As Gina and Billie start to clean up their mess, Billie is accidentally burnt and Gina tends to her wound with a remedy of egg yolks. Bo and Mrs Horton discuss Gina. Daniel takes Laura on another date. He had given her a necklace of pearls that Peter had dipped in some mind-altering substance. Daniel takes Laura to her office and she falls asleep again from the toxic fumes in the paint. Peter speaks to her again from the hidden microphone, telling her how his going to kill Mike when he gives him his birthday gift. Alan's preliminary trial continues, but not in Sami's favour. The judge dismisses the rape charges. Later Bo and Mrs Horton meet Gina and Billie at the hospital. Mrs Horton learns about Gina's first aid trick and tells Bo she was the one who told Hope about the treatment. She feels this is the final proof that Gina is Hope because she remembered something from her past that wasn't related to Bo. Bo start to protest but Mrs Horton won't have any of it and will call Gina 'Hope'.
Alan gives the photos of Sami to a tabloid magazine, which prints them and a "cry rape" story about Sami. Laura tells Marlena about the voices, specifically Peter's, claiming that he is going to kill Mike with the present he will give him for his birthday. Sami, shopping at Salem Place with Carrie, finds the magazine.
Alice is holding a birthday party for Mike. Mike is delayed as he has to meet someone from Israel, who is blackmailing him. It turns out to be Celeste hiding behind a monk's hood. She tells him to get close to Marlena. Laura is slowing loosing it and is afraid about Mike and what Peter will do to him. Mike opens his gift to prove to Laura that it's not a bomb but a clock. At a charity baseball game John flaunts his 'date', Tanya, in front of Kristen. Caroline disapproves of John's date. Alice confirms to everyone that she thinks Gina is Hope.
Billie's first day at Countess W. She gives Gina job as a model. Vivian continues to plant some devious thoughts into Lucas, who knows about Gina's employment at Countess W. He asks Bo to do some photo shots as a favour for Billie, knowing the tension it will cause between them and Gina. Vivian's baby moves as Vivian tries to persuade Kate to let her arrange the wedding.
Lucas tells Billie he didn't realise that Bo and Gina knew each other. Bo tells Billie he will do the shoot for her only. As the photographer tries Bo and Gina in different positions and then tells them to kiss, Billie gets agitated. Billie tells Lucas she onto him. Mike is concerned about Laura and her relapse at his party. Kristen brings Tony to the hospital as he is having flashes. While waiting for Mike, Tony overhears some nurses gossiping about Kristen and how she's having an affair with John. Tony can't believe it. Bo arrives at the boat to find Billie in his bed, begging him to make love to her. At the hospital, a fireman rushes into Laura's office to warn her about an impending fire and sound the alarm. She becomes distraught when no one (Jennifer, Peter & Mike) believes her about the fireman, as the hospital is in chaos because of the false alarm.
