Good show today...The fight scenes are choreographed very
well! Angela has the line of the day, commenting on Sami's
homecoming. LOL!
Episode #8924,
Directed by Randy Robbins
Tape Date: 10/12/00
Brandon Has Visitors
Brandon is at home on his balcony having flashbacks of his
evening dancing with Sami on the rooftop. He says that he must
stop it and concentrate on getting that tape from Angela. There
is a knock at the door, it's Larry Morris. Larry questions him
about where he has been and Brandon tells him that he is in love
with someone and is going to marry her. Larry questions him about
Sami, wondering where she has been and that he has missed her at
work. Brandon tells him he doesn't know and wonders why Larry is
so interested in Sami. Larry confesses that he has got a thing
for her and plans on asking her out. Brandon tells him to forget
it, she is in love with Austin. But Larry is determined to make
his move. He gives Brandon a folder with some papers in it and as
Brandon reads, Larry tells him that he has been working on it for
a long time. (It has to do with Abe, I assume.) Brandon gets a
call from Sami (see below) and when he gets off the phone, there
is another knock at the door. It's Vincent Moroni and his goons.
He orders Larry to leave and then goes on to give Brandon
instructions about his future. First he tells him that his job at
the hospital is not good enough and he must quit. Brandon tells
him he is marrying his daughter, NOT his family. Moroni corrects
him and tells him that his life will never be the same.
WWF Night At Tuscany
We get a complete replay of the events at Tuscany, beginning with
Brady's insulting Maggie. It picks up right where it left off,
with the wrestling match in full swing. John and Roman are all
over each other (and all over the floor) as the fight (pretty
realistic looking, I might add). There is yelling and screaming
and Marlena is crying and yelling for John to stop. Outside, Sami
and Angela arrive for dinner, but a waiter won't let them in,
telling them they are closed. Sami can hear yelling and crashing
inside and wonders what is going on. Maggie shouts that the
police are on their way. John yells for Brady to make a run for
it as he punches Roman out.
The police rush in and John attacks one of them and tosses
another across the room. Roman gets back up and stops fighting
John again. He and another cop take John down and cuff him. Roman
tells everyone it's over, but John tells him it's FAR from over
as they hall him and Brady away and Marlena sobs uncontrollably.
Sami is outside as they tote them off and demands to know what is
going on. Roman tells her that her mother is upset and to check
on her and Sami rushes in. Roman tells John he had better get a
lawyer quick as they put them in the paddy wagon. Inside, Maggie
offers to drive Marlena home as she continues to apologize.
Maggie assures her that it is NOT her fault. Marlena, hoever is
determined to go to the police station. Sami offers to drive her
home as well as she comforts her. Marlena takes a minute to
freshen up and Sami joins Angela, who is
hounding her to call Austin and invite him over to have dinner
with them. Sami calls Brandon and pretends that she is leaving a
message on Austin's machine, which confuses Brandon. When Marlena
returns, Sami offers to walk her out (and get away from Angela in
the process). After Marlene leaves, Sami calls Brandon and
explains.
She tells him that Angela and Austin can NOT met, or the whole
thing will fall apart. He tells her that he will figure something
out and call her later. Sami returns to Angela and presses her to
give Brandon the tape. Angela gets upset and does not want to
talk about the tape.
Also, at Tuscany, Hattie Rolf settle back down as well as the
rest of the guests. Maggie urges everyone to stay and promises
free drinks and dinner on the house, no on John Black! (ROFL, you
go Maggie!) Victor and Nicole decide to stay as well. Hattie
questions Rolf about Marlena and wants to know how he knows so
much about her. He tells her it is his job. She wants to know who
pays him to know about everyone in Salem. He weasels out of it
and continues lecturing her on emulating Marlena's actions. He
talks about how John and Roman used to be friends and Hattie
inquires further. He explains the history between J&M&R
and she is intrigued and now understands why Marlena is so
protective of Roman. Rolf is sure that Roman still loves her and
that is why he has never been serious about another woman since
her, Marlena is the only woman for him. Hattie thinks this over
to herself and is excited that if she BECOMES Marlena, she can
also have Roman.
She decides that she does want the nose job immediately. So they
leave to do it that night.Meanwhile, after Nicole decides she
doesn't want to leave, Victor explains how Brady Black is his
grandson. She is surprised she never heard of Isabelle. He
explains how she died when Brady was a baby and he never knew her.
Nicole says that explains the look of rage in Brady's eye. Victor
explains that he really never cared much for John, but he WAS
good to Isabella and made her happy, so he owes him.
He calls his lawyer and tells him to get to the police station to
take care of things. The lawyer wants to talk about Victor's lega
situation, but Victor says later. Nicole is impressed how Victor
looks after his own and he explains that blood is thicker than
water. She explains that she can recognize the look of rage,
because she lives with it every day. Victor asks her what she is
talking about and she clams up.Roman is in the front of the paddy
wagon with a cop and Brady and John are in the back. John is
making a lot of noise but they are sure he can't get out. John
somehow manages to get his cuffs off.
He turns into McGyver (another one of his past lives???) and
sharpens his belt buckle and unlocks Brady as well as Brady
watches on, amazed at his father's talents. Brady tells John to
give it up, they are going to jail. John tells him to shut up and
follow his instructions. They arrive at the station and the other
cops prepare to put them in ankle shackles. They take John off
the wagon and he grabs a pair of the shackles and starts slinging
them around. Roman pulls his gun and John knocks it out if his
hands.
John holds the cops at bay and yells for Brady to make a run for
it and Roman tries to persuade him otherwise. Brady freezes as
John continues to yell for him to run. Camera freezes on Brady
with a ìdeer caught in the headlights lookî on his face and the
credits roll.
Laney Footnote: One of our readers sent me this about what Hattie
called John:
"A galoot is another term for crude, stupid person - usually
used in the southern US and is usually accompanied by big, as in
"You big galoot". Hmmm... I say it fits John pretty
well, IMO.

Bo & Jen get into DiMeara's factory, John & Brady
go to jail
Episode #8925
Directed by Roger Inman
Tape Date: 10/5/00
At The Wesley House.........
Chloe is awakened by the sounds of pebbles hitting her window.
Phillip is outside and she goes down to talk. He tells her how
beautiful she looks, and they kiss several times. She tells him
about her encounter with the masked Zorro on the docks andhow
they sang pieces from the Marriage of Figaro. Philip realizes it
was Brady. He does not like it at all, & Chloe says he should
not be so jealous. He tells her of the suspicions abounding that
Brady had something to do with Belle's injury, and Chloe is
shocked.
At The Salem PD.........
John is in his mercenary mode, waving the shackles around at
Roman and the other cops and yelling for Brady to run. Brady says
no, cause he has done nothing wrong, and as he yells "Dad"
a couple of times, John suddenly comes out of his mercenary
trance. Marlena has arrived and just looks stricken. The cops
shackle Brady and then John, who both leave giving Marlena
withering looks. In their cells, Brady tells John how awesome he
was, and John says, "you are my son, and I believe in you".
Victor's attorney arrives with the necessary papers to get them
both out on bail. John has no idea who he is, but signs and is
released. Brady and the attorney talk, then Brady signs, but
Roman arrives and attempts to force a confession from Brady,
citing all the evidence that has accumulated. The attorney calls
his bluff, and Brady is released, but is warned by the lawyer
that it is not over and he will probably end up in court. He
admits to Brady that Victor asked him to help John & Brady.
Marlena visits Roman's office, and thanks him for his help, while
tending to a couple of his cuts. John arrives, apologizes to
Roman, and offers his hand, but says he understands if Roman
decides to sue him. Roman eventually accepts and John leaves.
At The Hospital...........
Hope get encouraging news from Dr. Maxwell, and then Bo calls.
She tells him of JT's surgery, (she calls him Johnny, tho) and
how much she needs him in Salem. Bo is sympathetic, but says he
is on a lead and will get back as soon as he can. Hope is
devastated. Marlena comes by, and Hope confides in her. Then she
tells her that she knows that as Princess Gina she smoked, drank
and cavorted about town. Perhaps she slept with other men, too.
Marlena tries to convince her to not to think such thoughts.
Meanwhile, John arrives at Belle's room, only to be refused
admittance by the guard. He gets a nurse to identify him and is
finally allowed in. He takes Belle's hand, wishing she would wake
up so she could exonerate Brady. (Bet she wakes and has the usual
memory loss that Days is famous for).
The Irish Connection...........
Bo & Jen arrive at the Happy Clover Factory (LOL!) in a cream
colored jeep. Jen changes into a dowdy hat & coat, and
resumes her Irish accent. She mentions the movie, Angela's Ashes,
(the book was written by Frank McCourt and is a story of his
childhood in Ireland), and says it is what she is using for her
impersonation. She is to apply for a job, citing her worthless
husband's lack of providing for the her and the wee one they have
at home. Bo, of course, is the worthless husband who accompanies
her and also now has an Irish brogue. They get a guard to let
them into the fenced in yard, and Jennifer "Dooley" has
an appointment with Mrs. O'Shea. They bicker back and forth, but
Jen gets an application. Bo goes outside to wait (and snoop
around) while Jen talks with Mrs. O'Shea. She begs for the job,
and mentions how good it is the DiMeara's have this factory (ironic
how her name use to be "DiMera" when married to Peter),
with good wages, etc. Then says not like before with the Bradys.
O'Shea asks what she means and why she brought up the Bradys and
Jen tries to cover, saying it was so long ago. O'Shea goes into
the next room and calls someone saying "We have trouble".
Bo is outside poking around and discovers a covering of some kind
for an opening in the ground. He clears the leaves away and is
just about to pull it open, when two long rifles appear near his
head. He turns to find two men. Fade out.

Days 35th Anniversary show with lots of clips from the
past. Bo & Hope fans will be delighted as half or more
devoted to them, and except for Bo, not a Brady among all the
clips. Many flashbacks of John and Marlena too. Days present
stories continue as the clips are interspersed into the various
scenarios. We were disappointed more of our beloved Salemites
throughout the last 35 years weren't in the clips on this
anniversary
show, but understand time was limited.
Episode #8926
Directed by Phil Sogard
Tape Date: 10/5/00
Alice visits JT at the hospital, talking to him about the family.
As the song "As the Years Go By" plays, various scenes
of Bo & Hope, John w/baby Brady, then on Hawaiian honeymoon w/Marlena,
bathtub scenes w/Bo & Hope, Nancy & Craig (how does Alice
know about those? LOL)She tells him about Tom, and there is a
lovely clip of Tom and Alice looking at baby pics back in 1965.
Alice leaves and goes to visit Belle. See below. Doug & Julie
are toasting their anniversary, as they banter about the cruise
they are on (Pictures of cruise ships on the cabin walls so we
know they're on a cruise ;-). They are sailing the high seas and
Julie is curious about the next port of call as Doug's being
keeping them a surprise. Doug gives her a gift.....a claddaugh
ring, which is a very symbolic ring. The heart stands for faith,
the hands for friendship and the crown for loyalty. Looks as the
they are on way to Ireland. (Guess this accounts for Bo &
Jen's upcoming boat adventure) They have a very tender
conversation, and reminisce about their past as we see clips of
their wedding and other flashbacks of them.)In Ireland at the
Factory, Jen is in trouble and O'Shea takes a phone call from one
of the goons who is holding Bo captive. A guard keeps her in the
office as she tries to leave, but when O'Shea leaves a second
time after dispatching him elsewhere, Jen sneaks out and escapes
to the jeep. She wonders where Bo is when she is found by a guard
holding a gun on her. Meanwhile Bo has been tied to a pole of
some kind, and is working his rope bonds loose.
He has a couple of flashbacks of him & Hope in earlier times
on a bicycle, their wedding, Shawn's birth, and on their recent
sailing trip.)Back at the hospital, Hope again asks Marlena if
she slept with other men while she was Gina. Doc dances around
the question and Hope presses her. Gran comes out of JT's room,
and says she wants to go see Belle. Marlena tries to use the
opportunity of escorting Alice to Belle's room and stop Hope's
questioning, but Hope doesn't let her leave. Hope again pressures
Marlena, and a flashback to Marlena giving Hope a meaningful poem
when she married Bo. Hope and Marlena argue, and the subject of
the problems that arose long ago concerning Belle's parentage
comes up - and Hope realizes that Bo is not the father of JT, and
becomes very upset, thinking the father is Stefano. She runs off.
John is in Belle's room, talking to the head in the bed. He
mentions Brady (who appears outside the window) and how he knows
Brady cares about Belle, how much Brady is like John and Belle
like her mother.(Great flashback of younger John telling little
Carrie that Marlena is dead.......then the scene on the dock 5
years later when she appears and John realizes she isn't). John
talks about Marlena, Isabella, how his life has changed over the
years, and how much Belle has meant to the whole family. Alice
comes and mentions Brady is outside. He thanks Alice for visiting
Belle and leaves.Out in the hall, John asks Brady what he is
doing there, and Brady says he is there to finish off Belle, what
else? Brady says he is kidding of course, and that he only said
what Marlena would think, and comments that John wants a nice
happy family, which Marlena will not consent to with Brady around.
They have a very nice father/son talk and Brady tells him who the
lawyer was, and that it was suggested he get some different
clothes for the court. John gives him his credit card and pin
number and they laugh about his zorro outfit wouldn't do in court.
Marlena comes around the corner, seeing John and Brady laughing
together. She stops in her tracks, totally surprised and backs up.
In Belle's room, Gran talks to her about the people who love her
(more Bo & Hope flashbacks) and tells her what a wild
teenager Jen was (one Jen flashback). Then as Alice talks more
about family, the Louis Armstrong rendition of "What a
Wonderful World" begins and a series of family clips
beginning with Tom and Alice at the Horton Christmas tree, but
mostly Bo & Hope. As Alice sits by the bed, talking about
love, the song "As Time Goes By" plays with clips of a
few weddings, and some wonderful ones of Tom and Alice. End of
Show. In front of the Horton fireplace, Frances Reid talks to the
viewers directly, thanking us for watching the show, and ending
with "May your hearts be filled with peace and joy all the
Days of Our Lives".

All in Salem today. Chloe & Philip continue smooching
on the front porch, John and Marlena argue, Victor & Nicole
continue their dinner at Tuscany while Sami & Brandon compare
notes. Hope figures Stefano is JT's father.
Episode #8927
Directed by Roger Inman
Tape Date: 10/7/00
Tuscany
Nicole and Victor continue their dinner at Tuscany as she tells
him about her father. She tells him she knows Kate told him about
paying her to marry Lucas, so how she got her $$ should be no
surprise to him. She brags about her money smarts and comes on to
him. Victor questions why Nicole is still around being she
doesn't love her husband and doesn't need the money. Salem is a
small pond for her to paddle around in. Victor orders Sambucca
and coffee for both of them. As she tells him she could have left
Lucas after he got custody, he questions why she's telling him so
much about herself. She questions the price of love and asks how
much he'd pay to get Philip back. He confesses everything (that's
why he's spending so much quality time with his son you know ;-)
Nicole sips the Sambucca and proclaims it's smooth, but Victor
shows her that she's suppose to pour the Sambucca into the coffee.
He leaves to call downstairs for his limo. Nicole can't wait for
the luxurious ride home.
Angela and Sami chat at the bar about the wedding. Moroni and
Brandon join them, much to Angela's delight and Sami's surprise.
Angela tells her father that Sami talked her out of a "quickie"
with Brandon. Moroni gives a questioning look, LOL, until Sami
clarifies a quickie "wedding". Angela wants a BIG
wedding and papa agrees. (Note both Moroni and Brandon dressed
alike in grey suit with black shirt, LOL!). Moroni gets Angela
out alone to his car to give her a surprise, while Brandon fills
Sami in on what Moroni expects of him. She wants to help protect
him. Outside Moroni shows Angela her mother's engagement ring and
asks if he should give it to Brandon to give to her. She
anxiously agrees, but he threatens what will happen to Brandon if
he doesn't marry her after giving her that ring. To herself, she
admits her papa might be right and maybe Brandon only wants the
tape. Angela tells her father everything is okay and he leaves
with his goons. She holds the tape in her hand, figuring she
should just give it to Sami and Brandon tonight.
A waiter delivers a glass of wine to Sami and Brandon on the
house. Sami tells Brandon she needs to thank Maggie, who walks up
after hearing her name. She welcomes Sami home and asks Sami when
Austin will be home. Realizing Sami doesn't know that Austin left
town, she tells her how Austin went to Europe with Greta and gets
called to the kitchen by the chef again (what's with that chef?)
Sami says Moroni and Brandon jumps (LOL). No, he's not there, but
maybe she can tell him where Angela has the tape. Sami spots
Nicole and she and Brandon watch as Nicole walks out arm in arm
with Victor.
Chloe & Philip
Chloe and Philip talk about Brady as she stands outside in her
white lace nightie. She tells him how the contrast between the
black mask and the blue of Brady's eyes reminded her of a
Maxfield Parrish (she explains the painter as he looks clueless
as to who that is). Philip acts jealous and she reminds him she
just kissed him in her nightgown creating a neighborhood scandal.
She assures him she's not interested in Brady, just intrigued,
and cuddles up to him. He tells her how unpredictable Brady is
and she's even more interested as he sounds like her. More kisses
are shared and she stops him, remembering who she is. He knows
who she is, and after telling her she's the most beautiful girl
he's ever seen, starts kissing her again and again and again. (Where
are Nancy and Craig as their 16 year old daughter is making out
on the porch in her sexy nightie?) Chloe finally pulls away and
Philip gets defensive and leaves. Chloe figures she is weird (no,
just sensible), just like Brady and his dumb mask. She strolls
around the front porch in her nightie (must be a warm evening in
Salem) frustrated with her mixed signals she gave Philip.
Hospital
A replay of John giving Brady his ATM card and pin number.
Marlena stops at first, then charges up and says hello to both of
them. She asks John how his daughter is or was he too busy
bonding with his son to ask. John attempts to prevent a fight
outside Belle's door and defends Brady saying there's no proof
he's guilty. Brady disappears while Marlena tells John neither
Brady or John knows her true feelings about Brady. She informs
him Maggie has banned him from Tuscany. She questions his actions
that evening and wonders if this is the life he's planning to
provide for his family in the future. He accuses her of still
being jealous of Isabella and that's why she wants Brady out of
their life. She admits wanting Brady out of her and Belle's life,
but is not jealous of Isabella. He reminds her that he thought
she had unconditional love for him and by extension, his children.
A little verbal slap as she reminds him there are so many of them
(2?). She covers her mouth realizing that shouldn't have slipped
out. She notices the guard is missing and he tells her there will
be no guard outside his daughter's room. They argue some more
about Brady and John starts to walk away refusing to discuss
Brady with her any more. She asks if he's willing to talk about
his other son then. (aren't there any nurses at the desk they're
standing next to?) She tells him how Hope knows who the father of
her baby is and he takes it to mean she told Hope. She tells him
no, Hope thinks it's Stefano. John's heart goes out to Hope with
all that she's had to deal with, now thinking Stefano is the
baby's father. Marlena reminds him Hope's had him. Ouch. He asks
if that's her subtle way of reminding him what a problem this all
has been for her. She suggests he go be with Hope and comfort her
then and he agrees and leaves with Marlena wondering what's
happening to herself.
Hope, still alone, goes to the chapel to thank God for saving JT.
She starts crying asking him why he chose Stefano DiMera to be
her son's father. She promises herself to protect JT from
Stefano, but remembers Stefano hasn't even tried to see the baby.
Maybe someone else is the father? She then remembers how well
Stefano took care of her in the turret and thinks otherwise. She
realizes Bo must know it's Stefano and remembers their talk in
the garden when Bo told her what the thought of another man
touching her does to him and how Stefano DiMera should die. She
now agrees he's right about that. She wants Bo there so
desperately and walks out of the chapel to find John. She cries
and tells him she needs him and can he help her please. He tells
her that he'll be there for as long as she needs him and comforts
her in his arms.
Marlena wonders after all the years they've loved each other, it
can't end like this.
Salem Place
Brady is being followed by two guys and gal (reminds me of the
bad trio from the Superman movie), as he goes to the ATM. He
walks away holding the cash and they remark how easy this is
going to be. On a sidewalk in a residential area, the men
surround Brady and tell him to drop the money. He smartly hands
the money, but then refuses to give them the ATM card. He warns
them it's his dad's and they don't want to mess with him (ain't
THAT the truth!). They snicker and he tries to run as the 3 of
them start beating him up and the girl kicking him. Chloe hears
something going on from her front porch and runs to see. She
yells for them to stop and she's calling the police, scaring off
the trio. She helps Brady up and after they both look at each
other, he rushes off to catch the trio (bad move). Chloe tells
him he's hurt and not to go, but he doesn't listen as the credits
roll.

Wanna know who the new president will be?...Just ask
Stefano...apparently, HE talks as if he knows (LOL)...Also, Hope
learns the truth about the father!
Episode #8928
Directed by Randy Robbins
Tape Date: 10/9/00
The Limo Ride Home (Barf Bag Alert)
Victor and Nicole head home in the limo. She isn't ready to go
home yet and tries to talk him into going clubbing. He just wants
to go home, but tells the driver to go the long way. Nicole
starts flirting big time and tells him that she is thrilled to be
with him. They talk about the time he was in the nursing home and
how he thought of all the things he was missing. She asks him if
he regrets tonight and he tells her that he enjoyed the evening
but now is ready to go home. She says that he will only go home,
walk the same old stairs, climb into the same old bed, with the
same old woman. (LOL) She tells him he needs to loosen up a
little and live and that staying with her would be a lot more
interesting. She starts kissing him and is soon all over him. (oh,
she is such a ho). He doesn't seem to be resisting her either.
She starts undressing and tells him to take her, right here,
right now. They start kissing again as she smiles.
Stefano's Next Plan
At the DiMansion, Stefano and Rolf talk. Rolf tells him that
Hattie has agreed to the nose job, but Stefano tells him that it
will take much more than that and just wants to know when it will
ALL be done. He wants Marlena Evans to disappear completely. He
wants John back in mercenary mode and has an important mission
for him and won't be able to do that with Marlena around. Stefano
makes a comment that the country has elected a new president (hold
on there bud, apparently YOU haven't been keeping up we don't
actually have a new president YET!!! ROFLMAO!!!) He says that
with all that going on, he feels invigorated and tells Rolf that
he has plans to run for office in Salem. He says that he has LOTS
of changes in store for the city. Rolf questions his plans and
Stefano tells him all he has to worry about is Hattie's and
John's transformations. He plans on making John the Bradys' worst
nightmare. He must make sure that John is brainwashed and under
his control so he can rebuild the DiMera Empire with John, Issac
and Alexandria. Rolf asks about Abe and Stefano assures him that
he will be "dealt with" for no one will stop him. He
tells Rolf that Hope must never learn the truth about the baby
and that John must remove that chip from her brain. Rolf asks him
just why he hates the Bradys so much and Stefano tells him it's
NYB. He gets a call and gets very upset, it seems it's someone
from Ireland telling him that Bo is there snooping
around. He tells them to get rid of him.
The Big Escape
Speaking of Bo in Ireland, the 2 guys are holding him at gunpoint.
They hear a horn blasting and Bo realizes it's Jenn. She was
being held at gunpoint as well and slams the jeep into gear and
floors it, leaving the guy in the dust. Bo kicks the guys and
takes off in her direction and one of them shoots at him and he
hits the ground. Jenn thinks he has been shot, but he motions for
her to drive in his direction. Unsure as to what he is up to, she
does as she is told. She runs over Bo, then stops. They 2 guys
threaten to shoot her but she takes off again. The guys realize
that Bo is gone. She isn't sure what exactly transpired, but we
see Bo hanging on for dear life under the jeep. On down the road,
she stops, crying. He crawls out and calls her a crazy woman
driver. She wants to take him to a doctor, but he assures her
that he is okay. They both reveal that neither of them learned
anything and realize that now the other know that she is working
with him and become scared for Abby. They arrive at Ian's and Bo
plans on sneaking in and grabbing Abby. But Declan shows up and
pulls a gun on them (Sheesh, just HOW MANY times are they going
to be held at gunpoint?) Ian sneaks up and whacks Declan over the
head and tells them to get out of there. Jenn thanks him for
everything and he bids them farewell. The next time we see them,
Bo and Jenn are in the jeep with Abby in the back, asking where
they are going. Bo notices that someone is following them and
they speed up.
The Return of Carson Palmer
Marlena returns to the police station, looking for a shoulder to
cry on. She tells Roman that her life is falling apart. He
assures her that Belle will recover and she and John can work
things out. She feels guilty for leaning on him after all the
hurt she caused him. He tells her that he will always care for
her and that he has moved on. She is doubtful of that and after
some stammering around, he admits that yes, he does still love
her and always will. BUT, he has his children, his job, his
health and declares that he IS happy. He says that her letting
him help makes him even more happy. The DA Carson Palmer (remember
him? - he is the one who put Sami on death row) shows up (and
Marlena is NOT to happy to see him). He has news for them. They
have the proof to put Brady away, an airtight case. He notifies
them that an APB has been put out and and a warrant has been
issued for Brady's arrest. Roman makes arrangements for a 24 hour
police guard for Belle. Marlena can't believe it has come to this
and is upset at how John will handle it. Roman senses that there
is something else bothering Marlena and she explains that John
has been spending time with Hope. She wants him to get in contact
with Bo and get him back home. Roman knows that there is
something she isn't telling him and presses her. She only tells
him that there are things Hope did as Princess Gina and she
shouldn't know. He advises her to go home and get some rest,
telling her that there is nothing she can do regarding John or
Hope tonight. She thanks him for his help and leaves. After she
leaves, he knows that there is something going on that she is not
telling him. He says that if John hurts her, he will have to deal
with him. In the hallway, Marlena says that she should have NEVER
said anything to Hope and worries that John might tell her the
truth.
Hope Learns the Truth
Hope is in the hospital chapel crying and upset. She walks out to
find John and begs him for his help. She starts on Stefano being
the father. She says that she must protect little Johnny from him.
John promises that Stefano will never lay a hand on her again.
She asks John if he knew the truth all along and yells at him for
not telling her. She tells him that she is afraid that Stefano is
just waiting for the right time to grab Johnny, but he vows to
protect them. Angry, she says that no one can "take care"
of Stefano and she will always be looking over her shoulder. She
says that there is only one way to deal with that madman to make
sure he doesn't bother them again. An angry Hope tells him that
she is on her own now and will stop him and keep him out of their
lives for good as soon as Bo gets back, they are packing up and
leaving Salem for good. John yells "No way, you can't do
that! You are not taking my son away from me!" Cue stunned/shocked
look from Hope, as the credits roll.
