At the party Laura reveals publicly about Bill and Kate's affair and that he's Lucas's father. Fisher Andrews tops it up with the tape of Kate telling David Caldwell that Curtis hadn't divorced her so her marriage to Victor isn't legal. Everyone's angry at Bill, Mickey remembering when Bill took Laura from him, Jenn angry at him, Lucas won't speak to him. Victor tells Kate he's not coming home tonight and leaves while Vivian gloats.
Under hypnosis John remembers details of Maison Blanche. Roman thinks he's been there while captive and remembers a nearby sign that said "Tolley Imports/Exports". John tracks the name down to New Orleans and says he's going down there to beat Stefano at his game by turning up early.
At Maison Blanche Kristen is in the room where Stefano is sitting when the housekeeper, Celeste walks in. She switches the light off so Stefano can get out. Celeste tries to discourage Kristen from staying there, but Kristen is determined and Stefano tells Celeste he wants Kristen to stay because he's missed her so much. He says there are plenty of hidden passages for him to hide. He watches Kristen from one.
Billie fantasises about making love to Bo. He takes her to the high school to try to get her to enrol to finish school but she says her school memories are too bad and she can't go through with it. Lucas yells at Kate for her and Bill not having told him the truth. Marlena tries to convince her to fight to keep her marriage but Kate says it's up to Victor now. Jenn yells at Bill for what he did, saying she always thought he was so perfect and thought of her family that way and it was all a lie. He packs his bag and leaves. Lucas bangs into Austin's car and it won't start which means he can't drive to the mountains for his and Carrie's night there. Alan offers to help fix it.
Billie does well in the class Bo takes on safety (yeah right) so she decides to go to school. Vivian is happy with the newspaper clippings on Kate. She asks Victor out for dinner. Victor tells Kate they need to sort the mess out and then he'll decide about their relationship. Lucas yells at Bill and Kate. Jenn yells at Bill. Peter brings flowers for Laura and Jenn thinks that's so lovely she asks him for dinner but he says he can't.
Kristen tells Tony on the 'phone how she wishes Billie could get her company back. John tells Victor he's going to find Stefano and Victor tells him to be careful, that their friendship means a lot to him. Celeste drugs Kristen so Stefano can sneak out of Maison Blanche. She is urging him to rush because of John but he says it'll be ages before John gets to there. As he speaks John arrives and starts going through the house, finding the jigsaw puzzle. With a gun he goes through the house and into Kristen's room.
Victor goes out with Vivian to the Penthouse Grille. Kate is there getting drunk. Tony asks her if he can buy Countess Willhemena and tells her if her luck changes tonight it'll be because of him so to think about selling the company to him. Billie and Bo go there for dinner too and Kate tries to talk to Billie but Billie says now she knows why Kate hated her so much, she is exactly like the names she called Billie. Then Vivian gloats to her about Victor so Kate pulls her wig off. Tony tells Victor the wounds will heal and doesn't he want a future and a son with Kate. Victor goes to Kate and tells her they'll talk properly tomorrow. Tony sends a bottle of wine anonymously to Bo and Billie and Billie says she feels like someone is watching over her.
Alan fixes Austin's car so it will break down on the way to the lodge. He calls the police because he's also terrified of what he's doing. Marlena is there so she speaks to him to try to talk him out of the rape he says he's going to do. After he hangs up he goes to the frat party with Sami and gets her drunk so she'll pass out and won't remember he wasn't there. He heads up to the mountains. Austin's car breaks down on the way and Carrie is there waiting for him.
Marlena worries about John and Abe makes Roman admit that he is too and wonders why John didn't contact the local police when he arrived in New Orleans.
John finds Kristen drugged and wants to get her to a doctor but he remembers the voice of the woman calling him Johnny and asking for help and he runs around looking for her. He finds the diary Stefano left behind detailing his life. When he goes back to the room to get Kristen Stefano is there waiting for him with a gun.
