Roman Is Alive!

Bo is on the verge of stepping on john's fingers as Black clings to the cliff's edge when he hears Marlena screaming that John is Roman. Although he can't believe it, Brady decides not to chance killing his own brother. Bo reads the medical paper but remains skeptical. Marlena is thoroughly convinced of his identity. "I knew you seemed so familiar," she says, elated. For John, the news brings no new rush of memory, only relief that he's not the master criminal Stefano DiMera.

Meanwhile, Kiriakis parts company with the KGB. He takes the helicopter, leaving Ingrid with the dirty work - she has to kill Hope. Mrs. Brady's police academy training comes in handy as she staves off the attack. Shane and Kimberly are delighted with the birth of a son. Later, while Shane goes out looking for help in getting back to Salem, Victor swoops in with a helicopter. He offers Kim a free ride to the hospital to get a blood sample from the child he claims is his "last chance fur a son." Shane remains positive that Kim's baby is his and names the boy after his father. "Andrew Shane Donovan," Kim announces proudly to her father at a party a few days later. Kiriakis hears and tells Kimberly not to count on the "Donovan" part. The test results still aren't in, Kiriakis notes. Kim leaves shaken.
