As Greta is reading, Kate comes in and thanks her. She talks
about when Lucas was a child and gets emotional. Greta offers to
call Austin for her, but Kate explains that he is upset with her
right now. Kate asks if she and Austin are seeing each other, and
informs her that she hopes that the DO get together, as that
Greta would be good for him. Besides, it would keep him away from
that tramp Sami. Kate talks about how manipulative Sami is and
doesn't want to see Austin get hurt again. Kate offers the advice
that if Greta wants Austin, she needs to take off the gloves
where Sami is concerned. Greta is speechless as Kate tells her
that Austin saved Greta in Paris NOW it is HER turn to save him,
from Sami. Greta gets a bit uncomfortable and as she leaves,
thinks that Kate is out of control.
After her visit with Lucas, Kate is confronted by Nancy once
again and they get into an argument. After trading barbs, Nancy
says at least she can hang onto HER man...unlike Kate. This
infuriates Kate (who calls Nancy a "cow"). Nancy
assures her that she will never get into this hospital again. She
tells her that she doesn't have the money and power anymore and
looks like something that the cat dragged in...she says it must
be true..."even whores get demoted". Kate promises her
that someday, she will have Nancy and Craig tossed out of there.
Get The Cameras Rolling
We get a replay of the explosion at the school and everyone is
okay, but the room is smoky. Belle sees Jan run to Kevin and is
sure that something strange is going on. Shawn says it looks like
it didn't work. Jason teases Susan (saying he was safe because he
was behind her. How cruel). They all smell something horrible as
Ms. Perez asks Kevin about the chemicals he was using. They
realize it was what Chloe got sprayed with. Belle tells Shawn
that maybe THAT was part of the plan. Everyone starts laughing at
Chloe, calling her a ìstink bombî. Belle takes up for her and
calls her "friend" as Jan and Mimi giggle and whisper.
Ms. Perez suggest that Chloe go and shower immediately as the
kids chant "Ghoul Girl Stinks". Mr. Woods puts an end
to the chanting and Jason smarts off at him. After a threat of
expulsion, Jason backs down and tells Susan (he calls her ìfatassî)
to get out of his way. Jan and Mimi rush off after Chloe to the
locker room and wait as she undresses. Belle wants to question
Kevin (Shawn calls her Nancy Drew, LOL). She corners him and
wants to know what is going on. He starts to crack, spilling the
beans, but then takes off. Belle tells Shawn that whatever is
going on, she feels that it is about to get worse. In the locker
room, Chloe is undressed and taking her shower as Jan and Mimi
watch, giggling. Full length nude body shot of Chloe (with lather
in strategic places). Then cut to the camera (hidden in the air
vent)
recording everything and the credits roll.
