Jennifer & Peter arrive at the burning MB to find Kristen & Tony are inside. Kristen is searching frantically for answers, while Tony tries to get her to leave. She realises how evil and sick Stefano was. She finds the computer and they leave. Bo is about to give Billie the ring, when John bangs on the door. When Bo opens the door, they are both surprised to see each other. After John places "Hope" on the bed, he explains the situation to Bo. Billie recognises "Hope" while Bo tends to John. John tells Bo to look at the girl on the bed. Bo (finally) looks at her.(Great moment). He is stunned and can't believe it's Hope, because she is dead and this woman just looks like her. John goes back to MB, where he finds that Tony had rushed back into the burning house, as Kristen left the computer inside. He tells Roman, Marlena and Jennifer to go back to the inn. When they arrive at the inn, they are surprise to see the resurrected Hope. Tony comes out of the fire and realises he's blind.
Sami has a nightmare about the rape and then pigs out. Lexie AGAIN dreams about Jonah. Back at the inn, while the gang examine "Hope", Billie leaves the room. Jennifer follows her and tries to convince her it's not Hope. Bo again says to Billie it's not Hope, he saw her die in the explosion. But Billie is still unconvinced and feeling insecure. John is amazed that Tony risked his life to get the computer from the burning house. Everyone arrives at the hospital, Tony has to have surgery and "Hope" is still unconscious. As Marlena tends to Roman's arm, they hear that one of their friends is hurt. Marlena is quick to presume it's John. Roman sees her response and realises John will always come between them. He gives back her ring. John tries the computer but is doesn't work. "Hope" starts to wake up.
Laura is anxious about her upcoming exam. Mike finds a pill that Laura had dropped. He queries Laura, but she vehemently denies it's hers. At the hospital in New Orleans, John and Kristen await the outcome of Tony's surgery. They discuss Stefano. The computer that Tony pulled from the house requires a battery pack, so John must wait. The police bring Celeste and John and Kristen question her about Stefano. Jennifer also queries Celeste, 'did anyone else know about Stefano being alive'. To Peter relief, Celeste denies anyone knew. Again John asks Celeste to tell him about his past, but she doesn't relent. "Hope" is still unconscious. Jennifer continues to convince Billie that the woman is not Hope.
Finally Laura admits to Mike that the pill is hers and tell him of her insecurities. He will stand by her. Lucas tell Alan how he will get Carrie to come back to work for him and away from Austin. After an initial mix-up of both thinking the other wants to marry, Carrie and Austin decide they will get married but not now. Billie won't wear Bo's engagement ring until they know for sure that the mystery woman is not Hope. Bo questions Celeste about "Hope". Is she one of Stefano's ploys against the Bradys. As with everything, Celeste denies all of it. It's decided to take "Hope" in Di Mera's jet back to University Hospital in Salem for a cat scan.
Jennifer, Billie, Bo and "Hope" go back to Salem on the Di Mera jet. "Hope" is still unconscious. Peter admits to Jennifer that his is falling in love with her. Kristen questions Peter about Stefano and Peter's dealings with the business. Tony wakes up from surgery. Bo take "Hope" to University Hospital while Billie tells everyone who has gathered for Bo and Billie's surprise engagement party about "Hope". Mrs H see "Hope" but Bo tells her it's not Hope, because he would know if it was her, as he would feel something and he doesn't. "Hope" finally wakes and Bo questions her.
