Sami recognizes Lucas as the guy in Cherishes dressing room.
Viv schemes some more, she is planning to kill herself and frame Carly at Shawn-D's birthday party at the Penthouse Grill.
Marlena realizes that she is pregnant and Roman comes home to find the bedroom door locked. She throws the test stick in the drawer and Roman comes in. At first she doesn't want to go to the birthday party, but when Roman suggests a quiet night home together, she decides that they need to go.
At the party, John is well aware that there is something wrong. Kate's secretary is adopting a child and they all talk about having kids but Marlena is itching to get home. Meanwhile, Carrie is looking for a scarf in Marlena's drawer when she comes across the pregnancy test stick and realizes Marlena is pregnant. When Marlena and Roman arrive home, she comes down and tells them how terrific she thinks it is.

Roman wants to know what Carrie is congratulating him about, but he gets a phonecall before she can spit it out. Marlena asks Carrie not to tell him because she is not totally sure she is pregnant. Carrie thinks she doesn't want to tell him because of John. Marlena asks her what makes her think that. Carrie says it is much easier to confide in and talk with John than Roman. She says she wouldn't be surprised if Marlena felt that way too and if she was Marlena, she'd much rather have John's baby. Marlena is shocked and tells Carrie that she loves roman - the way Carrie loves Austin and she asks Carrie to give Roman a chance.
Roman comes back out into the living room and Carrie tells him the congratulations were about them getting an award for the rehab clinic. She goes to bed and Marlena tells Roman that she'll wait up for Sami. The next morning Sami comes downstairs and wakes Marlena up. Marlena is nauseous again and Carrie asks Sami to make her some coffee. Roman comes down and is angry at Sami for not waking her mother up when she got home. Abe arrives with breakfast and after Roman has felt the need to tell him that Marlena spent the night on the couch, Marlena runs off to the bathroom.
Later, she tells Carrie has an appointment with a doctor at the hospital this morning. She heads down to University Hospital where she bumps into John. She is about to tell him something when Repuka turns up with Brady. Marlena then tells him the tests are routine. She gets home later and Roman thinks she is acting strangely, but Carrie tells him she hasn't noticed anything. Marlena rings the hospital for the results, but they are not in yet.
Carrie goes over to John's to baby-sit Brady and tells him that she wishes he had fought for them and Marlena when Roman came back (awwww....). He tells her that he couldn't but that he will always love her. Rebecca comes down and goes out. Carrie tells John that she is nice, but she doesn't think Rebecca is the woman he is destined to spend the rest of his life with. (Thank you Carrie!)
Earlier, Rebecca asked John if she can move some clothes into his closet. He agrees the following morning. Victor tells John that he hopes he isn't using Rebecca to try and forget Marlena. He then tells John that Rebecca can't compare to the *true* love of his life. (Woo-Hoo!! Go Vic, tell it like it is!)

Billie runs into Bo at Caseys and thinks he's Mitch till Bo wises her up.
Kate fires a reader who challenges her decision on Billie's manuscript. Lucas is not a happy chappy.
As Nikki gets closer to Carly, Viv vows to find a way to discredit Carly so that people will believe that she killed Vivian.

Billie goes to the hospital to get her miracle wrinkle cream tested. Alice and Maggie try some and decide to invest some money to set it up. Billie decides to call her cosmetics company countess Wilhelmina. Later, she takes some Chinese take-away's to Bo's hotel room. An informant tells Taylor that Mitch is still in town and is going to be at a big poker game.
Sami and Jamie go to the markets to find a present for Austin. Sami buys Lucas's military uniform that he sold, but on Kate's orders, he wants it back.
Marlena runs into John at Salem place. They talk about Carrie - he tells her that if Carrie and the twins were his, there would be no way he could stay away from them. Marlena still doesn't have her results when they meet again at Titan later on for the Bella board meeting. She asks john to make her a decaf coffee when he offers and he is surprised, as she is a "life-long coffee acheiver". He thinks she is suffering from nerves which reassures her. However, at the end of the meeting, she gets a phonecall from the hospital and is told her pregnancy test is positive....
