Mon 4-8-96

Bo & Hope make love for the first time since Hope came back. They then go skinny dipping in a lake.
John & Kristen make love in the wine cellar. Marlena sees them together & is devastated. She returns upstairs without John & Kristen knowing. She finds Abe & Laura discussing Stefano. They both notice Marlena's strange mood. Later Marlena confides in Laura what she saw. John tells Abe that he & Kristen are starting to move forward. Abe questions John's feelings for Marlena but John says that he is confident that Marlena thinks of him as only a friend. He is relieved that Marlena never saw the letter.
Celeste suspects that Lexie is hurt that Stefano left without a word to her. Lexie denies this & says Stefano is nothing to her. Celeste warns Lexie that Stefano has a way of getting to people when they are most vulnerable. Some flowers arrive for Lexie. She assumes they are from Abe but they are from Stefano with a card saying he is thinking of her.
Tue 4-9-96

Bo takes Hope back to Salem to a dinner at the Penthouse grill. They both talk of how happy they are. They decide to skip the meal & go home instead.
Abe tells John to find out if Marlena was upset by seeing him with Kristen. When Marlena tells John she wants to move back to her apartment, John convinces her to stay for the sake of the Woman In White. Kristen & John go out to dinner & Kristen dreams of the evening ahead. John thoughts continue to stray to Marlena. He is relieved that Marlena never saw the letter he wrote her.
Laura talks to the Woman but is unable to learn anything. She returns home to find that Jenn is plagued with doubts. She says she believes Peter but Peter overhears her tell Laura that if the Woman accuses Peter she may believe her. Jack returns to the DiMera's to talk to the Woman. At first she is frightened but begins to trust Jack. Marlena sees Jack & tells him to leave. Afterward the Woman remembers Jude with Peter.
Wed 4-10-96

John & Kristen leave the Penthouse Grill so they can return home to start trying to start a family. On the way home they run into Peter. Kristen stays to talk with him. He tells her that he is worried by the Woman's accusations as he has been less than honest with Jenn. Kristen admits that she has also been less than honorable in order to keep John. They agree that the ends justify their means.

Carrie dreams that the project she & Austin will be working on will reunite them. Austin dreams the same thing. At Titan some models are unable to make a swimsuit photo shoot so the photographer suggests Carrie & Austin step in. The shoot requires that they kiss. Lucas watches jealously. Sami tells Lucas that Vivian called her last night demanding that's he get her out on bail or she will tell about their schemes to break up Austin & Carrie. Lucas wants nothing to do with Vivian. However when Vivian calls again, Sami goes to the jail to see her. Vivian is making a nuisance of herself at the jail & despite Ivan's suggestions that she behave, Viv gets demanding. The prison guard puts Big Bertha in Viv's cell to quiet her down. Kate learns that Viv was the one that found Sami in Seattle. Kate suspects there is some connection between Sami & Viv & decides to visit Vivian to see her reaction to Sami's name. Bo & Hope spend the morning together & have breakfast with Alice & Maggie. Alice tells Maggie that's he hopes Bo & Hope continue to get on so well & they do not argue. When conversation turns to work, Hope mentions she wants to continue undercover work but Bo tells her that he thought the whole Jude thing would've deterred her. They agree not to argue on the topic but the issue remains unresolved.

Marlena almost reads John's letter when Abe arrives with Brady & Belle. John & Marlena spend the afternoon playing with the kids & each dreams that they could all be a family but believe the other doesn't want this. Kristen keeps an appointment with Dr. Bader who tells her she can still get pregnant but it has to be soon. When Kristen arrives home, she starts to tidy up a little & accidentally drops some papers, including John's letter, in the fireplace. She retrieves the letter & checks to make sure it isn't burnt. She recognizes John's writing. Sami tells Viv she won't help her but Viv reminds Sami that she can tell Austin all about her schemes. Sami says she can't raise the money for bail. Viv tells her to ask Lucas. Sami says Lucas will not help, so Viv suggests she ask Victor or John. Sami realizes she has no choice & leaves moments before Kate arrives. Kate tries to find out who Viv's visitor was but is unsuccessful. She tells Victor she is sure the visitor was Sami. Kate decides to set a trap for Viv & asks Victor to bail Viv out. Victor does & Viv tells Ivan she must thank Sami. Carrie & Austin continue to work on the swimsuit photo shoot. The photographer asks them to kiss. Lucas calls another model in, but the photographer doesn't want to change models in the middle of the shoot. Sami sees what is happening & gets angry at Lucas. She tells him they need to keep Carrie & Austin apart before they get back together.
