Billie tries to entice Bo to make love to her. He "almost" gives in and tells her he can't. Laura continues to insist that she saw the fireman and that's why she sounded the alarm. Mrs Horton, Mickey and Maggie also see her hysteria. Tony tells Caroline of the gossip he heard about John and Kristen, but Caroline tries to convince him that Kristen loves only Tony. While Laura is resting at home, her family discuss what to do with her. Jennifer doesn't want to commit her, but Mike feels she might be a danger to herself. Peter watches.
While everyone is downstairs discussing her, Laura sneaks out the window and goes to Daniel's place. Daniel phones Peter to let him know she's there and they devise another plan. Jennifer is adamant that Laura should not be committed, Mike is undecided. Daniel phones Jennifer to tell her Laura is at his apartment. When Jennifer and Mike arrive to get her Daniel says she's gone and when looking for her, they find her up on the roof, dazed and sways to nearly fall off the roof. After finding Jonah and a nurse making out on the sofa, Lexie FINALLY admits to Jonah about her fantasies. Sami is angry with Carrie for making her go through with charging Alan with rape. Now everyone thinks she's a liar because the judge didn't believe her.
As Laura sways back, she breaks off the pearl and Mike pulls her off the ledge. She can't understand how she got up on the roof. As the pearls are gone, she becomes more coherent. Jennifer and Mike take her to hospital and finally decide she must be put away. Laura enlists Vivian's help to get her out of her predicament by blackmailing Vivian. Laura will tell Victor she knows that Vivian didn't get implanted by mistake. Celeste keeps up Stefano's plan by phoning Mike to remind him about keeping an eye on Marlena and brainwashing another memory to Gina.
Gina and Billie make a pact to remain friends when Bo chooses one of them. Sami continues to blame Carrie for her predicament. Austin gives her his support. Tony tells Peter he thinks Kristen might be unfaithful. A priest who knew John in his past, comes to give him advice and a folder containing papers when John was a priest. With a disguised Celeste listening Bo tells Gina he'll give her one more chance, but Gina feels that time is running out. She feels that Bo will choose Billie.
Celeste again drugs Gina to brainwash her. Peter tells Kristen that Tony might know about her and John. Jennifer and Mike tell Laura she's being committed. Bo tells Billie he loves her and wants her no matter who Gina is, but Gina tells Bo another memory to prove she's Hope. The memory is when Shawn D was a baby and they shared a bond that two parents can only share. Bo is convinced but devastated. Tony's chauffer sees John and Kristen together and tells Tony. Dressed as orderlies, Ivan and Vivian whisk Laura away.
