Jen & Peter start their honeymoon in London. Jen plays ball with a boy whose name just happens to be Jack. This gets her thinking about Jack Devereaux & Peter can tell what Jen is thinking about. Jack shoots some scenes for the TV show at Salem place. In betwen takes he talks with Laura who thinks she sees Daniel Scott. Jack tries to locate him but is unsucessful. Daniel gets on a plane bound for Paris. When Jack learns that Stefano has been killed in Paris, he decides to go there to get the story & interview those close to the situation.
Kristen's doctor is about to tell John about Kristen losing the baby. Kristen learns this & insists the sister bring the doctor to her room. Kristen insists that she does not want John to know (she thinks that Marlena will then tell John the truth & he will leave her) & reluctantly the doctor agrees to her request. The doctor tells John that Kristen & the baby are fine. Marlena swears to stick by her word thats he will not tell John until after the baby is born. The nun with the journal learns that John Black is the fiance of Kristen. She takes the journal to Kristen's room.
Bo, Hope & Franco arrive back in Salem where they announce that the contract with Titan has been extended. Hope can tell Bo is not excited about this & asks if he would prefer her not to sign the contract. Bo tells her that he will support whatever decision she makes. Hope tells Alice that she wishes they could make the decision together. Bo confides his suspicions about Franco to Alice. Franco overhears this & swears that Bo will not learn that he did tamper with the pipes at Santa Rosa.

Hope still cannot decide whether to sign the contract or not. She speaks with Bo again but he tells her he will support whatever decision she makes. He then gets called to work. Franco tries to convince Hope to sign. Alice advises Hope to listen to her heart. Hope decides not to sign the contract & Bo is delighted. Franco calls his boss & says that this goes well with their plan.
Kate continues to accuse Sami of manipulating Will's disappearnce. Sami continues to deny this. The police call of their search as they believe Kate. Smai threatens to go over their heads. Bo gets called to the case. He listens to both Sami & Kate & agrees to do all he can. Lucas & Jamie begin to think that Mary might not be coming back. Lucas breaks into Mary's apartment & discovers she has completely packed up & gone.
Carrie & Austin continue on their pre-wedding honeymoon. Celeste tells Carrie that she had a vision of the future where Austin married someone other than Carrie. She suggests to Carrie that she can change the future if she marries Austin right away. Carrie manages to convince Austin into a spur-of-the-moment wedding. They cannot get a license for a few days so Carrie suggests they go to a small inn for a few days, away from the world, until they can get married.
The nun with Marlena's journal is about to give it to John when she is called away. Marlena sees her with the journal & convinces the nun it belongs to her. The nun hands the journal over. John sees Marlena with the journal & asks to read it.
When Kristen's doctor is about to tell John about the baby, she tells him to keep quiet. He wants to tell John the truth & Kristen threatens the doctor, saying she is a DiMera. She tells him she plans to get pregnant again right away. (She has no explanation for how she will explain the 4 months overdue the baby will be) The doctor is at first frightened but realises she has no real power. He then tells John that for the safety of the baby, he should not have sexual relations with Kristen until after the baby is born.

Marlena does not let John see the journal explaining it wis very personal. John insists. At the time, Kristen arrives & sees what is about to happen. She interrupts. She sends John off to fetch a blanket & Marlena assures Kristen that she will not tell John anything until the baby is born. Kristen tries to get John to sleep with her but he is determined to abide by the doctor's instructions. Kristen orders the doctor to tell John he made a mistake, but he refuses.
Austin & Carrie decide to go to an inn for a few days without any connection to the rest of the world. Carrie confides in Marlena about Celeste's premonition of danger. While Marlena does not give it any credence, she encourages Carrie to have this alone time with Austin. Austin calls Caroline to make sure Will is fine before they leave. When Caroline assures him everything is fine, they head off.
Bo tells Hope, Shawn, Caroline & Alice that Will has been kidnapped. They are all in shock, Caroline tries to ring Austin back & tells Marlena the news. Marlena is devastated & makes plans to return to Salem immediately. John wants to come to but Marlena tells him to stay with Kristen (which pleases Kristen no end).
After seeing Mary's empty apartment, Kate realises that Will is really missing & calls Austin, leaving a message at the hotel. Sami is furious at Kate for not letting her talk to Austin earlier. Jamie & Lucas convince Sami to go to the pub to be with her family while waiting for news. Hope & Alice each try to console a mournful Sami. Caroline tells Lucas he should be comforting his mother but when he goes to her, he hears Kate telling Jamie about how much she loves Austin & Billie. He tells Alice that he feels his mother loves Austin & Billie more than him.
Franco meets with his boss (who remains unseen) who gives him money & further instructions to come between Hope & Bo.
Mary & Will arrive at Paris airport as Marlena is about to depart. She passes by them as Will drops a toy. Marlena returns it to Mary & comments on what a lovely baby she has (she doesn't recognise the baby as Will since he is wearinga pair of sunglasses). She asks Mary what his name is.

Marlena tells Mary what a lovely baby she has & wants to take off the sunglasses. Marlena's flight is called & she leaves without realising the baby was Will. On the flight home, Marlena imagines she will receive a hostile reaction from Sami.
Bo & Hope bring the police sketch artist to Sami. She tries to describe Mary & some of Will's missing toys to the artist. Caroline worries that Sami is bottling her feelings & won't let anyone comfort her. She tells Sami that Marlena is on her way home but Sami says she wants nothing to do with her mother. When Marlena does arrive, Sami is glad she is there & finally breaks down & takes comfort in Marlena's arms.
Sami continues to blame Kate for delaying the police investiagtion. Kate also blames herself but Caroline tries to reassure her. Jamie urges Lucas to console his mother but he still feels that his support is not needed or wanted. Eventually he does tell Kate that he does not blame her & she thanks him for telling her.
Franco delays his flight to Milan. He tells Hope he feels as if he is deserting the Brady's in their terrible time. Hope urges him to go to Milan as there is nothing he can do. Franco does leave but vows to return to Salem.
Jill returns to Salem and goes to Bo at the police station. He shows her a photo of the man they arrested but she says he is not the one who attacked her. He shows her a photo of Franco from Bella & she says he may be the one.
Carrie & Austin continue thier pre-honeymoon trip at the inn outside Paris. Carrie goes shopping for a wedding dress (which she will not show Austin for fear of jinxing the wedding). They are blissfully happy unaware that Mary & Will have arrived at the very same inn. When Will starts crying Austin comments that the baby sounds just like Will.

Jack arrives in Paris & visits Kristen at the hospital. She asks him to track down Peter so that she can tell him about Rachel. Jack finds out from Laura that Jen & Peter arrived in Paris that day. He tracks them down to a cafe. Peter is furious to see Jack & hits him. Jack explains why he is there & they all go to the hospital as Daniel Scott arrives at the cafe. Kristen breaks the news of Rachel's death to Peter. John & Jen leave Peter & Kristen to talk. Jen & Jack both reminisce about a holiday they spent together in Paris & then they return to the cafe where they are unaware Daniel is inside. Peter is devastated that Rachel is gone. He is relieved that Kristen's baby is okay. Kristen confesses to Peter that she lost the baby & enlists his help in her schemes to get pregnant & keep John.
Marlena continues to try to console Sami. She confides in Laura that she fears the kidnapper is not after a ransom but may be trying to sell Will. Sami overhears & is further distraught.
Mary makes arrangements to sell Will on the blackmarket. She arranges the sale for that night.
Austin & Carrie try to see the woman with the baby that sounds like Will. Austin thinks it might be Sami. When they hear Mary's voice, they realise it is not Sami. They go shopping & when they return they hear Will crying. Austin is convinced the baby sounds just like Will. Despite Carrie's protests they go to Mary's room. Austin finds it is unlocked & enters.
