Bo tells Billie that he love her very much, but he has to let her go because if Gina is Hope, he is still married to her. He has to let Billie get on with her life. Billie doesn't agree with him and says she can't go on without him. Gina is heartbroken to think that she has hurt her best friend. Alice tries to comfort Gina. John still doesn't believe, as Father Francis continues to confirm that he is Father John Black. He even shows a photo of John as a priest.
Vivian is busy planting seeds of doubt in Victor's mind about working mothers. Kate is set on having a nursery at Titian for the baby, so that she can work. Vic and Kate then have an argument about working mothers. Sami and Alan prepare for the trial with their respective lawyers. Kate backs down and decides to stay home after the baby is born.
Vivian grits her teeth when her plan backfires once again. When Lucas unburdens himself to Vivian about his hate of Billie and Austin, thinking they are trying to take Countess Wilhelmina from him. Vivian uses this to her advantage. After speaking with Lucas, Kate changes her mind about staying home with the baby. She thinks that with the tension between Billie, Austin and Lucas, she has to be there to smooth things through.
Austin is cold toward Gina as he feels it's her fault that Billie and Bo broke up. He and Carrie have an argument about Gina. Billie has gone up to the Horton cabin to sort things out. Bo lets out his frustration out on the punching bag at the health club. Gina is looking for a job and is determined to find out if she's really Hope. Celeste follows her home and drugs her drink again. While Gina sleeps, Celeste starts to brainwash another memory. Kristen is about to return to Tony when John drags her on a plane. They turn up at his "supposed" parish to see if anyone recognises him. One woman recognises him and tells him how as a priest he helped her overcome an unwanted pregnancy. She then named her boy 'John'. She tells him that he was the baseball coach and when the team won the championship, he had the kids and himself put an imprint of their hands in wet cement. John tries to the imprint and it fits.
Austin and Alan fight when Alan taunts Sami in the park. John is distraught after Kristen finally leaves him and tells Caroline about his dilemma. Kristen goes back to Tony. Bo wakes up a sleeping Gina and she mentions a date, 1-9-86. Bo asks her what she remembers of that date. She says it was a very special night for Hope and Bo. (It was the night Shawn D was conceived--of course that would mean the child was in the womb for 15 months, since he was born in April of 1987.) Bo says that if she can recreate that night and remember all of it then he'll believe that she is Hope. This is her last chance. Later Bo meets her at the Penthouse Grill and she's wearing the same dress that Hope had. As Bo goes to check with the babysitter, Gina remembers Hope and Bo making love on the beach.
