Monday 3rd May 1993

Vivian sets her plan in motion to frame Carly for her murder. At Shawn-D's party, Carly gets strung out (from the herbs) and she starts shouting at Vivian. Viv suggests they go out on the terrace to continue the 'discussion'.
Billie goes to see Bo and gives him his bullet-proof vest that she got from the boat. He goes outside to get her car but she follows him.
Austin tries to get Carrie to tell him she loves him after the kiss, but the girl is too determined and he doesn't succeed.
Jack and Jenn, heading up to the Penthouse Grill in the elevator, decide there is something else they would rather do. The push the emergency stop button and scrump the lives out of each other.
Wendy comes back to the pier where Marlena collapses. Wendy gets a passerby to call an ambulance.
At the police station, Abe gets a call to say that a woman fitting Marlena's description has been reported. John and Roman get down to the pier and go with Marlena and Wendy to the hospital. In the Trauma Centre, the doctor wants to do a cat scan to determine the amount of trauma to Marlena's head, but when he mentions it, she mutters something about her baby.
Roman calls Caroline at the Penthouse Grill and she and Carrie rush to the hospital. They are all standing around like spare parts when the Doctor comes out and asks them why nobody told him that Marlena was pregnant.
Tuesday 4th May 1993

Roman is thrilled that Marlena is preggers but the doctor explains that she could have a subdural hematoma and if that was not operated on, it would be fatal. However, a cat scan to could well harm the baby. Roman is torn and doesn't know what to do. John thinks the first consideration should be Marlena. Roman goes to talk to her and she tells him to save her baby. So then, they all head off to the chapel to pray and talk to themselves.
Vivian sets her plan into motion as Carly gets unstable. She baits Carly into saying that she wants to kill her so that the typists downstairs can hear and then yells at Carly not to come any closer.
Taylor tries to kill "Mitch" not realizing it's Bo. He chases after her with Billie chasing after the two of them. Eventually Taylor gets hit by a car. Billie is by Bo's side when he lifts the balaclava and discovers who it is. Taylor tells Bo that "he" made her do it.
Wednesday 5th May 1993

Taylor's body is taken away after she confesses to Bo that she set him up. She doesn't quite get to telling him *who* was blackmailing her before she dies. Bo heads off to Shawn-Douglas's birthday party and heads out onto the balcony to find Carly. He and Victor get there just in time to see Vivian fall off the ledge. Kinda unfortunately for Viv, there's an awning three floors below and she survives the fall, barely. She is taken to the hospital where she is diagnosed with very bad internal injuries with a possibility of not surviving surgery. Carly decides that she has to give Viv that chance but meanwhile, Vivian regains consciousness long enough to make Ivan promise that he will kill Carly.
Marlena's condition finally improves and the doctor tells Roman and the family that she and the baby will be alright. Everyone is thrilled. Later on, John sneaks into her room and sits with her. When she wakes, he tells her he is leaving, but she asks him to stay. She knows what he is wondering. He asks her to tell him if the baby could be his. She can't answer the question before the doctor comes in and throws John out.

Jack and Jenn put together a proposal for an investor visiting town - Clayton Robards.
Carly (now amazingly a cardiac surgeon!) operates on Viv. After the surgery, she heads back to the boat with Bo. Bo is still upset over Taylor. Lawrence breaks into Taylor's apartment to find her address book and he escapes through the window when he hears Roman and Abe. He heads down to the pier where he burns the address book and at Taylor's apartment, Roman and Abe can't find anything incriminating.
Friday 7th May 1993

Jack meets with Clayton Robards who apparently hates Victor. He and Jenn have lunch with Robards and invite him to dinner when, he says, he will have an answer for their proposal.
Kate writes Lucas a letter all about his (fictional) father and tells him that his Dad's dying wish was that he go to Westpoint. Lucas offers to take the flowers she ordered for Marlena across to the hospital and asks her if she knew Marlena when she was in Salem before. She tells him that she only knows Marlena through Bella.
At the hospital, Carrie and Sami get Jonah and Austin in to see Marlena. She tells them about Wendy intending to go to Chicago. Lucas comes over with the flowers. Marlena sees the Lilacs and says she can't believe Kate remembered after all these years. Lucas asks if she knew Kate before but Marlena covers and says that she meant all these *weeks* - she told Kate about the lilacs at the retreat. Later Austin comes back to talk to Marlena about Carrie but Roman finds him there and is none to pleased...
