Bo tells his story, as all hell breaks lose in the court room. John tries to figure out his identity. Bo is arrested and Shane is released.

Shane is reinstated into the ISA, and vows to help Bo. Mike and Jenn try to cheer up her friend Nancy, who is a cancer patient at the hospital, but when Robin walks in, she blows a fuse. Shane and Kim have a Romantic encounter.
