Hope & Franco arrive at Santa Rosa for their photo shoot. They get the last two rooms in the hotel & Franco has the "room of eternal love" named after Bo & Hope stayed their years ago. Franco offers the room to Hope but she says it wouldn't be the same without Bo. During the photo shoot Hope fantasises about Bo & almost kisses Franco thinking he is Bo. Franco stops her before she does.

Jack asks Bo to do a background check on Daniel Scott. Bo is reluctant but when Jack shares his fears for Jen & Abby's safety Bo agrees. He warns Jack that he could be being over-protective (as he was with Franco & Hope). The check shows that Daniel got a speeding ticket last fall but there is no other trace of him. Bo tells Jack that Daniel must be trying hard to cover his tracks.

Daniel contacts Peter & they meet on the pier. Peter is furious that he is back in Salem. Daniel asks for more money to pay off gambling debts & threatens to talk to Jack & expose Peter's scheme to drive Laura insane. Peter agrees to meet Daniel later with the money. Daniel goes to Salem Place and walks near where Bo & Jack are having lunch. Jen & Laura go shopping & Laura questions whether Jen is comfortable with Jack dating. Jen insists that she is pleased that Jack is moving on. Laura gets Jen to promise that she will confide in her if she ever believes Peter is lying to her.They run into Peter, who has just come from the bank.

Celeste arrives in Paris much to Abe & Lexie's surprise. Celeste tells them how she had a psychic vision & accurately describes the events in the tunnel. She tells them that she does not sense Stefano's presence in Paris. Rene tells them that a search of the tunnel found the charred remains of Stefano & Rachel's clothes & they are being declared dead. Lexie continues to feel mixed emotions about Stefano's demise & is comforted by Abe & Celeste.

Marlena is about to tell John the news about Kristen when Abe interrupts to tell him of Celeste's arrival. Kristen begs Marlena to wait until after her baby is born before she tells John of her evil deeds. Marlena says she will tell John that she loves him now & will tell him about her deeds later. John breaks the news of Rachel's death & Kristen starts suffering severe abdominal cramps.

At the Santa Rosa photo shoot, Keith discovers that his second bag of film is missing. The shoot will have to be extended until more film arrives. He rings Kate, who says she will have a plane fly down straight away with more film. The crew have a party since they cannot work & Franco watches Hope dance. Later when Hope goes to use her bathroom, a pipe bursts & her bathroom starts to flood. Franco hears her cries & rushes in but cannot stop the water. The hotel plumber also says he cannot fix the problem until morning. Hope wonders where she will spend the night.

Bo & Shawn-D talk about how much they miss Hope. Bo learns the shoot is now on Santa Rosa & is even more sorry he cannot be with her. When he learns that Kate is sending a plane down, he asks if he can go on the plane & come back in the morning thereby surprising Hope. Kate agrees.

Kate pays Sami a visit & insist that she stop her plans to break up Austin & Carrie. She tries to bribe Sami into giving up custody of Will. Sami is furious that she would even suggest such an offer. When Jamie stops by, she even suggests that Sami consider Kate's proposal. Sami tells Jamie to leave. Sami pines that she has no-one as a friend & Mary appears. (She had been eavesdropping on Sami's earlier conversations). She consoles Sami & tells her she is sure to get everything she deserves.

Marlena is thrilled to see Carrie & even more delighted when she sees that Carrie & Austin are back together. When she learns of how Sami was the cause of their break-up she blames herself for not being there for Sami. Carrie tells Marlena it is not her fault. Marlena confides in Carrie how Kristen has schemed to keep her & John apart. Carrie insists that Marlena tell John how she feels.

Kristen & John anxiously wait to hear what the doctor has to say. He says the contractions have stopped but if they start again, she will lose the baby. Marlena goes to Kristen's room & tells John there is something she needs to tell him.

Peter decides to meet with Daniel to pay him off. Jack, who is talking with Laura about his suspicions about Peter, sees him drive off & follows him. In the park, Peter warns Daniel to leave Salem & to never approach him again or else. They hear Jack approach & hide before Jack can see them. Jen wonders where Peter has gone & suspects that he is planning a surprise. When Peter returns he asks Jen (in front of Laura & Jack) if she would like to leave for their honeymoon that night. Jen loves the idea & gets ready. Daniel unsucessfully tries to get a flight out of Salem that night. He thinks that staying in Salem an extra night will not hurt.

Hope & Franco decide to share his room & since neither will let the other sleep on the sofa, they decide to share the bed. Hope dreams of Bo and cuddles up to Franco believing it is Bo. Bo arrives in Santa Rosa & goes straight to the Room of Eternal Love. He is shocked to see Hope in Franco's arms. Hope awakens & tries to explain the situation. Franco awakens & offers to leave the room. While Hope is in the bathroom, Bo finds a wrench behind Franco's bag.

In Paris, Abe & Lexie have dinner with Celeste. Lexie continues to have mixed emotions over Stefano's demise. Celeste is not convinced he is dead although she is confident he is no longer in Paris. They are joined by Carrie & Austin. When a fortune teller offers to read their fortunes, Lexie claims that her mother can do it for free. Carrie asks Celeste to read her tea leaves. Celeste agrees & shows fear when she does. She senses danger but then says that she is mistaken. Later Lexie asks Celeste about what she saw but Celeste is adamant that there is nothing for Lexie to worry about. When she is alone, Celeste prays that she was wrong about the danger she saw.

Sami is still upset over her run in with Kate & Mary offers to make her some tea. She puts some drugs in the tea & soon Sami is sleeping. Mary then kidnaps Will & as she leaves she tells a sleeping Sami she will never see him again.

Thur 08-22-96

Austin has a nightmare about not being able to reach Will. Carrie suggests it was caused by Celeste's premonition in the tea leaves. Austin refuses to believe that. He rings Sami to check on Will. Sami tells him that Will is fine & resents Austin checking up on her. Austin says when he gets back, he wants to talk about having Will for a few days. Kate also calls Sami to say she is coming over. It is then that Sami discovers that Will is gone. She calls the police. When Kate arrives, she accuses Sami of kidnapping Will herself. Sami vehemently denies this but Kate does not believe her. Meanwhile Mary drives off with Will telling him that she will give him to people who deserve him more than Sami.

Bo talks to the plumber & learns that the pipes were fine & could have been tampered with. Bo shares his suspicions with Carmen (who is thrilled to see Hope & Bo & learn that they are back together). As the Titan crew leave, Franco hands Carmen the wrench & says a workman must have left it in his room. Carmen asks Bo why a guilty man would hand over the wrench & Bo suspects that he did it to look innocent. Franco tells Hope that he is going to leave Salem now that the assignment is over. On the plane trip home, Keith announces that the contract has been extended. Franco calls his boss & says the plan is going well.

Marlena convinces John to get something to eat with her. Before they leave, she assures Kristen that she has nothing to worry about & will not tell John anything until the baby is out of danger. At lunch, Carrie & Austin stop by & Carrie realises it is 10 years ago that Marlena & John married. When John discovers this, it leads to reminisces about the past. At the hospital, Kristen experiences more pain but tells the doctor not to notify John as he would only worry. She has a dream that Rachel visits her & tells her that she is with her. When she wakes up, the doctor tells her that he was unable to save the baby.

Lucas & Jamie arrive at Sami's place & learn of Will's kidnapping. Kate is still adamant that Sami faked the situation to lure Austin back. Lucas & Jamie at first doubt Sami but decide that she is genuine. Kate questions whether Lucas is involved in this latest scheme & he is disgusted that his mother would even think it. Jamie suggests that Mary has taken Will for a walk. Sami agrees that she may have done that. Kate is furious that Sami had given a key & responsibility to a stranger. She says se is contacting her lawyers to sue for custody. Mary takes Will to the airport & tells him he will never return to Salem. Austin is plagued with a feeling that Will is in danger. At Carrie's suggestion he rings Kate who does not mention Will is missing. Sami is upset that Kate would not allow her to talk to Austin to tell him.

Kristen dreams that when Marlena & John learn she has lost the baby that Marlena tells John everything. She doesn't want to tell John the truth & tries to explain this to one of the nuns. The nun encourages her to rest but Kristen is determined that John not learn she has lost the baby. Kristen's doctor tries to contact John but has lost his cell phone number. John thanks Marlena for her support. He tells her he knows how much she cares about Kristen & how Kristen feels the same. He tells her how determined Kristen was to find Marlena. Marlena almost tells John the truth but decides to wait until the baby is out of danger. Carrie & Austin invite John & Marlena to join them on a picnic. They agree & then John returns to the hospital. The nun with Marlena's journal continues unsuccessfully to find it's rightful owner.
